Kitschy, cute, and unique coffee shop. I had the ice coffee with oat milk and my buddy ordered the yogurt bowl. The guys there are so kind and courteous. The shop has a really neat upstairs with all kinds of original art and a gorgeous view of the bridge. We hung out for a couple hours with our kid while we figured some stuff out for our trip. Very quiet, seems like it would be a great place to study. The service is what stands out the most here though. Excellent choice of coffee drinks too.
Ive been to this establishment several times, the coffee is good, the artwork is unique, and the atmosphere is relaxed. Hot or cold, theyve got what you want
Really neat coffee shop that has delicious drinks and food. Staff was really nice and food came out quick. They have a nice deck to enjoy while you eat if the weather is good. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a quick cup of coffee and breakfast
Be prepared to wait. Great coffee. I ordered cafe Americano with cream and sugar. Great cup of coffee. Great view of the Walnut Street Bridge.
Lovely place to come study and have coffee. Also the food is great
Nice place to chillax. Breakfast sandwich was tasty and filling and the mocha was excellent.
Great atmosphere, friendly baristas, and good espresso!! Love the butterscotch and toasted marshmallow flavors
I always stop at the Stone Cup on my way out of Chattanooga. The Stone Cup and I go way back to when Jennifer first openned the coffee shop in North Chatt. It was the first coffee shop to roast their own beans (take that Mudpie). Interesting trivia: there is another Stone Cup in Lyons, Colorado outside of Boulder on the way to Estes Park. Supposedly they named it after the Stone Cup in Chattanooga (with Jennifers permission).
Plenty of seating (upstairs, downstairs, outside), yummy coffee and food options that can be vegan/vegetarian friendly. Great location right by the pedestrian bridge!
Good coffee. Free wifi. There is a nice quiet area up stairs. Seems like a nice place for reading or studying. My husband ordered their lavender thing they had on the menu. Tried a sip and it gave me the strange feeling of drinking potpourri. I was much happier with my normal vanilla latte. I prefer drinks to be less sweet and the barrista adjusted it just right for me.
Met first love here over a Cuppa. Hadnt seen her in ages. But over our delicious cups, I fell in love again. Thanks, Quaint Stone Cup for somehow arranging this marvelous coincidence!
Wonderful coffee, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
One of the best coffee spots in Chatt! The upstairs seating area is spacious and provides an entertaining view overlooking River St. One of the few coffee shops locally that has a ton of seating, so its a fine place for meetings and get togethers.
Chris knows a lot about the products sold there, very helpful, the owner is too. Great place!!
Very cute little coffee shop next to the walnut st bridge. So many types of mochas they have . The taste of espresso is very prominent in their signature lattes. Yummy turtle mocha (tried without caramel). Highly recommended.
Good WiFi, pretty chill. Try the hot chocolate
Been going to stone cup for a while, and never had a bad experience. But today I order what I usually do, iced or hot latte however y’all think is good, and it was amazing. probably the best coffee I’ve ever had so I wanted to say thanks. I don’t know her name but the cute blonde girl with an eye tattoo on her arm made it. Keep doing good I appreciate y’all.
Sometimes its nice to be out of the home office. I love the Mayan Mocha and upstairs sitting area.
Love this place, mostly for the location! Everywhere has good coffee, snacks, and treats, and Stone Cup is no exception! However, it would get 6 stars if they had some umbrellas on the patio! It’s already my favorite place, but I would be here daily if I didn’t have to think about getting sunburnt while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee!
Awesome coffee and a great spot to chill with friends or study upstairs. Especially loved that the upstairs is a designated quiet study space right now! Highly recommend the coconut mocha!
This place is dope as hell. i love the vibe and the people.
We were staying in the neighborhood for the week and ended up here twice. The coffee is excellent, the food is super good (I got Aunt Bonnies Egg Sandwich with egg, cheese, and jam on toast and just trust that its so good), the views on the back deck are spectacular, and the staff is so chill, so quick, so friendly.
I really really love this place! It reminds me of a coffee shop that I used to go to in high school at in my hometown. I come to the Stone cup to do homework, read, sit down with friends, or just enjoy the absolutely fantastic view (I swear its one of the best in town). Not to mention, its some pretty great selfie lighting. Lol.I love the exposed brick, twinkling light, and leather couch astethic. Its always comfy and very enjoyable. I think the little lights look like stars. I also love the interchangable artwork that is on the walls. Its always cool to see new things up.The coffee here is really really great. My personal fave is a coconut mocha, but you almost cant go wrong. The sweet little desserts are also always good. My favorite has been the blueberry muffins with a lemon glaze 😍. So great!Im also really fond of the events that take place at the Stone cup. It seems like they do a lot for the community with videogame tournaments, open mic nights, poetry workshops (personal favorite!), silent disco parties, and more.I wish I could give a higher rating! I absolutely recommend!
Everyone here is super friendly. Enjoyed many beverages hot and cold. I enjoy them all. If you enjoy a coffee house vibe, this is the place for you!
Our absolute favorite coffee in the Chattanooga area. First had it at Boathouse and had to find out who made it. Such a rich, delicious, creamy coffee.
Great location, trendy setting, always friendly staff, and creative coffee blends. The upstairs study room is still something I feel they likely need to figure out.
Great little Cafe in downtown Chattanooga. Coffee dine right for sure.
A week or so ago we tried holding a meeting here. Alec was rude to my business partner, started laughing at him, then was talking on the phone about weekend plans for the rest of the time. After a line formed customers were walking out without having placed orders. We went elsewhere to finish the meeting. Good coffee, food, and service at MeanMug or MadPriest. Free refills at Starbucks down the street.
Nice place to meet or get work done and a great view from upstairs!
Great service and a really good Iced Mocha Latte!
Good coffee and friendly service!
Cool lounge area. Neat place to hang out and listen to live music. Staff is friendly
Great group of people work very hard here, theyre knowledgeable, and always provide amazing service.
Coffee was good. Clean. Some of the staff at times sound as if the customer annoys them for being there.Could be a good place to hang
These guys are awesome. Great vibes! You should most definitely check them out!
I got a Mocha Latte with almond milk it was a decent cup.
Great place to get coffee. If you find yourself there also ask about music events in their space.
Food was good! Service was pretty slow, especially for how uncrowded the cafe was.
Nice place to grab a coffee and read or study.
Good coffee. Chill yet attentive staff. Nice relaxing environment with good views off the back deck.
Great sugar free options and delicious. Fun games to play. :)
Great customer service and awesome coffee... The scent hits you as soon as you walk in, its wonderful.
Food is ok, coffee can be better, or I must order the wrong one. Good view to the river and bridge.
Had a great caramel salted mocha. It was delicious. However, I was in the mood for a Flat white, I asked the person when I went to order if they do flat whites, to my shock and horror they replied, oh, no, that is a Starbucks only kind of coffee... haha, what? The Flat White is originally from the South Pacific and is amazing when done correctly. The Starbucks abomination is terrible and not worthy of the name. Anyway, great fancy mocha, hilarious coffee chat, I hope they add the real Flat White to their menu, the New Zealand style.
The coffee is insane and so is the atmosphere! Great art on the walls in the upstairs study room.
A really quiet place to do homework and study. The staff is friendly and coffee is always tasty.
My first time stopping by..I will be back
It has a great view and a friendly staff. We used to come down to the cafe during our breaks from class to hang out and work on homework. I always love the art on the wall and we always had a great time. Writing this makes me wish I was there to have one of my go to drink.
Great bacon, cream cheese and everything bagel. Yum!!
Love it, great view and good coffee.
Fast and efficient! Was able to go in with a stroller, social distance and get two cups of coffee within a few minutes. Service was great and bathrooms are clean!
Great little coffee spot on the North shore within walking distance of Walnut Street Bridge, Coolidge Park, Renaissance Park. Grab some go juice while visiting all the boutiques and local artisans shops down Frazier Ave.
Stone cup has created the perfect place to study or read with a view in Chattanooga.
Great coffee and atmosphere, been coming here for years
Love the EDM shows
The coffee is pretty good but over priced, but I planned a long study session and all of the seats were full and there was a private event going on upstairs and it was raining so there was only a few seats available and there were people camping out in them. I wouldnt mind but I had already paid for 3 hours of parking. I just wish there was better seating
Good coffee, best dirty chai in Chattanooga by far, but the front counter staff will go out of there way to ignore you. I legitimately sat at the front counter for 10 minutes while the guy at the register just played with the IPAD, and let the girl making drinks do everything by herself instead of taking customers orders. I get needing to update the system but you had a line and with the social distancing in the space, there wasnt anywhere for you to stand that was out of the way of other parties while you get ignored. Ill give it another try once things go back to normal, but not anytime soon.
Wonderful cafe, best coffee, and some great food! I needed a cafe last minute to do some schoolwork in while I’m out of town, and they were perfect! Good WiFi and friendly staff!
Always good when we go! Maple Chai latte was delicious!!!
Great views, nice staff, and good coffee! Love the upstairs seating area and the outdoor seating on the deck. Always have had good experiences here.
Great beans and after hours activities 💯🙏💥
Love their coffee
Perfect location facing the pedestrian bridge with open terrace. Good breakfast selection. Order at counter deliver at the table. Easy access from street or stairs under bridge. Reasonable price and good food. The bagel was toasted perfectly- and easy to eat. 10/10 would recommend
I love the vibe of this place.
Stone Cup is a pleasant morning walk across the bridge from downtown. The latte and breakfast wrap were a good start to the day, especially while enjoyed on the back porch looking toward the river. This was a great reason to get out of bed.
My favorite coffee shop in the city! The service, selection and atmosphere are great!
Always friendly, great atmosphere, wonderful way to mix up the WFH vibe
Quite possibly the greatest view of a city from a coffee shop! I’m in love with Stone Cup Cafe and the chill, artsy vibes you immediately feel when walking in. It is my Winter tradition to pick up a raspberry mocha from a Stone Cup before I hit up the Walking Bridge and sightsee. With their new expansion, I’m excited to see this amazing piece of Chattanooga become an even greater experience for customers!
I have been visiting Stone Cup since I was in high school and walked downtown after class for a quiet place to read or relax. Their food and drink selections still knock it out of the park and it is my favorite place on Frasier to grab a cup and relax because they always have honey and cinnamon available to add to your beverages. The staff is always friendly and happy to help you make your selection if youre not sure what you want or have not been there before!Would highly recommend to anyone!!
Friendly service and decent prices. Id take this over Starbucks any day. Much more cozy environment and with a view.
Spicy eggel on everything bagel... I think they use their own mozzarella pepper cheese.. its amazing. Also grabbed an organic vanilla raspberry muffin with maple frosting. Ridiculous. Great seating. Great atmosphere and view of the pedestrian bridge. Enjoyed the shot in the dark drip coffee with a shot of espresso. Dont listen to the snobby haters on here. They belong at Starbucks. Come here for a delicious local experience.
Shout out to the ladies brewing up a storm this morning. Not only did I get a delicious mocha, they boosted my self-confidence up a couple notches.Im keeping the sweater, May ;).Go here its wonderful!
Great location off pedestrian Bridge, friendly service
I have only had their Turtle Mocha. That and their awesome view get 5 stars all day.
Great place for a first date. I would give 5 stars, but Im not really a coffee person. I cant testify for their coffee.
Great coffee for a good price!
Loved the coffee, egg bagel and kind customer service.
A lovely, cozy little spot for coffee and a bite to eat. Its a wonderful place to cap a walk through Coolidge.
Cute shop with a variety of drinks. I enjoyed the spicy eggel- large and fresh tasting. Though they seemed a bit disorganized and lacking in coconut for my mocha. Id visit again though.
The lavender honey latte is a game changer
Neat shop overlooking the river. Next time Im in town Ill definitely stop again!
The menu is great! Good food and coffee. Very cozy with beautiful view upstairs. The staff is always friendly.
Quaint little cafe with some nice brew. Everyone raves about the London Fog drink but Im an Americano drinker which came out piping hot. Theres a cool map of where people visited from which is nice to look at as you wait.
Delicious coffee shop by day, awesome music venue by night!! This place is a gem no matter what time you visit. Definitely one of my favorite places in town!
The worst service I have ever experienced. The staff was completely clueless. I never got my order after waiting 45 minutes and following up multiple times.
