A gal sat fooling with a computer, and said Yes? I said Id like to buy a new battery or a new phone. We dont change batteries here. Go to a battery store. I said Well, I got an email about a trade in deal, tell me about that. She (still at the computer) said You can get a 12 or 12 Posh or 12 Primo (all stuff I didnt understand). I said The email said it was for an 11 phone. She said Maybe they changed it - they change it all the time. They dont tell us. The phone was ringing. I said Do you need to answer that? No, she said, still typing. Im here alone and Im with a customer. I wonder How hard do you have to fight to get a new phone at an Apple store? I left rather than put up with this.

Excellent experience, nice wide range of product. Bryson went the extra mile, gave great advice, set up the phone and walked us through some of the new features. Couldnt ask for better service, we will certainly be back. A big plus is lots of parking and no rush environment. Well done!

I came in to fix some issues on my account and order a new phone galaxy j7 I worked with China and Austin. They were great. Went back today to activate my phone and worked with Janelle the manager she was so kind and took her time to teach me to operate the phone. Great experience.

Horrible. I ordered a new upgrade on my current iPhone with them and the process has been a nightmare. First off, they did not mail my old phone back, which AT&T is now charging me the cost of. I have called this store over 20 times to reconcile the issue and every time I feel as if I’m rushed off of the phone saying that “they’ll fix it” or “someone will call you back.” They have NEVER called back and I have to keep reminding them to place the credit on my account for the mistake. I’m very close to switching providers after this experience. Save yourself the hassle and just upgrade your phone through the AT&T online service instead. It was easier speaking to the damn AT&T toll free customer service center than these employees.
One of the best AT&T experiences I’ve had in awhile. The store being under new management is very delightful. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist me and my family. Will return for all future references!

I would rather drive an HOUR round-trip out of my way to go to the company store on Gunbarrel than to ever visit this authorized retail store again. It is understaffed, the staff that is present is completely ill-informed and uneducated as to how current incentive plans work, how upgrades work, details regarding insurance on your phone, cost(s) of a adding line(s), etc. We ended up deciding to return one of our phones because we were so mislead, but had a 14 day grace period in which to do so. The first time we tried to return the phone, there was no manager on duty to facilitate the return. We tried multiple times to call the store to make sure a manager was there, but no one answered the phone. On the 3rd trip BACK to the store we were finally able to return the phone. I am unclear as to exactly what they are authorized to do.
Came in to just window shop and I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh Crawford. He was very patient and knowledgeable he explained all the benefits I would receive from switch my family plan with T-Mobile to ATT&T. I will definitely be back once my plan is up in June, and look forward to dealing with Mr.Crawford when I do.

WORST PLACE EVER. I would give it a BIG FAT ZERO. They are not a real AT&T Store. They wont refund you when they are supposed to. Bunch of liars. Never ever go there. You spend hours and hours trying to get your refund and they play dumb. Just plain stupid. They dont think they have to follow any rules. They are just allowed to sell phones and they try to rip you off as much as possible. Dont waste your time or money there. They are useless. Will file complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They should close down. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Horrible. Understaffed. Only one representative who was working with one customer for 30 minutes. I saw THREE customers turn around and walk out of the door. I proceeded to walk out myself.
Pleasant when you are about to spend money yet not at all helpful afterwards. Not willing to consider a return in less than 24 hours without a restock fee even when the sales person did not inform me of the fee. I paid the fee, returned the tablet and they never canceled the line, still showed up on bill and cost me way to much time to reverse their mistake.

NOT A REAL AT&T STORE!! Very sketchy and unprofessional!!! Only giving one star because it wont let me give zero stars. They are an Authorized Retailer, however I find that funny since they dont have authorization to do anything. They dont have to follow AT&T rules/promotions since they arent AT&T. When I asked them to help me get credited $100 for an AT&T promotion I qualified for, they told me they never heard of it. I asked them to call corporate. They said they left a voicemail and were waiting for them to call back so I called corporate myself. Spoke to many different people who ALL told me I qualify for this promotion, and even gave the phone to Jason and they told him to credit me. He said he couldnt because he wasnt authorized to.On top of this, this place is absolutely unprofessional. They are closed random days of the week for restock even when they tell you to come by tomorrow because theyll be open. Jason sits there with a vape on his desk. Another is in Clemson pajamas and not a uniform.Trust me, save yourself the stress and incompetence of these people. Go to a REAL AT&T store!!!!!

Such a weirdly bizarre customer service interaction. We went in and were originally told a plan would cost a certain amount and found out a few weeks later that salesperson didn’t know what they were talking about and plan was double what we were originally told. Got on husband’s plan and then received an email saying our bill would be $50 more because of some glitch in their system so it has to be brought back in. THEN saw that the wrong phone was ordered and I have to go out to the Gunbarrel location to switch out. No apologies or well worded explanations. Come on guys. I suddenly feel really depressed that I just switched from Verizon to my husband’s plan with at&t. While I won’t ever come to this location again, you guys need to get it together in there. At least try to act like you want to help people. That’s the job. As I read others’ reviews about Jason, I sure wish he had been around to help us.

I lost my post recently..anyways the guy there was not really helpful as left my friend waiting 2 hours and while he was helping her he was assisting other customers as well and they were done within 5 or 10 mins. He screwed her big time because she asked to add line on old phone but did not tell her about the 450miin Plan monthly. Now she is wanting to canceling the plan at another store because she called customer support that she couldnt access her Internet and so forth and that s she when she found out more info whereas this guy did not explain everything like he was supposed to. Plus he was watching football while dealing with customers and her same time. Now we are at another at t store and waiting again. These people at 153 hwy are helping her and focusing on one customer at a time while the manager and associate at market didnt have patience with her and kept her hanging....not cool.

Store says it opens at 10am there were about 5 of us all business customers standing outside until 10:15 because no one is in the store to open it. This is not how you run a business, At&t should revoke the authorized retailer status. I ended up going down the street to Verizon and switched as did 3 others that stood there with me.
