Strongly recommend going to the Cheney AT&T store! Tyson was able to troubleshoot a complicated transfer with multiple phone lines from a different service provider. Tyson is knowledgeable, professional, and a fantastic customer service rep! Will definitely be going back for future phone and internet needs!

Went into this store as I had some questions about my bill and adding services. The rep I was working with had some difficulties answering and called for his manager Luke to assist. Luke didn’t take over but instead showed the other guy how to complete the task. He was encouraging to his employee and super professional. As a business owner, I found Luke to be friendly, personable, and an outstanding leader. I couldn’t be more impressed by a manager and his skills and downright great attitude and personality. I am not one to poach employees but I am thinking I might just break my rule and offer him a job! 😊

Once in a while I need to go into a physical att store to pick up phone upgrades or to change my account in some way, in my opinion the Cheney att store is by far the most reliable branch in the greater Spokane area and today while picking up my iPhone 13 pro max I needed help switching things over from my old iPhone, I was welcomed and helped by three very respectful, kind, and attentive representatives. A big thank you to Tyson, Mikiah, and luke for making me feel seen, heard, and respected during my visit. If you need anything they are A plus people to do business with.

After 7 hours on 611 help, talking to 12 different customer service reps, hung up on 3 times, promised a call back from 4 (which never happened) to fix a mobile hot spot issue I ended up at the Cheney AT&T. I made the spontaneous decision to buy the new iPhone 12 and I went to the AT&T closest to me. Never, in a million years, would I expect to have one of the best customer service experiences ever! Tyson was the person who helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my phone, the best deals in the store and even helped my dad who was on a phone call with me! If you need a new phone, or need some questions answered, go see Tyson!

Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Me and my family went for a five phone switch, and ported our phone numbers. They had to call our previous provider to work things out which wasnt easy for them. We were helped by a gentleman named Tyson. This was hands down the best customer service I’ve received from any cell provider. This guy knows his technology. Super smart and friendly. We live outside Cheney and have had a very difficult time getting decent service and internet options. He hand wrote a price breakdown of our families bill, I then lost this on my way home. I searched everywhere. Eventually I shamefully walked back into the store and asked for another breakdown. He gladly recreated it and made it on a spreadsheet! I actually asked him for his schedule so I can visit the store when he’s working. Tyson is the man! Thanks again!

I went in to upgrade my phone and Tyson was incredibly helpful! He made sure to tell me exactly what we were doing as we were going through the process because I had asked a couple questions prior to actually making up my mind on whether I’d be upgrading my phone or not. He was also super patient while I was making up my mind on which phone to choose. Amber who was also there not only helped me choose out my case but was engaging in a conversation with us while we waited. All in all both Tyson and Amber were super helpful and beyond awesome with their customer service!

The product and plan knowledge is well above any experience I have had at other AT&T locations. Tyson and Trystan went above and beyond to provide excellent service and answered every question I threw at them. I had quite a few changes made to my plan and they made that happen in a timely manner. They were courteous and professional. I will not go anywhere else for my AT&T needs. The whole team was fantastic. I came in because my phone hade dies the previous day and I needed to get a new one or get it fixed. Immediately Tyson came over to help me. They also went above and beyond in helping me figure out how to get all my photos and contacts transferred to the new phone. I am very grateful to them for putting so much effort into helping me.

Everytime I come into the store here, the associates are wonderful and helpful. Trystan has been helping me for a couple years, since I moved to Cheney. When I need help and am in town, I much prefer dealing with this store rather than phone techs or any other retailer. Tyson has been a wonderful help in fixing a couple minor problems on my account recently. As always, Trystan is helpful and friendly. I really hope this team continues to be the same because I love that I can build a rapport with my phone company associates!Thank you for being awesome!

My wife and I went into the store to get a new SIM card for an iPhone, in the process of that we found out we had an upgrade available for my daughter and my wife was able to upgrade as well to an iPhone 11. Our representative is Tyson, (not “was” because we’ll be going back every time to be helped by him) and he looked over our plan and helped us get new phones and save more on our bill. I know that phone reps get a bad rep all the time, but, Tyson has really given me faith in being helped when we needed it!

Trystan was amazing!! It took him 3.5 hours to correct mistakes made by your Vegas location ( not sure of address, we dealt with two Vegas locations. One amazing, and one who royally screwed up beyond belief!!).. my brother and I spent 5 hair pulling hours of agony to go from Tmobile to you. I sure hope its going to be worth it!! Trystan has us happy and in one piece! I hope you reward him for his exemplary customer service, and clear knowledge of operations! He had to work hard to fix a giant mess!!

These people badly overstated their coverage. It was NOT a close call. Their service was of no use to me. I went back to the store to resign from their plan and return the phone they sold me. An associate became disagreeable. Later on, things went much better with Verizon.Update: I continued to get bills from AT&T. Called Customer Services and explained the situation. They said they would fix the billing problem. Bills did not stop. Called the store. Trystan said he could fix the billing problem, called me later to say problem had been resolved. Bills kept coming. The most recent had a late fee. These are not people you want to be dealing with when theres a problem.

The employees lied to us and almost cost us 600 dollars. We called corporate and they told us they would fix it, when we went back in the store the same employees COMPLETELY changed their attitudes and told us that it didn’t matter what corporate said because they didn’t have to listen and they were separate.I would not recommend this place. Go to t mobile y’all

Went in to upgrade my phone, and turn my old one into my kids phone.Got there about 25 minutes before close. Kept them there past closing. Felt bad about doing it, but they were friendly, helpful and got me set up right the first time. Great store ! Would definitely go back for any sort of help.

I understand policies from companies but the attitude and the way an associate working there was completely inexcusable. The associates are held with absolute no guidelines from their higher ups. It is some college students that know nothing other than what the name of the phone they are trying to sell. They had to have the area manager walk both of them through a transaction. When I am purchasing a $1,000 phone and they are wanting to mess around with my account that is not thee most reassuring. Which at the current time there is no actual manager of this location meaning there is absolutely no accountability of the associates. Do not ever go to this location it is literally thee worst AT&T store I have ever been too. Save your time and sanity and go to a REAL At&T store in Spokane. These guys in Cheney are worthless.

Was Visiting a friend near cheney and i had some difficulties with my gear, Tried the AT&T store there and met Trystan Lund, He had the perfect amount of dexterity to keep up with the problems i was having, he was very willing to help. Took a moment but we figured out all the issues. Had to get his name before i left, thats how well he did. In the end my gear was back working perfectly with all the stats and performance.

Had a horrible experience with a new employee and the manager. The new employee asked a question and the manager actually told her you cant ask me questions, I need you to do this yourself. That gave me real confidence and then when it got messed up and nothing was activated correctly I was on with the service line for 45 minutes to fix it. I completely understand being new... but that manager telling her she couldnt ask questions was too much.

First time I walked into this store there was 5 staff, all on their phones, not even paying attention to me (a customer) when walking in. Once I walked in two of the reps argued with each other over who had to help me. The rep who ended up helping me didnt even get up from the table he was slouching at.Long story short a rep put my SSN in wrong when activating my account. ATT shut down my account for FRAUD. After sitting on the phone with customer care for hours this was finally resolved.I decided to give Verizon a try. My bill ended up being cheaper and I got a new phone. Service is also much better in town now.

Ive had the manager himself lie straight to my face when Ive inquired about my phone service. Their services are a ripoff including direct TV. I found it almost twice as cheap at Verizon.

Not very helpful. Went in to see if anyone could help me update my phone and they all had no idea what I was talking about, and tried to argue with me saying that I was wrong.
