Due to a snowstorm in Nashville I needed to find a Chattanooga printer who could print a complicated proposal (with custom tabs) and bind and deliver before a hard deadline. With having to communicate by phone and email, I was dependent on someone taking ownership and seeing it through to the end. The Brainerd Road FedEx Office got it done! Tonya was especially courteous and kept me informed all along. Her professional and eager demeanor eased my worries over getting it done in time.

I had a project that took longer than I expected. Staff were very helpful & stayed late to help me, to be sure we got it out on time. I appreciate the extra effort that kept them at work late on a Friday night.

I think you would have better luck going somewhere else. Youre always having to wait unless it is a package. Then they are always rushing not listening to what I need. I just need plain copies. Simple order not made simple with these associates. Asking me if I need a banner? They cant get plain copies on white paper right. This has been on going for a while and not a one time experience. Do better.

The staff at this store arent very useful for printing services. I have gotten many canvas prints made at my local store in another part of TN, and theyre knowledgeable and do top quality work. The individuals at this store could not help me with a simple image edit, which was fine I guess, but when I sent them an edited version they still messed up the print, and I ended up with my image stretching over the side of the canvas. Dont use this store for printing your own images unless you want to pay the insane design fee (which is a 30 second edit to fit your image to a printing template) on top of the print cost. They just dont have any employees on hand who know how to work with graphics.

Went in this morning to ship back a return in the same box it was shipped in. I was greeted by Maggie the manager and within a second I was told I would have to pay for reboxing. I’ve worked for the US postal service as a carrier so I understand.In this case there was literally no questionable damage. One corner of the box had a small damaged area that if I would have known would be an issue could have easily been tapped.I was told that she would assist me this once and taped the box up and allowed me to ship it.I guess it’s just an instance where I feel such a very small thing could have been easily rectified in a better manner.

Very nice, helpful and courteous staff but never enough with all the walk in clients needing things other than shipping service. Wasn’t so bad last year. Definitely feels like there’s been a philosophical or financial model shift, especially last 6 months or so. If you want to ship a package plan the extra time.

This was my first visit to ship a package internationally at this location. I tried to print out a label online was there was no luck so decided to visit the center but Mitchel was a fast, effective and friendly. Because of her, I will give this place 5-Star!!!

12/18/18 2pm-I was behind multiple customers who had prepaid labels who where told something was wrong with their packages.The lady directly in front of me was told her box didnt have enough padding and was up charged adding it. She was returning a broken item.I was told my box was so damaged that I would have to buy a new one because this box would not be able to be shipped (see attached picture of actual box). For the record, this box was an outside box for another box and I was returning broken auto parts.For FedEx prepaid I would highly suggest Office Depot next door who gladly accepted my package and will also be getting any business I have print wise as well.Im a business owner and understand upselling. The ransom tactic utilized here of saying I wont ship this unless you spend more money at my store is garbage.

I ship an average of 3,000-4,000 packages they my business each year. Today makes the second time that while in a hurry I had to just run my packages by a drop off location instead of waiting for a pickup. And for the second time all my packages were refused (by the same old guy) for being wrapped instead of using this fed ex stores boxes that they sell. Fire the dumba$$ old guy at the counter before you lose my business forever. He BETTER not still be working there the next time I come in. And to everyone out there just so you know I drove into the next parking lot and Office Depot was more than happy to ship my FedEx packages. I was in and out of there in less than 3 minutes with no issues.

After being a long time FedEx account holder for shipping 30+ packages a month. I must say this store made me look elsewhere for shipping needs. I moved down the road to be closer to this location, shouldve known better. My packages were refused due to a slight bulge on on side; while being taped shut and secured. Remember I ship over 30+ packages and never had any other store tell me I couldnt ship it. Im sorry you guys are different from the hundreds of FedEx offices across the country! Drive down to the Hamilton Mall, no problem there shipping my boxes.

Had a good experience there. Walked in to print a last minute document at 9:40pm. Logged into a PC, printed the 7 page document, and $10 later, I was done! A taste expensive, but given the time of day, worth the cost.Thank you for providing this service!

These people know what they are doing, but boy is it slow. I’ve been here 3 times to pick up a print job and while taking care of people in line, they don’t do anything wrong it’s just that they or their system(not sure which it is) takes a really long time.

Called to inquire about placing an order and turn around time. I was told 4 hrs over the phone if I placed my order quickly online. I was unable to find the correct way to post online so I called back and a young lady provided me with an email address. She sharon said that the order would be ready in 4 hrs and someone would call once its ready. I received an auto confirmation that my order was placed at 4:56,but never received a phone call. I called at 8:30 to check on my order, and Michael started I didnt have an order. O then proceeded to convey the previous conversation and where I emailed the order request. He said, oh, Im in the middle of a big order. Ill look into it and call you back. Thirty minutes later I had yet to receive a call so I called back to follow up for a second time, which at that point I was informed that he couldnt get the order done tonight and theres a 24 hr turnaround time. Clearly they didnt even see my order till I called. He didnt try to work with me to get at least part of my order printed, which were business cards and bookmarks. They had the files all they had to do was print and cut. Just unprofessional and poor customer service. After I got off the phone, i saw that he did email me back, but if you have time do that instead of call a customer, you have time to complete my order. Horrible service. Do not take your business here. They have no respect for peoples time or projects. If they wouldve checked their incoming orders in a timely fashion, especially after being given a heads up that an email order was on its way, then they couldve notified me of their shortcomings and I couldve taken my business to one of the others locations while they were still open. This location has a low rating for a reason. Stay away and maybe theyll get the point. Dont let the close proximity or late hours entice you. Just a shame. If you are incapable of doing your job and being a professional, then quit. There are plenty of people that probably need and want a job and would be 10 times better at it. If you have the job, take pride in it and be the best at what you do.

11:00pm Im only 1 in store n man just walks away n doesnt say anything I yell out n he comes to tell me there is a procedure he has to do at night I say well you could have said something to me ...Not first time ... same man either dislikes his job or black people ... I will try to get work done at better time and different business with ... Dont want to patronize that type of service

Female manager was absolutely unbearable. The self-service printer was out of order and she kept trying to charge me additional fees for services that would be free if their machines were actually working. In the future Ill just go to Office Depot or Staples.

If I could give less than a single star, I would. the guy who attended me had zero respect for me as a customer, and a terrible, flippant, unprofessional attitude. I brought in a package which required a shipping box, and he began by flipping open the lid to see the contents while it was still in my possession, which not only violates my privacy but that of the intended recipient of the package, and was just downright rude. next, to weigh the package, he flips the box (which contains fragile items) on edge. had I not caught the lid in time to hold it close, there would have been broken pottery on the floor. to top it off, he charged me to box the package in a shipping box without asking if I wanted that service. in fact, I had asked him beforehand where those boxes were located in the store so I could do it myself, but that was disregarded.to top things off, the driver was there at the time and was making small talk with the guy who was helping me. this included ridiculing a third employee who worked there for his choice of lunchbox. this continued in remarks that were nothing less than demeaning and discriminating towards said employee.I left the store angry. and currently, the package I shipped has sat in the same place for the last 3 days according to the tracking number. not only this branch of FedEx but the entire operation is unprofessional and overpriced. go to the u.s. postal service instead.

I place an order November 15 days ago i check my email and order delivery regularly FedEx told me that my order estimate delivery was today end of the day they just text saying reschedule for the 15th saturday i actual needed that order for my event tomorrow i dont needed it Saturday i very upset i will never deal with this carrier usps usp dont do you like this they usual accuracy wen it comes to they estimate delivery

If the manager working the counter finds even a slight imperfection with the box, whether it affects anything or not, they will try to upsell you their extremely overpriced packing services and then refuse to take the box if you dont pay up. An absolute scam. Ive always shipped Fedex for work and ebay sales but this branch might have convinced me to use another service....not to mention their prices for shipping tires have gone up (charge you for the entire space when they are using the inner hole of the tire to put smaller boxes in), and their tendency to change prices dramatically after quoting your shipping and accepting the packages...the experience with this branch was the last straw...

The worst FedEx office in Chattanooga. I had two bad experiences. The first time I went to drop off some prepaid shipments and they picked up my box and demanded to know what was in it. He then said naw I dont want to take this I asked why and he said “I just feel like there is too much tape on this box. Let me be clear that the box was perfectly square and I wrapped the whole box in tape to make sure it wouldve made it safely. They also refused to accept the other two packages I had. The FedEx pickup guy was actually there and the look on his face said what I wanted to say. So I went outside and gave to packages to the FedEx guy and he took it without a fuse. The second time I brought in a package that was shrinkwrapped and they said they do not accept shrink-wrap boxes. I couldnt believe this so I called FedEx and they couldnt believe it also so they called the store and FedEx called me back saying they are a different store and can decide to do different things. She also complained how ridiculous this was also. So I had to travel 30 more minutes out of the way to mail my shipment and the guy there said heck man Ive seen kayaks come through here with nothing but shrinkwrap. So say what you want to say. Based from my first visit I honestly felt like I was being refused as a customer.

If there were negative stars I would do it. The lack of customer service is incredible. Plus their cutters dont work at all it ruined my flyers that were very pricy since they were color and they refused to help me. GET NEW CUTTERS that work kinkos. If you want to serve to professionals, be professional.

I travel and use Fedex all over the country. Most are very eager to help and do a great job. This was the most apathetic and unprofessional counter worker I ever encountered. He seemed to think customers are an inconvinence. I will continue to support Fedex but not this location.

Poor service, lieing employees. I needed next day delivery on a package. I was willing to pay the extra money for next day and was told ground would get it there by the end of business next day. Didnt happen. Even though I asked the employee to check the delivery arrival time. I will never use Fedex again. In 2006 I needed keyes sent to Bay St Louis, LA next day being Saturday and was assured by the manager of this store that it would get there on Saturday. He lied. Those keyes didnt get there till Monday. Needless to say Fedex has failed me again. I will never use this company again. I cant trust Fedex to do what they say they will do. Their employees are trained to lie to customers. When you call corporate their customer service is unhelpful, they have a very uncaring attitude. Once again I will never use this stores or Fedex services again.
