Inside was closed. That is only complaint. Breakfast bagels were great. The kids working there were super friendly and seemed like they wanted to be there.

Staff is in training. Hopefully not a long term issue. Expect longer than usual wait for your order. Loved the smoked salmon bagel and coffee. (Caribou coffee. Took the Einstein bagels sleeve off)

Theres not a lot of bagel options in Chattanooga area. Einsteins delivers what they promise on their menu every time though, for a reasonable price!

This is the first time I have ever eaten at a Einsteins Bagel location. This particular location was extremely clean easy to view from the street the staff was very friendly price is reasonable. I had a egg and cheddar on a plain bagel toasted and sliced. It was very tasty my preference is for boiled and baked bagels and unfortunately they only serve steamed Bagels. I would return to try other products

Mask mandate in effect and staff had no mask on in drive through. Even if you think masks shouldn’t be required, what does it say about your business if you think the rules don’t apply? As a customer, it makes me wonder if other general safety rules in your kitchen don’t apply. At least make your employees wear masks just to make your image appear as though you care.

Well was all excited to eat there today and when I got there at 12:20pm for lunch time NO ONE was there. The website says they are open until 4:00pm to be exact but NO ONE was there kind of funny not really. Very disappointed.

I have to edit my review, Im sure the food is still good but who knows? Theyre never open. Hours online are incorrect. Not worth wasting the time to drive there to risk it not being open because its probably not. Line was wrapped around the building today for Mothers Day but was quickly a letdown as everyone discovered it was not open.

Cool little place! Bagel sandwiches were super good and I loved the option of buying a bunch of different bagels to take home with you! Would visit again!

Delicious bagel shop, Einstein Bros, is a great place to stop for a morning brunch, or a later afternoon lunch or dinner. They have many options here on what to eat from breakfast sandwiches to more dinner-like foods. They also sell bags of high quality bagels with containers of their “shmear.” This is their cream cheese with different flavors of many types of sweet and savory options. Here, you can enjoy high quality food.Tip: get a bag of bagels if you have a large family eating as they seem to be a pretty good price.

I love the bagels here and everything but they said they hoped at 6am and I decided to stop by to get some bagel before I head to work and they had their lights on but nobody answered. I hate going to places that say they open at a certain time and then I go and they aren’t open. 🤦🏻‍♀️

It was my first time going, and I can absolutely say Im going back. The cashier was extremely friendly and the food was amazing an hot. I definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Closed today. Not the first time drove all the way down there to find that out by any means. I like the bagels here but its a real challenge to get them. Closed all day, late open, broke oven, out of that flavor, or just a 15 minute wait for no apparent reason all serve to defeat. They werent always like this. Only the last year or so. Thankfully theres a dunkin donuts next door with reliable, speedy service.

The hours should be amended online. Drove down and noticed the dining room was closed (assumed due to Covid-19 protocol) and waited in line with three other vehicles at the drive thru. After a few minutes it was apparent that there was no staff on site. Its understandable that things happen, but a sign on the drive thru speaker would have been helpful. It wasted a lot of peoples time.

If you want the bagelrito, don’t come to this location. the past 4 times i’ve come, they’ve either been closed due to issues with registers or for no apparent reason. not to mention every time I come, i’m waiting in the drive thru line for +20 minutes. this is now the 5th time i’ve come and still no bagelrito and i’ve waited for 20 minutes yet again. honestly not surprising based on the reviews, this is not how you keep customers coming back. i’ve tried giving this location multiple chances but I leave disappointed every time.

I used to love going here. However the last couple of times they have been extremely stingy with their ingredients. Bagels are dry, asked for avocado spread and there was barely any spread on my toast. These bagels are highly overpriced and underwhelming.

I think the food is great, but service is also a huge part. Sat in drive-thru forever for two bagels and a cookie. It appears they were short staffed and the line was many cars deep. Needless to say I wont be going there much anymore and the only reason I went today was because of a Groupon

Closed at 8 am on a Wednesday for no apparent reason. Very unreliable.

Witnessed the staff yelling and cussing at eachother with the window open while waiting on my order. Seems like a toxic workplace with minimal staff thats being over worked. Would suggest to just close this location down if it cant be run properly.

I asked for a toasted bagel and extra lox and I’m sure I was charged for it based on the price. ($3.00 more than the day before.) Instead I got an untoasted bagel and the regular, single piece of lox that barely even covers the tomato. Is it worth the drive back and the long wait??

Closed (during regular operating hours per Google) the last two times I’ve gone. I live 20 minutes away, so there’s really no reason for me to come back for a third time on the chance they “might” be open.

We had a very largeorder. The einstein bagels we originally ordered from. Helped us by switching our order to this location which was closer to us. When we arrived they brought everything out and loaded it in our car. They were really awesome. .

Einstein turning into burger King. I ordered bacon avocado tomato for to-go. Missing bacon and almost no avocado with small size of egg. Not worth to pay that much money. Taking long time even without many people. Fyi, they only do the drive through order since COVID19

I went there today well before closing hours. I waited at the speaker for a few minutes, then was told that the store was closing early because they are understaffed and someone just quit. It shouldn’t take more than one person to make a bagel. Very bad business. Will not return as I’m seeing through the reviews that this seems to be a normal occurrence for them.

Came in yesterday and got 12 of the best Asiago bagels I’ve ever had.the manager was a younger woman very caring and friendly.not many places with good bagels in this area.5 stars for Einstein of east brained!

I used to love this place. About a year ago it went into decline. Sometimes when you pull up theyll say they have no bagels, or the oven is broke, or the truck didnt bring whatever you are trying to order. Fortunately Dunkin Donuts is next door. Also theres a publix up the street that reliably has Einsteins bagels. I can say that the staff is always friendly at this Einsteins location.

Overall the bagel was appetizing. I liked the combo of spinach, roasted peppers, pepperoni, and basil pesto. But the chicken tasted like it came out of a frozen stouffers meal :/Ill stick with the cheaper breakfast menu

These owners need to sell. They are an embarrassment. Take a popular brand with a great product, then mismanage it so badly that it takes 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Yes, I tracked on my location ap. Look, I love the bagels but I cant waste that much time in line, ever. The owners could make so much more and keep people happy, but clearly theyre in over the heads.

I LOVE Einstein Bros. Bagels!!! They are always fresh and delicious, and they have great customer service. If you like sweet bagels, I recommend the cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The onion and chives bagel is also delicious. 10/10 recommend; I want to get married at Einstein Bros. Bagels!

Went for bagels day after Thanksgiving. I asked for unscliced they gave me sliced. The bagels were cold like they had been refrigerated and didnt taste fresh. Very disappointing.

My husband and I went in to get bagel sandwiches and my husband loudly announced it was my bday and I was treated with a non expecting free birthday bagel. Christnas Eve. No inside dining or service. Line wrapped around the building and moving extremely slow. Voice on speaker told another customer that they were out of practically everything, including plain bagels. We pulled out of the line and left.

I have visited this location frequently since its opening, and unfortunately, since the previous staff has been replaced the quality has dropped a lot. Coffee has been terrible, specialty bagels lacking the special ingredients youre paying a premium for, they are slower, not toasting bagels, missing simple instructions (smear on side)... they are friendly, but it cant make up for the rest. Ill be going back to Panera Bread for now.

I had a coupon and have never been before, so this past Sunday decided to try it. They were very busy and there was about a 15 min. wait after placing my order. Got my bagel and went to the car and, oh my goodness it was worth the wait! Best bagel ever! I also had an iced coffee and it to was delish!

It may be a chain store but their bagels are so good. Whenever I’m in the area I have to make time to go. The Asiago bagel with the salmon spread is my absolute favorite and their coffee is above average.

Bagels were very good, I got the turkey, bacon, and avocado one and it was great with lots of the stuff packed into it. My boyfriend got the farmhouse bagel and it wasnt as stuffed but still was good. We both got the caramel high rise, I got the cold and him the hot. LOVED the iced coffee and the hot was enjoyable too. I liked how they bring you what you order to the table, that was nice.

This place never lets me down. Always excellent bagels and sandwiches and the ingredients are top notch. I really enjoy stopping by for a French toast bagel sandwich now and then because it’s like having a whole plate of breakfast in one bagel! The schmearfuls are also worth a try if you’re on the go or can’t afford to eat a sandwich in the car. Very easy to eat while you drive or on your way in the door to work!

Einstein Bros Bagels is awesome! I go through there most mornings for a bagel and coffee, they NEVER skimp on the cream cheese and the is just a delicious as other competitors! GM Chuck has always gone out of his way to help, even donating to an event at my place of business. If you haven’t been there yet, you need to check them out!!

Clean, neat, well-lit place with good coffee and very yummy bagels. I love to get their breakfast bagel sandwiches with an egg or good things like spinach and cheese. Their employees are always nice too. A couple of the staff have been there from the beginning, I think. Its a good place to meet friends and they have 2-3 outside tables to use when the weather is good.

Decent bagels but on the expensive side. Seems to be a place were laptop/tablet carrying millenials hang out. Got some fancy bagels if thats your style. Flavored cream cheese, but not much in the way of low fat.

Einsteins is by far our favorite quick breakfast. My wife goes to this location every week on her way to work and has never been disappointed. And shout out to Chuck the manager for being so kind and helpful every time we are here.

I pass this location every day since it is near my home and the last two times I have gone mysteriously their smoothie machine has been down in a two week span. Either you get it fixed or stop having smoothies on your menu, it’s simple.

Rachel is the best!!! No matter how the day starts, I can always count on her to be so kind and efficient! I come here everyday for my coffee! Thank you for being awesome! This team is great!

Absolutely worth checking out. Ive lived close since it opened, but never went in until recently. Best bagels Ive ever had, and offers a great variety. Would personally recommend the mac and cheese bagel.

Einsteins is good for a change of pace. Excellent choice of bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Varied beverages. In and out quickly, or take your time and chat with friends

They never have our order ready on time. We place a large order every week. We call the day ahead and the always have a poor excuse as to why we have to wait or the order is messed up. (Missing items) I was there at the drive thru at 7:55 a.m. for our 8 a.m. order pick up. that we called in the day before. It was 9:30 a.m. before they handed me the order. I was late to work! Not cool! The food is good but not worth the bad management. I would take my money somewhere else.

Always good quality but just cant compete with the bagel shops up North. Small bagels with very little filling! Does beat supermarket bagels. I grab my bagels there and go to the store to pick up my own fillings and do it myself.

We love our Einsteins in Phoenix so we were happy to find one near our hotel. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait. We were the only people in line and three staff members were mulling around behind the counter but no one stepped up to take our order. I guess someone finally took pity on us and took our order.The order taker was abrupt but polite and the person who brought out our meal was friendly.Restaurant was clean and the coffee was hot! All our breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

Im a creature of habit and mainly always get a Nova Lox bagel but everything Ive gotten is always fresh tasting and fast. I only gave 4 stars due to a few times over the past year there has been a drive thru attendant that seemed like she could care less about life. Also, its possibly a regional or franchise thing but the Einsteins Ive visited in other states have been more generous with toppings on bagels. I will still remain a customer and recommend this location to other people.

Einstein is one of the best bagel and breakfast places in Chattanooga. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and fresh, and its a relatively healthier option than most of the other things you can do for breakfast. As strange as it sounds, try the chicken noodle soup even for breakfast.

This place is always my go to when I don’t have time to make my own breakfast. They are always on top of things and in good spirits. Rachel is amazing because she remembers me as a customer and makes me feel welcomed every time. This is true customer service.

Thus far, great experiences. Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are better than DDs, and their Chai is obviously made from real tea, and not from a powder-mix (take that however you like!). Delicious muffins and bagels, for sure!

If Im too busy to meal prep Ill swing through in the morning and can get a whole days worth of healthy food to go. They have greek yogurt, fresh fruits, turkey, avocado, salmon, etc and strong coffee available.

Seriously awesome customer service. I cant say enough amazing things about the staff here ( especially the morning weekday crew, Rachel and Mike ). I come here pretty regularly and they always know my order, and whenever I try a new diet out, they always have suggestions of what I can have. They go out of their way to get to know their customers personally, and with as much volume as they see on weekday mornings, Im shocked that they always have time to ask how Im doing, and never have a problem with tweaking my drinks/foods. 100% recommend :)

Everything was very fresh excellent service. I was just amazed that there were seven employees working at one time you definitely want to make sure your customers are taken care of. No waiting whatsoever. Will be back again for sure thank you!!

I will NEVER return to this store. I went repeatedly to this location on the weekends for about 5 weeks straight. The times were from 1030 am - 1230 pm. The place is open until 4 pm. Each time that I went they were out of bagels....how do you run out of bagels....youre the BAGEL COMPANY!?!?!? To me it sounds like horrible management. If you are running out of bagels that EARLY and CONSISTENTLY.... PLAN AHEAD and make more. It’s simple. I’m not a manger but could run that place way better and more efficiently.Each time I went to place my order in the drivethru (each time waiting 15 minutes just to place the order) they then tell me they are out of most specialty bagels for the sandwiches ( this happens after I listed off the 3 different options I might possibly want). It’s a 6 dollar sandwhich....you better have those damn bagels!!!!The last straw is on the last visit the shift manager, Mr. Roberts, was very rude about the poor management of his store. When I brought to his attention my concerns about the bagels, he said well you should of called ahead (I did 🙄 and they said they had them 😂😂) and then told well I could wait another 10 minutes if I wanted that bagel (keep in mind that would make this a 25 minute bagel wait) I proceeded to tell him he is a fool and that won’t ever happen! The cherry on top....the bagel sandwiches I received after a 20 minute wait were COLD and had very little cream cheese smear. I would have been FURIOUS if I had paid for this. The manager didn’t care about my concerns and WALKED AWAY.Don’t waste your time contacting corporate either. I called the district manager over a month ago and have yet to get a return call. When I call customer service about it they say the district manager is VERY busy.....well hell..... we all are busy aren’t we?!? That just goes to show they have NO INTEREST for customer satisfaction or improving their business. I would NEVER recommend this place and will steer people away from going here.Hopefully this post will get a response from corporate 😉
