Somewhat bizarre Starbucks location in a nice old townhouse. On a reecent seasonably cool fall day, the four massive integrated A/C units under the ceiling in the upstairs seating area were roaring loud enough to drown out the house music, with the windows all closed. (Theres also a gas fireplace in case they want to run that full blast to balance out the A/C.) None of the electrical outlets on the non-frosty side of the room were working.

The coolest thing about this store is the display of flys and nats inside the case of mummified food. Someone tell Gary Nader ll to take a bow he has single handedly destroyed what use to be the Flagship store of our town. Here’s to hoping they do better with the 5th Street location. 😞

They are cheap on coffee, today I got nitro cold brew filled only halfway(I’m not exaggerating), the rest was the foam. I pointed it out and a nice lady prepared the coffee one more time but it was the same thing. I always buy nitro on 5th street but they were out of nitro today.

Wow, what a unique location. This Starbucks does a great job of sticking true to the atmosphere of the town. The building and space seems not to have been modified or retrofitted much at all, leaving much of the original charm.Large seating area upstairs, with a fireplace and many seating areas. I cant say much for the crowd, or peak times since this was a short visit, but i was truly impressed. Probably my favorite Starbucks among the hundred or so Ive visited!

Chloe and Whit and Tim are AMAZING! Weve been coming to this location for our morning coffee on a daily basis for over a year now, and these three people really do brighten our mornings. Theyre always kind, friendly, and willing to go the extra step. Theyve got a great memory and fantastic customer service / social skills. They make the overall environment at this location a warm and welcoming place, treating both the locals and the tourists with equal respect. Give these folks a raise!

A great small Starbucks with very friendly staff. Coffee was great and the service was very fast as well. Parking is very hard to find though, but if youre in the area its better to walk to anyways.

Cozy Starbucks! They have a nice seating area downstairs by the window and by the fireplace. Then upstairs there is more seating, plus a separate quiet room for serious studying. Sometimes its hard to find a seat though

Nice store. Looks like a second floor too, but didnt venture up. Took one star off for coffee not being as hot as it should have been and the distracted cashier talking about weekends plans with other cashier while ringing me up.

This isnt my coffee. But they are open at 5:30 am so I could get back on the road.

Well coordinated service for COVID 19

Used express checkout for my daughters to get a few pumpkin spice lattes at 5:45am and they were ready in 5 minutes. Just super awesome service there. Never a problem at all.

Friendly and efficient- use the mobile app to order ahead. Seating is available along the first floor windows AND an entire 2nd floor is dedicated for seating/studying. Sneaky back door allows for a quick exit to Elliewood Ave.

Ive come to this Starbucks for the past 2 weeks. Coffee was great, but the morning staff is grumpy. Ive tried to instigate a casual conversation and their responses were short and cut. But to their regulars the staff was very friendly.

I love Starbucks....the variety of drinks makes it easy for everyone to enjoy a drink.

Early in the morning is the best time, otherwise it gets busy. Seating is limited. This location is more for in and out coffee runs. Music is usually what youd expect, but the flooring is remarkable. I always think to ask about it, whether or not its original or has any history, but Im always there before Ive had coffee so I never remember. Ive thought of renovating my floors in this same style, but Im worried about maintenance. It seems to be holding up well, even with the traffic. Free WiFi tho

Great basic coffee, but frappuccinos and other specialty drinks are too sweet and not strong enough coffee flavor-especially for the price.

Great service. The line and drink wait can be very long though because of the volume of college students coming through. They have a nice upstairs study space too.

Terrible customer service. I was driving through town late and called to ask if I came in at 11:03 pm if I could order a drink. The store manager on the phone (“Sam”) said she closes and locks the door at 11. I asked if I ordered using the app can I just run in and grab my Drink. Nope. This girl was super rude. It’s three minutes later than you’re open!! Customer service people... it’s not overrated.
