KANI MILLER AND THE CUSTOMER REP LADY HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE THEY ARE SCAMMMERS; AND THE MANAGER IS NOT A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES PERSON SHE HAS WASTED HARD EARMNED MONEY BECAUSE SHE SOLD ME BAD PRODUCTS

If you want good service go to 58 hwy store. This store closes without notice and then denies they were closed

T-Mobile/Metro has got a youngkid in the store on Little Debbie Prkway thats super, he can probably do anything you need done short of a Hocus Pocus Act!!

After several months of actually using the metro service we found out we were overcharged and sold things we were not even told were on the account and completely ripped off good review has now turned into a horrible review stay away from this store and its franchises worst metro franchise in the country

Obviously, I can only speak for myself and about my personal experiences, of which I have had only 5. The young ladies were all very nice, helpful and willing.The young men not so.Attitude and knowledge were questionable and not inviting, which is a new experience for me. STILL, its fine depending on your requirements. Expertise? Limited.

I went to the store on Shallowford rd during open hours yet no one was in the store it was completely locked up no note in the door to say brb...nothing. When I returned a couple days later the lady tried to make me feel like I was full of it because she has worked all last week...when I explained I would like to turn my phone in on the manufacturers warranty she tells me its void because of some superficial scratches on the cover after she has broken off my screen proctor and doesnt bother to replace it. So I took it to another location and no questions asked. They looked up my account seen how long I had the phone and gave me a loaner phone until mine came in. I would never ever shop this location again. If it were the last and only location Id switch phone carriers because both times I have dealt with this location the were RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

Just because it has open on the internet. Does not mean they are open. Getting tired of wasting my time and gas. Third time they have closed 6 hours before closing time.
