Good sales person but pricey

Acquired Abbot zinc table and quickly had rust appear despite using proper weather covering (purchased through pottery barn) in between use. Contact with customer service was poor, both locally in Charlottesville, and nationally with customer service hotline. Lead to them claiming there can be no exchange or refund with this floor item despite rust proof statement at time of purchase. Have done quite a bit of business with Pottery Barn in the past, and am very disappointed they would not honor an exchange or refund with this defective product.

Everyone had masks on, so I felt safe. The older woman up front didn’t have time to talk to me, but the younger brunette who looked for my pillows was very nice & helpful. Wish I got her name. Very large space & nice selection.

Lovely. Such a beautiful place with beautiful things. You can find a perfect gift for some hardworking person like a server at a restaurant or wherever. Bring a bit of joy to them.

One of my favorite PB in the area! Not the largest store I have even been in but if they do not have it in stock they will not hesitate to order it for you.My customer service experience thus far has been not but positive.

Friendly, but super expensive. I think they have a policy where they need to approach you every 2-5 minutes though, which gets annoying

The store wasnt what I thought it would be. I understand they cant fit everything from the website in the store, I guess the items in the store just werent to my taste. I was never spoken to by an employee.

This is probably one of the worst pottery barn I have ever been too. First off if you don’t dress wealthy they won’t even acknowledge you. Second the ladies there are stuck up and rude. They make comments in front of you as if your not there. Don’t judge someone by the way they dress, you be surprise what they can afford. Never will I step up in this particular pottery barn again. Tyson corner pottery barn is so much better! Pottery Barn need to better there staff customer service!
