Two great things to share:1. Wifes Brighton watch needed repairs: Colony 13 sent off to Brighton, & two weeks later got watch returned, in great shape, good for many more years2. It was March, but we got a great Snow Babies present for daughter for her April B-day. She displays these every day at her house.Tx to Colony 13 for such great service and source of great presents.

Two employees in the store, no one greeted me, and I was the only customer. Just an observation.

Went to the store on may 11 and ordered a Minnie mouse Pandora bracelet they didnt have the size I needed in stock told me they would order it and it would be here in 7-10 days well today is June 3 still no bracelet and no one to answer as to why its not here... I understand we have a pandemic going on but I have ordered plenty of things since this and have had not one issue... I called today only to get sent to a answering machine... Left a message and guess what no return call... Which means I have spent 220 dollars and have nothing to show for it... I will not use this store again...

Colony 13 ALWAYS has the best variety of specialty gifts! Its fun to find unique things for that special. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful! I will be a customer for life.

I usually like this store and have a great experience. But today for some reason was different. I took my friend to show her this store, and we were followed the whole time, through the entire store. Not a good experience.

Normally I have a good experience with this store but I recently have had a horrible one. The owner was nothing but rude. I am never shopping here again and giving them my business.

Like the old store with wood floors better! But staff is friendly and helpful! Many beautiful gift items!

Love this store at Northgate Mall lots of beautiful things to pick from. This store has been open since I was a small child. Please stop in to see what they have. Lots of vera bradley, jewerlry etc.
