Great place with a wide variety of hardware. Staff is very helpful. Ample parking, which means the are set back from the road so it is not obvious as you drive by.

Fantastic assortment of everything you could possibly need on a jobsite! Lift harnesses, hard hats and a complete stock of Personal Protection equipment to the smallest nuts & bolts & hardware & tools & you get the idea of everything you can think of. Then to top it off they have a Super friendly and always helpful staff!

Didnt have a metric bolt with fine thread, literally told me they dont carry fine thread bolts anymore. The name is atlas bolt lol, all they do is sell overpriced Milwaukee tools

They have just about everything you could ask for as far as product. As far as customer service, I first went in to thier store being tired of fastenal. After I stood around in the showroom for a while (more than 15 minutes) some guy came by me and went behind the counter. He answered the phone as if he worked there.....low and behold one of the employees is here.....and to my surprise, when I asked him (I was the only one in the store) did he work here, he quickly said yes. Further to my surprise, when I asked if he could help me with a list of hardware (I saw the commercial with the owner saying home town friendliness, for all your needs come to atlas bolt, now your ready) he said just a minute.....tick tock blah blah blah.....after he finished his coffee, he said what do you have? I showed him a list of hardware and he said yeah go through the back door, kind of motioning towards the rear of the store. Long post but this gets ALMOST comical, so I go thru the only door in the back of the store that didnt go to an empty office. A grey door labeled, employees only to a breeze way with chain link on both ends and a door on the other side at the end labeled.....keep this door closed. So I enter the next door and hear warehouse type sounds, walk down that alley between some shelves to find a fellow with his back to me with ear phones in his ears. I thought to myself, this aint gonna be good, I am going to scare this fellow when he turns around. Loudly I asked if he could help me as I could here his music from him ear buds well. I dont remember the song but hard rock is what I remember. So yep he turns around startled and loudly saying (talking over his earbuds) what are you doing back here? I said I needed some hardware and the fella up front said come back here....long story short, I got the hardware, have been back a couple more times and have since found a better store up into town that doesnt mind helping me.....
