Always amazing products and service. Dropped off some venison to make into various types of sausage. Cant wait to get it back!

I ordered specialty coffees for my wife and myself from the phone app in the parking lot outside the store, and by the time I walked into the store our drinks were nearly ready. Impressive! Unfortunately I dont think they took the time to stir my iced coffee at all because the first sips I took through the straw were warm liquid from the bottom of the cup. Ah well, the staff were pleasant and the drinks were otherwise good.

Their chai tea as much as Starbucks. It does not have the bite and the almond milk isnt as good as Starbucks either.

They are fast and friendly at this location. They crank out large orders and have yet to make a mistake even with our (sometimes very) specific requests.

Worst service on this beautiful Saturday with attitude by some members. Worst service ever. I ordered ahead and walked in and said, I want it tor here. That went unheard. The barista making coffee just literally dropped the coffee on the stand with no pleasantness. Worst service ever when I mostly do all my morning coffee and breakfast from here. It all looks like a bunch of high-school kids with no leadership in place. I will think twice to make a trip here again and may just go to Starbucks a few blocks away. Teen kids with attitude!

I love Caribou but this store is BAD. Staff is rude and has a poor attitude no matter what time you go. Slow service and their iced drinks are lukewarm at best. Take the 5 additional minutes and to go another local shop.

The team at this Caribou has turned the corner and brought the service and friendliness of staff back! Great coffee and drinks, consistently made and quickly served. Use the Order Ahead app and get even faster service! Glad to have my local store back on track.

I go to this Caribou multiple times a week. It’s the best place. Your staff is always friendly they work hard to get your order out. They’re fantastic

The employees at this location are always so happy and helpful. My sandwich was perfect and my experience was just as good. The store was clean and organized. I love the chairs in front of the fireplace. I took a meeting from the and it was comfy and homey feeling.

There has been a lot of improvements made of how the staff approach the customers at this location. The folks are very friendly and do their best at work. I visit this place almost everyday early in the morning and I have had some very pleasant experiences that puts a smile on my face!

Great coffee, great location, could use more staff. Typical wait time is consistently 10 min+ and customer service needs improvement. Whats with the are you a perks member question? They sometimes ask, if I bring it up their rude. Its weird.

Date of Visit: 10/14/2018 - Stopped in on my way to work in the AM; hoping to grab a quick bagel and coffee. Hardly anyone in the parking lot, but the place was PACKED. There were only two workers, one taking orders, and one making the drinks. I ordered my usual (White Chocolate Hot Chocolate) but it is severely lacking on the white chocolate as it tastes mostly like hot/warm milk. No wonder there was a Now Hiring sign in the window.

I only ever order 2 shots of espresso with almond milk. I never generally get asked HOW MUCH almond milk Id like, and the barista here let me pour my own. Very nice staff

Third time theyve tried to overcharge me for a drink. Advertises 3.79 for a caramel iced crafted press, tried to charge 4.1920 minutes to get a coffee. There were maybe 5 people in total ahead of me. They looked staffed enough, but I dont know. This place needs more people.

Normally LOVE IT! Today not so much.....cashier tried to close out sale after each item, ”your total is.... rather than asking if there was anything else we wanted. There were 4 items, 2 of us standing there. When we asked for each item, she seemed very put out. Drinks were supposed to be not so hot both were extra hot. Oh well, next time I am sure it will be as good as it usually is.

Clean Caribou with a fair amount of space. Friendly employees every time Ive gone. I also was given a free sandwich that they made incorrectly for another customer. Good to see they arent wasting food!

Service was so fast that I had my drink before I had my change. And they never mess up my order, always remember to do white chocolate instead of milk thankfully.

Very patient and nice, I barely drink coffee so it was nice hearing them explain a few things about thier opinions on recommendations and helping me out on coffee language lol. But it was nice of them and they were very understanding.

Relative fast service. Draws a younger, trendy crowd with the high school being a few blocks away. Only down side is I feel the drinks here are a bit overpriced.

Coffee was good as always with a clean cozy environment. The internet was horrendous. It was challenging to complete work and defeated the purpose of coming to a coffee shop.

I love Caribou. I live in Gainesville Florida now and they only have starbucks. I miss Caribou. Always great coffee and service at any one i went too.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received on Christmas Eve. I waited about 20 minutes while the people came in after me got their coffees, and I finally had to ask about my own. She just asked what it was, and after she was done making the other peoples coffees, she made mine. Im disappointed, Caribou. No apologies for overlooking me either. After finally being able to leave with my coffee, it didnt even taste like there was esspresso in my Vanilla White Mocha. I wont be back.

Crabby MOD gave abrupt, rude responses to my questions and acted burdened by my request for a sandwich (I had to make multiple requests because they were out of most). The drinks were good and other employees were kind, but this MOD was horrible!

Not the first time we have gotten wrong drinks here. Maybe next time Ill remember to go to a different location. Watched them make the drinks after waiting for 15 minutes and them making multiple orders that had been ordered after mine, then tried the drinks, and they had both been made incorrectly. Was then told that they were made correctly by the manager who said she had made them, when I watched the other employee make the drinks. When I had asked for a refund and didnt want my drinks, the manager kept trying to get me to just order something else even when I continually told her I didnt want anything but a refund. Finally after going back and forth the manager finally gave me the refund and I left. This used to be a great caribou that I had visited frequently, but ever since the new management there has only been issues.

Drive thru ordering could be quicker but good service and friendly people

Took 20 minutes to get 1 cup coffee after ordering, and about 20 others were waiting around too after they ordered. There was one girl working acting like she didn’t want to be there and then 2 others finally came in from the back and one had a cigarette still in her mouth. 😒

The till wasnt working when we got there and so the server switched to the other till to serve us, which took her 5 minutes to do, and then we couldnt get what we ordered because there was none of it left. So we changed our order and then one of the coffees we ordered didnt get put through so we were waiting for ages, and we had to ask them to do it again. Just crazy slow service, so poor!

Caribou coffee has been slipping recently. Orders have been wrong and taking a long time. I hope they can get it turned around as I love hanging out at this location.

The store is nice and clean but I have been here 3 or 4 times and you usually wait at least 5 minutes for your drink. Seems like theyre understaffed.

I wasnt a fan of Caribou until I tasted their cold press. I really like it. Its got a bold Colombian flavor, which is a robusta bean and more in-your-face than the milder arabica beans usually preferred by gourmets. I prefer the stronger and simpler and sort of cruder flavor profiles of the robusta beans, and Caribous cold-press is the best and purest example Ive had in decades.
