They carry a good selection and the store does stay fairly clean. My only real issue with this location is the helpfulness of the staff and how slow the check out process is. There is never more than one register open and the pick up process for online orders is ridiculously slow because they tend to forget you exist. This is not based off a single visit but from several.

I go here a lot but today I had the best experience with a lady named Brittney. The store was very busy and lots of people checkin out. But she didnt rush us and was patient and calm and helped us the better than anyone normally would. she was so helpful and very sweet. I wish everyone took her lead when dealing with customers. I am not sure how to give a direct review but this lady deserves a raise and a certificate of some sort. I have never encountered such a great employee

Worst store experience ever These people were so rude to my daughter right in front of my twin grandkids . they raised their voices they were rude and kept interrupting her . they told her to go behind the counter and scan it herself they all deserve to be fired They were so hateful I couldnt believe a company would ever allow their employees to treat customers so badly. Their store manager Dani has no business working with the public at all let alone being the manager We will never shop toys are us again our children deserve to be in the store where the adults are courteous and respectful If you value good customer service do not ever go to the Toys R Us in Chattanooga

My 1 hour online order took over 3 hours. Waited 30 minutes for Manager / supervisor (Brandon) in Chattanooga store, who discussed in a very rude tone in front of other customer with me, that he has 2 hours to complete the order, once they received the order. I showed him my email - from toys r us - that Im supposed to get another email within 1 hour to pick up order. He said email is wrong. Looks like they need to get a class to know whats on their website. Took them another 30 minutes to get my order ready. On top they missed one toy ( I ordered a total of 11 toys). Brandon left without even apologizing. Worst customer service ever. Say good bye to another loyal customer.

Store doesnt seem to be overly busy with employees. Only 1 or 2 checkouts open. Usually only 1. Store is kept neat and clean. Shelves are pretty well stocked. Only issue would be checkout lines if its a busy time.

Such a great toy store from me and my sisters childhood, we go there all the time and sad to see it close there doors forever!

I was buying two bicycles today and they did not have either one in stock. I was asked if Id like to buy the ones on display and I asked if there was a discount on them. They said no, unless there was a lot of wear on them. Then they said something about them already being assembled, so I said I guess that means at least Id save on that. Nope! Id have to pay the assembly charge because they were already put together! Wow! I could not believe that. Needless to say, I did not buy either bicycle.

Great selection. They have the best toy selection around. But you have to watch their prices. Most non exclusives can be found online for much better prices. My biggest complaint is that the signage is wrong or missing completely. This forces you to either find a price scanner or to use the app which is horribly slow.

I have found their selection to be great but at a premium. You can usually find items at a lower price at several places. Legos I have found 30-40% cheaper.

Great store and example of how not utilizing technology correctly can cause you to go out of bankruptcy. A plus for this is that Amazon had a huge boost in the beginning by being the online supplier for online sales, which brought tons of new customers to amazon.

This place was a kids dream back in the 80s and 90s. There was not a kid I knew thas t did not want to do a Toy Run. But now it is closed forever. So i have to give it only one star since is is no longer open.

I would give zeroes but thats because they always take all of my money what a great place kids love it and we love it Id rather be a Toys R Us kid

We put a layaway in at toysrus this year for our first time and went to get it out. After waiting around for 45 mins the security guard I assume told us it would be a little bit longer so we decided to go walk around the store. While walking around me came upon 2 employees shopping for our layaway! They lost 550$ in toys that we purchased! We made our way back to the front and asked for a manager! He came out and explained to us that yes they did loose our layaway and they were trying to find all the stuff we bought on the floor!!! 3 hours later we got all our toys and the manager gave us half our money back! I was very disappointed in them! If he wouldnt have offered half our money back we wouldve returned everything!!! Toysrus yall need to get your stuff together this is kids Christmas presents were taking about!!! Luckily enough they found everything we bought!!!

I understand that this is a busy season for any department store. I expected to wait at least 3 minutes for someone to answer the phone. After waiting for someone to answer, I wasnt met with Thank you for calling ToysRUs. How can I help you? Instead someone answered and immediately hung up. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called back thinking maybe they were having issues with their phone system. This same instance happens 4 other times! This is not an exaggeration. All I wanted was to see if they could check inventory for one item before driving out of town to get it. Needless to say, this infuriated me, and I would never suggest this store in making someones holiday season less stressful.

Absolute awful customer service. Every time we go in there theres an older black lady, at the front of the store, thats completely rude no matter what you do or say.

The WORSE EXPERIENCE EVERRR!!! MY husband and I WAITED 1 HOUR AND 30 MINS just for a layway pick up that I guess no one could seem to find (but didnt tell us that). First, Customer service were rude and overhearing them saying they going to cuss ppl out, being rude to other customers for no reason and etc. It wasnt even all that busy for our layway to be taking forever to get. We saw ppl come straight in and out to get their layway within 10 mins..while 5 different employees ask us our last name for our layway and that they are working on it..DOES IT TAKE THAT LONG TO GET A LAYWAY OF 6 ITEMS OUT??? NO!!! SO WHILE WE ARE WAITING AN HOUR AND 30 MINS...OUR LAYWAY FINALLY CAME. THE GUY DIDNT EVEN CHECK TO VERIFY ALL OF THE ITEMS WITH US LIKE THEY SUPPOSE TO DO VIA RECEIPT AND WE WERE STILL MISSING 1 ITEM! SMH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! AND IN WHICH I THINK THEY LOST OUR LAYWAY BECAUSE IT SEEM LIKE EVERYTHING WAS PICKED OFF THE FLOOR AND PUT IN AN OPENED BOX! WHEN I SAW THEM BRING OTHER PPL LAYWAYS IN A UNOPENED TAPED BOX...I WILL NOT FOOL WITH TOYS R US AGAIN!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service, or lack there of, at this store is pathetic. I understand that this is a busy season, I really try not to have high expectations anywhere I go right now. But when the cashier is standing there loudly exclaiming how she is about to walk out, she cant take anymore, etc, then after waiting in line for almost 20 mins when there was only 2 people in front of me, rings one of my items up and then walks away from the cash register to go throw a hissy fit bc some guy didnt bring her a bigger bag soon enough, yeah Id say thats a problem. I just walked out and I will have to go back another time when I have a good hour to waste in the check out line. I dont usually give bad reviews, but every single time I go in here its always someone with a bad attitude and Im just sick of it.

Bought a $100 baby gate took it home got it out of the box and peices are mossing and the gate was bent outta shape..... If im spending that much money i dont want second hand stuff!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!

We took our kids to the Hamilton Place Toys R Us as they both had gotten gift cards and frankly, the store sucks. We were there yesterday (5 days after Christmas) and selection was okay, but there were practically NO prices on anything. Literally 3/4ths of the displays had NO prices on them and the rest were misplaced. We had to find a scanner (not well marked) just to see how much stuff cost. And you know what, everything was more expensive. For instance, a Nerf Rapidstrike was $39.99 there. On their website, its $33.99! Rip off!

They have a lot of good toys to pick from . We enjoy shopping there for our grandkids.
