Ive done some decent business here, bit they referred a painter to me, and it was a disaster. The painter was terrible, and I had to fire him!

I want to like PPG because I have a family member who works at corporate up in Pittsburg. Although their paint products are very good I never seem to have a very pleasant experience at this particular location. These stores are definitely more targeted towards contractors with their 7am-5pm hours and pretty unfriendly staff. Whenever I came to this PPG the man working behind the counter never seemed happy that I was asking questions…he was clearly more use to people who knew exactly what they wanted. When I asked for 20 gallons of primer he just stood there for a few seconds before saying Okay, and.....?. Clearly I needed a little help but he wasnt willing to give it to meUpdate: I came back to this location and a younger lady helped me. The experience was so pleasant that I’m changing my review to a 4 star.

Ppg guys are always so helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
