Great store but didnt have my ink black Kodiak 30

I love their loyalty program. We came to use the print center. You used to be able to use their computers to print, now due to Ransomware you must email your documents to an associate and they will print for you. Not too bad since they offer free WiFi! This store has an interesting smell and had more trash on the floor than others Ive been to, although this might be due to the age of the building and the carpet.

The place is a little old but, has everything you need from an Office Depot. Including some good, unadvertised sales on random racks throughout the store.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Hunter! He made my shopping experience enjoyable, quick and easy. I had a gift card and tax exempt and some of the items were in stock and some of them had to be ordered on-line. Hunter was patient, kind and knowledge through the whole process. He ordered the items I needed, honored an online price difference and updated our account with a new address. He genuinely was concerned about the customers needs and made my visit stress free and enjoyable. I will be back because of the service I received! Thank you Hunter!

Nice huge store with minimum help,spent over 20min of looking around and no one acknowledged my presence at all. No big deal being I was just there for ink pens but still it wouldve been nice to be greeted, once!

I have been getting my business cards made here for years and I also get business forms here, work order, estimate forms, receipts...etc..etc... you can find anything to do with business or school, filing folders to filing cabinets. Computers from laptop to full size...Get anything copied or anything printed as many as you want..Be prepared to wait if you want to make business cards or other printing needs...Also be prepared to wait when you go back to pick them up...they tend to get busy at times and have a limited amount of people and equipment to get you in and out quickly. And Im not sure about having any more business cards made here...I paid $30 something for 50 cards last time....like I said Last Time...

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable! The business cards they print are of very high quality! I have ordered from them for many years for our staffs business card needs. Our teachers also use the copy services and they always receive top-notch service! Thank you for always delivering consistently quality products and service!

Good selection of basic items I needed, but really went in to get a shredder. They only carry one brand & it was really expensive for just home use. Had to go to Walmart.

So my complaint is the ink rewards program. They say they give 2 dollars for every cartridge. Ive turned in 20 cartridges. From business and personal and not 1 dollar has ever been added to my account. Oh well. Just ridiculous that associates tell me Im earning money every time I drop off a cartridge. Please discontinue this program or start being honest with customers.

I normally shop at Staples, but this store has had some great deals and I have been frequenting the store more as of late.

The print center there is just not good. They routinely do not get orders right and do not check their own work prior to getting it to the customer. I have had multiple problems with them in the past, the most recent was today. They took down my print order with perfect accuracy. However, the order they fulfilled did not follow the order as written. In turn, they didnt get my page lamination correct or booklet binding right. The print shop is not a reliable one and I will not return there.

I went in there to find some office space for my company Gary & Sons LLC and they refused to lease us some office space! I will never go back nor recommend to any future business owner.Also, there was feces smeared all over the toilet seats..

This one is actually better than the one on Gunbarrel Road; they do have more merchandise selection than the one on Gunbarrel Road.
