This place is the place to go for a new mattress. They have a great selection but most importantly great staff. I was assisted by Adam, I felt no pressure to purchase and he patiently assisted me while I made the right decision. About 2 weeks in and I am more than satisfied. I even called Adam with questions after my purchase and he spent 30+ minutes answering them. Its hard to find customer service like this nowadays, but if youre looking for the right place with the right representative this is the place to go.

Great customer service! So helpful in the store when I had lots of questions. Delivery was simple and quick! They sent me an email the night before letting me know the window of time they would be arriving the next day, they called me that morning as well, and then called again 30 minutes before they arrived. It was a perfect amount of communication to where I didnt have to take off a half day of work waiting for a mattress! Great experience!

Cant say enough about Adam and the Mattress Warehouse. The mattress we picked out seamed perfectly fine. The mattress was a pillow- top like our old mattress, but now the pillow-top included a type of memory foam. Unfortunately with my back, the mattress did not work out for me. It was painful. After hearing my concerns, Adam understood the problem and recommended another type of mattress which was delivered in a short period. I appreciate that the Mattress Warehouse stood by their promise of making sure you are happy with your purchase. I also want to give a shout-out to the delivery crews. They are prompt and extraordinary polite.

I’ve purchased 3 mattresses from this store and each experience has been pleasant. The first two were instant-buys (some of the cheapest in the store) and I just purchased my third today. For this last one, I had a larger budget and more time to do research before buying my first “adult” bed. I had a nice consultation with Chuck and I was able to make an informed decision. Purchased a mattress and adjustable frame. Adjustable frame was not in stock and had to be ordered. They called the day before delivery to let me know that they didnt have my mattress anymore as their policy(that I was never made aware) was that if your order is more than 7 days until delivery they actually dont tag a mattress for you. They couldnt tell me when they would get another mattress. I canceled the order on the 27th of February. Its now March 11th and I have not received a refund. Terrible communication company wide.

Awesome experience buying a Tempur-Pedic bed with an adjustable base. There’s a whole system they use to ensure you and your partner get the right mattress for your specific needs. Be prepared to spend some time in the store. We had issues with our delivery (from a store closer to us) that was unacceptable, but the Charlottesville manager went above and BEYOND to get our bed to us in a timely manner. They set it up and hauled our old mattress away. Its been over a year and I cannot recommend Tempur-Pedic or this location enough. If you’re over 30, it’s time to invest in your sleep. Don’t be afraid of the price, they have some terrific finance options.

Needing a replacement mattress for our guestroom on short notice we visited Mattress Warehouse in Charlottesville. The salesperson (MAX?) was excellent. He listened well to our need, concerns about materials and quality. He gave us three or four options including a custom adaptation to fit an antique bed frame (which we did not end up choosing). The set we chose was well within our budget and was as good as floor sample specials we had seen elsewhere. While the purchase order/delivery form was quite cryptic. Max was responsive to my questions about exactly what these SKU and DESC codes meant. We also got the exact manufacturing information and model number off the tag on the model in the store. Delivery was made the very next day with those delivering giving us a clear 3 hour window, a anticipated time within that and a timely update as their delivery schedule progressed. Those delivering the set were courteous and careful. They helped confirm the exact specifications of the mattress delivered, help me document the delivery and condition, and removed the old set using the sealing bags that contained the new mattress.

My husband an i went to buy a simple bed frame from Mattress Warehouse. We was helped by a wonderful sales person Drema. Drema showed us how the Adjustable bases worked. Drema also explain to us the health benefits of the bases to us. After Drema was done we decided that we would buy 2 of them. Drema was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We will be back to see her very soon. To buy a new mattress for the guests room.

My husband and I met the sales associate Ruel while he was filling in for someone at the hollymead location and from the get go he was nothing short of amazing. He listened to our needs and concerns and was extremely knowledgeable and understanding, I even joked about him attending mattress school lol to which he replied I actually did for a month. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable he was (had to mention that again lol) he clearly takes pride in his job and is passionate about helping people to find the best sleep product as he referred to it as. We didnt But that day but went back to visit him at his actual store on 29th place a few days later and did purchase there! Again we felt like we were being taken care of and treated well (no salesman gimmicks. We cannot wait to have our mattress delivered and I would definitely recommend MATTRESS WAREHOUSE to any and everyone.
