I actually was originally satisfied with my visit untill I got home and found that the one item I went for, which one of the ladies who works there had to help me with finding so I was getting exactly what I wanted, whom also rang up my purchase, did not include it in my final purchase. Be forewarned to che k your bag before walking out of store to make sure you get what you intended to buy. And make sure that your item that was the only reason for going to this store was actually rang up at time if checkout. This little mistake on the workers behalf and mine will cost allure what could of been a satisfied customer who had planned on returning but not anymore if the workers cant even add the one item needed or wanted in my final purchase at checkout. This has me extremely upset with the store being as they had to help me find my item of choice and not even ring it up!

Was in here about a month ago with my wife and it was late in the evening! The woman working that night was very helpful, was quick to answer any questions we had and even made a call to the manager about a product I was interested in that she wasnt sure about! Makes a huge difference shopping at a place where people actually love their job and she definitely loves her job!

So Allure just lost alot of money today. Okay I understand the ID checking, the zipping up of my girls purse and wearing a mask.. but then I cant even use my phone to Google Lens a product for reviews? I guess my money isnt good enough for these guys, considering I had over 150 dollars worth of product that I WAS going to purchase but now I refuse to spend money with this business. Guess what? There are plenty other places I can spend my money and ill be sure to let my friends and family know about the experience. I wasnt taking pictures to post anywhere, and the product I was looking up was a lubricant made locally BY MY people. Thats my 2 cents

Went in here for the first time tonight, blown away by the cleanliness, friendliness and variety of products! Found everything I was looking for a few things I didnt expect to find but love! I was pretty disappointed in the plus sized items. After getting home and opening them only to find theyd barely fit a normal sized person. Ill find a way to make it work though. Well be back!And to the comment below mine about the mannequins, its an adult shop! If you dont like it, dont bring your kids near it. Thats why theres a HUGE no children sign on the building. Use common sense.

While on my honeymoon I came across this establishment and we decided to go in. Since this was the first Adult store I went into I wasnt sure what to expect. The staff was extremely nice and even helped me pick out a variety of items I needed (and wanted). They were not inappropriate or creepy at all. Since I am a female that means a lot to me. I will go back if I get the chance :)

Called to get a price, was told I believe its such and such amount. Then was told Come by and see what we have. If I wanted to drive an hour and a half to see what they have, Id have done so to begin with and not wasted time calling the store.
