I was in desperate need of air conditioner and found one here for 40 dollars I was a little skeptical of getting the air conditioner because the front of it was taped up when the cashier plugged it up to see if it blow cold air!! it seem to I guess because we were in a cold building or already cool place so it fell cool but it also had a ticking sound that no one knew what was causing it so I asked the manager if I could pay him $35 instead of 40 for the air conditioner he agreed... HE DIDNT WANT TO HE SAID IT HAD SO MANY BTUS IN IT FOR SUCH A GREAT PRICE.. Get it home and plugging it up and didnt seem to be getting cool... So I peeled the tape off it up ...Guess What I find on the inside of the air conditioning unit A WASP NEST and a bunch of towels stuff in it I called the manager the manager says it is what it is I got a chunk it up as a loss ! Huh .. He REPLIED I give it to you for a good deal and that he didnt get want he put into... REALLY I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EARS I will never ever shop at this place again to me HE SHIWED COMPLETE DISHONESTY....

They have terrible customer service. I would recommend going another mile down the rd to U.S. Money Shops. This isnt the first time either. Everytime I call they put you on hold for longer than 5 mins and when they come back they dont want to help you and its clear in the way they treat and talk down to you. When I get my laptop back I will never do business with this company again.
