Nice shoes but they never have the size you looking for

Bought a 40$ pair of 9yo crocs.....seriously

Just like every other journeys. sweet, simple and to the point

I came in today for a new pair of shoes. Found a pair of Vans I liked, but I decided to check out the other stores in the mall before purchasing. Journeys had the best customer service by far compared to every other store in the mall, specifically the Journeys associate named Glenn that helped me out - he is fantastic! So I came back and made my purchase here. I will be buying my shoes here from now on.

Never find anything but it smells good

Buffalo wild wings in downtown Chattanooga. Wait for an half hour for warm food. Then they took it back and waited longer for it again. Wheres the customer service go? Did food places forget this. There was sooooo many things that went wrong that it was just an disappointing dinner.

Hamilton place mall Journeys employees are rude. They do not help and act like it’s an inconvenience when you ask for a size and if you don’t want a pair of shoes. After returning the shoes to the employee and said thank you but they didn’t work the employee rolled her eyes and made a rude comment. I will not be back and it wouldn’t be a bad idea for other customers to go to a different place to find shoes. The attitudes there are uncalled for.

I prefer vans but my kids love the sparkle shoes they sale. Plus all shoes are expensive no matter where u go

My husband bought a pair of sneakers at 9 oclock at night when he got home he tried it on with a pair pants and did not like the way they looked the next day he want to return them and they said know that he had worn them . Now he is stuck with a 70 dollar pair sneakers that he doesnt want and a story fuse to do anything about it we would never go back to that store
