Not all Starbucks locations are the same. This is the very best location Ive ever been to. In my experience you cannot hire people and teach them to be friendly. You have to hire friendly people. So the next focus goes to management. It must be really great here. Even then after coming to this location for almost a year now, the people have seemed to learn better communication skills. Perhaps its with experience, but its quite evident that Josie has a real gift. I dont want to sound negative but I actually dont enjoy other locations anymore (to hang out/be productive) because this one is so much better in comparison. Ive found myself going farther distance, out of my way to come here. They are all a great bunch. It shows because all customers are happy to be here and many know each other.

Very polite staff. The barista confirmed my drink request with me - love that!! because I have an extra wet addition to your standard cappuccino and he made it perfectly!

My latte was flavorless and the staff seemed genuinely uninterested in making sure I was satisfied. Ive given Starbucks several chances to provide the excellent coffee of which they so excessively boast. This will probably be my last time visiting.

Breakfast was good. Great services by great staff. Outdoor seating section was good.

I love this location. They are very consistent. My drink is made correctly here everytime. Its more convenient to go to a location with a drive through but I come here when I can. They get pretty busy here and parking can be tight during peak hours.

What type of company puts the least amount of staff during one of the busiest times of the weekend? You would think on a Sunday morning before football games, church, and grocery shopping for the week ahead Starbucks would staff more then two employees to service their orders. Even worse if they were short-staffed they would at least have some strong employees who can keep it together and follow its customers orders. I have been to some New Jersey Turnpike Starbucks with less staff and a smaller Kitchen that Services its customers faster and with a better attitude than the Cherry Hill Starbucks. If Im going to pay$4 for a cold coffee with an interesting name I want it fast and with a smile.

If you like Starbucks, youll love Starbucks. If you understand dark, rich, coffee drinks, and want an atmosphere of exclusive delight, then Starbucks is the place, morning, noon, and night. Prices just high enough to keep out most of the riffraff. Fresh ground espresso vapors wafting to and fro. The sounds of frothing, blending, and orders rising up through the air. Coffee snobs unite!

Relaxing atmosphere not long wait! Green tea frappe is great! Lemon loaf tasty ☺👍

This Starbucks is well managed. The staff knows how to keep the line moving. I am always pleased with my order. Highly recommend.

Ordered an iced tea...nothing fancy, no additives...ice and tea. Fifteen minutes later, after watching multiple people who came in after me (not phone orders, stand-in-line orders) get their drinks, I told them I was leaving without my drink, as they seemed to have other priorities. Was greeted with a shrug.... Been to many Starbucks; never treated like this.

Has some reasonable prices coffee but most coffee and food/ bakery foods are over priced. They could offer these goods for better prices if they wanted. I think I paying almost $10 for a. Offee and bakery item is outrageous.

This is my favorite location because they always get my order right and make it the way I love it. The only downside is they do not have a drive thru so you must park and go inside. This location is nice to meet a friend at or stay for a while to do work or relax. There is a side patio with chairs and tables for nice days too.

Couldnt find a place that did decaf iced coffee....found it !! The staff was awesome and my iced coffee was fabulous !! Thank you

Waited over a half hour for 2 drinks while 9 other people got there drinks that ordered after me they still weren’t even going to make mine cause they lost my order had to say something and they looked at me like I was crazy. It was Saturday 6/9/18 at 10:30amPS.. don’t have a new person working at a peak time if they can’t even take an order.

In the afternoon there is great shade on the patio! Great staff and the baristas are fantastic.

It is better than Dunkin Donuts coffee, but they say the flavor is from over roasting or some say burning the beans. Im not sure but I like it better than Dunkin which seems to get weaker every year.

Its nice but the store gets quite crowded. I know there is not too much that they can do about it, but that is why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. Its not the best place to just go to relax and have some coffee.

Workers just wonder about with customers waiting in life. One of the workers looked like he just rolled out of bed. He was telling customers he was out of it. So unprofessional

This is my regular morning coffee stop. The last 3 visits however, I have waited 15 minutes for my mobile order. Plan ahead and order early!

My favorite Starbucks to go to in South Jersey. I am always greeted by friendly staff who, if they dont know how to make the drink I want, work really hard to get it right. Ive never had a bad experience there. That says a lot.

This Starbucks is always overcrowded with pre-teens squealing about their homework. Mainly because it is the only place open to them within walking distance of their development. Unfortunately thus means that all the tables are always full. It is ok for a grab and go, although it takes a while to get even just a plain coffee.

Twice in the last week, they ran out of Pikes Place in the morning around 6:30. When I told them to give me a dark roast instead, they tried to add dark roast to the half filled Pike.They need to work on being prepared for the morning commute and how to properly serve their coffee.

Frequently makes their drinks inconsistent. You could order the same drink day in and out and I would check it before leaving because it can be wrong or have a weird taste.
