I was helped by Colton recently at the Cheney location. I was struggling with some tech issues on my phone and he very clearly explained what had to be done, and had it working on a matter of minutes! As someone who gets easily frustrated with technology, it was nice to talk with someone who knew what they were doing AND took the time to explain it to me. The whole store had a friendly and helpful atmosphere that made the experience as a whole more enjoyable and comfortable with their witty banter and energetic attitudes.

I had the best experience today. Blake is the person you want to work with. He spent a lot of time going over options. Found promotions that required minimum out of pocket. Very thankful for him. He has a long future in sales.

We upgraded phones at the Cheney store. Victor was very helpful and friendly. We returned to the store a few days later to receive technical assistance. Sophia was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our experience at the Verizon store was very positive. We highly recommend it.

Ordered a phone through them. The employee that helped us said that there would be available features to be applied to another phone (parental settings) that were not able to be done in the first place. The employee it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. We were reassured by a female employee that, that was indeed correct and it should be able to work from any phone we designated. Phone was supposed to be in that following week. Come Friday the following week late afternoon with no phone call, I called to check on the phone. The employee whom helped me confirmed that yes the phone was in and had arrived Thursday night. It made me wonder why I was not called or even a message sent that it had arrived?. Went to get the phone set up and again the same employee helped with the set up. Again the employee had issues with the phone set up and had to have help. Poorly executed customer service and lack of training/customer service.

Matt and Luis are exceptionally capable at their field of work on the business, administrative and technical side. That is, I would think, a difficult combination to find in any one person...especially as young as they are...and you have 2 of them in one store. Im thankful for the sake of my cellular technology use/sanity that I will be living within 10 miles of their store. They were very patient and friendly while assisting me in learning enough before I walked out that I felt confident enough to leave the store with the idea I could use my phone if needed on the way home. It was actually fun to work with them getting myself set up. Im happy with my new phone and I feel free to call them or stop by anytime I need/want their help...I like my service thru Verizon...your people, like Matt and Luis are why...

The team here (specifically Matty) was super helpful and made sure I didnt have to keep coming back. I originally went to the store in North Town mall, and they kept messing things up and even gave my number away without telling me. Luckily Matt figured out where to start and helped me get a new number so I wouldnt have to stress about it anymore.

I got a new phone here yesterday and my experience was great! Super friendly employees. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff made sure I got the phone I wanted, found me the screen protector and case I wanted right away, and got me great deals on the stuff I was getting. One of the employees that was helping me was new and being trained and the person training him was doing a phenomenal job. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Sophia worked well for us on 2/25/21. Went back today, Tuesday 3/2/21, to pick up new mifis ordered. While there were 5 people working there last week, there were 2 today around 4 pm. The employees were busy with clients needing a lot of time, I understand that. But to have only 2 working when they were busy, I left after waiting 25 minutes. You are almost always busy! Especially, now! This is quite disappointing and I have seen it before at this location. There needs to be a way for me to pick up items using an appointment without waiting for someone needing 2 hours to purchase and setup new phone plans.Update on 3/3/2021. I would downgrade 2 stars to 1, but Zack saved the day. He was pleasant and efficient. After yesterdays frustration, I arrived before opening today, Wednesday, and there was one older couple waiting. I figured okay, there will be two people opening. NO! One employee didnt show up. Zack didnt know what was happening. Not his fault. After 20 minutes waiting for Zack to patiently explain to these older folks how to retrieve their voicemail (and write down specific instructions) and reset their password, it was my turn... Ugh... they really challenged poor Zack. A number of others had come in and left by then.Zack quickly retrieved my new mifis, then found out there were issues, not only with your computers, but with how the original salesperson messed a few things up. He fixed everything and double-checked the order. Not nearly as simple as the original salesperson had indicated. After 30 minutes I left the store... Others had come in and left while I was being helped.Thinking back, I was there once before when an employee was a no-show first thing in the morning. A trend?My suggestion. If you can find another store thats easy driving distance to you, try them. This place is definitely hit and miss. I think the nearest is in Airway Heights... 50 minutes round trip for me...

I was so frustrated with my new phone when Blake in Cheney totally helped me out. He got me connected back to 5g and helped me get rid of all the pop up notifications. I apologized for being so angry at my phone, and he told me to vent away! Such great customer service. I couldnt be happier!

This store was a wonderful surprise. I needed a jetpack hot spot ASAP for a special project, so I stopped by to see what they offered. No waiting in line, the salesman was actually knowledgeable about the technology and was very helpful in answering my questions about pricing and options. Concluded the sale in minutes and I then he configured it for me. I was up and running before I got home.

Refuses to give Number Transfer PIN to their customers and insists on telling customers their port out pin is 4 numbers long. I’ve worked at 2 Verizon’s stores and this is a HORRIBLE company to deal with causing my clients issues over and over again. I don’t know how this store has so many reviews they are clearly fake and pumped from actuality.

Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience with this store. In July we switched 2 of 6 of our phones to Verizon and signed a contract for BOGO phones. One of these phones had to be ordered as the wanted color was not in stock at this location. We have been happy with the network at our house, however, the BOGO deal did not go through. This store has apologized and said the phones were added wrong and we did not get, and will not get, the BOGO deal in spite of us having a signed contract in hand that is dated 7.31.2020. The selection of color has no bearing on the contract, especially after it had already been signed and I cannot understand why this would cost us $700. We will not be returning to this store when we are ready to move the rest of our family to Verizon.Update 11.20.2020...After posting a Google Review of 11.16.2020, I quickly received a Google Review response from Response from the owner asking me to email Josh the Territory Manager and that he would be in touch with me right away in order to make this right. I emailed Josh on 11.16.2020 and I have yet to hear from him. This has now been 5 business days. I continue to be disappointed.Update 12.4.2020...I have been contacted by Josh and he has worked to resolve the issue. I appreciate his kindness and help. Thank you, Josh

I bought a 55 dollar screen protector at this location and asked for a install. 15 days later the screen protector failed and two of the four corners are peeling up. I went in for a replacement and I would be charged $10 for shipping and was told it was my fault or that the person who installed it misjudged the phone case and installed incorrectly. There were bubbles in all of the corners and I was told that the heat from the battery will seat the screen protector. Im still required to pay for shipping and required to wait for product to be shipped to store. Dont buy accessories at this store they will not replace a defective product!

Amazing kids working here! I came here to ask a few questions about traveling overseas and how it would mess with my bill. Everyone working there was very helpful. They printed me out a paper with different prices. One of them actually lived where I was about to visit and told me a bunch of sweet spots to check out! I was very happy with my visit and I will be sure to make this my go to spot:)
