Can’t even open a simple PowerPoint document to print. 2 computers crashed while I was in the store. Maybe it’s a good spot to print out black and white documents but that’s about it.

They have always come through and completed the jobs for us quickly and efficiently. Theyre great at communicating if they feel there are edits that need to be made to a print job and theyre very easy to work with.

Aladdin is centrally located in downtown Chattanooga, and is always there in a pinch when I need quick service. Their brand new facility is welcoming and their staff accommodating and friendly. Printing is clean and consistent and reliable.

Im pretty disappointed with the customer service from Aladdin. We didnt get to see a proof, and they just gave us a final product. It was not done nicely and they didnt give us our money back. They also didnt call us or give us any notice when our job was done.

Called them 45 minutes after they closed (didnt realize it was that late as I was on a different time zone - visiting Chattanooga).They not only answered the phone but took my order, got it printed and I picked it up in less than 10 minutes!Couldnt ask for better customer service!

I had a sealed bid project due in Chattanooga and due to an unforeseen incident I wasnt able to send the package UPS on time and I needed the project printed and hand delivered. I called the print shop and got Adam on the phone and not only was he extremely nice and helpful but he got my package to the destination on time and for less than what I would have payed UPS to do the same thing.
