Gave me a quote of $300 against other online sites offering $1200-1800. Bike in great condition. Not even a quote worth following up on especially when I see other reviews stating that their “no haggle” offer is not true. Not worth wasting your time on this site.
I wasn’t sure that I really wanted to sell my bike but RumbleOn made me such a great cash offer I decided to go with it.This is how things went;First, I downloaded photos of my bike along with copies of my paperwork onto their website. They then sent me a FedEx label so I could ship my title back to them. After RumbleOn received the title, they paid off my bank loan and sent me a check for the difference; at this point, I no longer needed to keep the insurance on bike because RumbleOn has their own. About three weeks later, my bike was picked up and that was it, very easy process. One thing that you’ll need to remember is the time will affect the cash offer you get. During the winter months, supply is high and demand is low which means you’ll most likely get a low offer. Summertime supplies are low and demand is high, so you’ll get a better offer… simple economics. I highly recommend this company.
All these people here are trying to bake the biggest profit on your loss. Total scam and wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. don’t waste your time.
Sent my info in and used a promo code from live to today. Code wouldn’t work and they ended up. It being able to offer me anything. So that was a waste of time…
First off if you want to get a steady flow of scam emails list your bike here, Im not joking not a single real lead just scammer send you a certified check etc after 5 of them I delete the listing.Real leads from cycletrader worth paying the fee as they must know how to keep these scammers out.Second the cash offer was a complete joke worst than the local dealerships. In summary list you bike anywhere but here dont waste your time.
Gave me an offer…. I accepted started thru the paperwork the. Reduced the offer for a scratch! Maybe they should look at the pics before sending out their “no haggle” offer???
I gave them my bike information and was offered 500 this bike is in excellent condition. Dont get ripped off this place is a joke you cant buy a new ten speed bike for 500 dollars sell your bike on line . I sold the motorcycle today for 2800 you go figure
Low ball offers..dont waste your time here.
Offered me a lowball shameless offer for my motorcycle. Their offer was less than the cost of an upgraded exhaust I put on the bike not to mention low mileage and great condition. I expected a low offer, of course, but not an insult. Stay away from this company, they are doing little more than trying to legally steal motorcycles from unsuspecting or uneducated owners. Shame on them for running such an unethical business model. Seller beware!
Insultingly low offer $1500 on a $5000 bike. I was expecting a loss but that is robbery
Got offers on 2 bikes. One of my bikes is a 2018 Ninja 1000 ABS with 1500 miles on it. No damage, great condition. They offered me 6k for it even though you can get it for around 8800 on their website. My other bike, a 2003 honda vtx 1800, which regularly sells for 4-3k, was given an offer of 700. Are you kidding me? Those prices are laughable. No thanks!
I needed to sell my bike on short notice, rumble on made me a decent offer within minutes of me sending in photos. I had the money in my account quickly, and they picked up the bike a couple of days later. A convenient, fast, and easy process. Yes, I got less than I would had I sold it retail myself, but this was fast, and easy. I could not be happier with the process.
Had a great experience with them. Quick and very fair quote. Entire deal was done is less than one week. Would highly recommend this company.
Unless your absolutely desperate for money, I would not recommend them at al . Easy and quick process, but the money they offer you to buy your bike is an absolute joke. I know they need money to make their profit too and all, but their offers are so far below your bikes value it aint even funny. I was insulted at what they said they would give me. Taking advantage of the desperate just to put a buck in their pocket is all.
I wish I didnt waste my time with Rumble. Super low offer....2900 for a 6500 atv...
I would absolutely use RumbleOn again. Great communication throughout the sale and smooth process altogether. Will definitely use again when its time to make a purchase! A+++
These guys have a solid process that is fast and efficient. Took less than a week from quote to cash to bike picked up. All well documented, and professional!
Sold my bike to them, no hassle, fair price, and transparency throughout the process! Great company, I’ll be buying my next one from them!
Sold my Guzzi Griso and every step of the process was smooth. I was skeptical at first, but glad I made the plunge. First, it was a good and appropriate deal. Fair price all things considered. Secondly, they paid me (and check cleared) in an extremely fast turnaround time. There was certainly proper and solid communication along the way. It took them a few weeks to pick up my bike, but I since I had gotten paid, I didnt mind holding onto the bike for a couple more weeks. A trailer came and picked it up, and all was smooth. Thank you.
This has to be the absolute easiest process for selling a motorcycle. And, no hassle dealing with Craigslist scammers and people who aren’t serious. Everyone was helpful and the transaction and pickup were flawless.
Just had a great experience with RumbleOn. They were quick professional and easy to work with. I was initially skeptical, but decided to give it a try. The offer was back almost immediately and while it was slightly below dealer trade in value, it was reasonable. After accepting the offer I had paperwork from them on Friday and cash in the bank Wednesday morning. They picked up the bike and he transporter was fantastic. Arrived right on time andand the bike loaded quickly. From start to finish it was painless. I would recommend them to anyone who does not want to go through the hassle of selling through Craigslist or the like. What I may not have gotten in cash was completely made up in the painless process. No phone calls, no scams no hassles
Process was very easy and professional. Obviously you do not get top dollar but for the convenience it was worth it for me.
The good: everything from getting a quote to transferring ownership to getting paid to transporting was very streamlined and easy. Fantastic! Recommended for quick and easy sale. The bad: communication is atrocious. During processing, a mass email was sent to several customers at once, which seemed highly unprofessional (and you know there’s always at least one person who hits “reply all” and talks about their life story 🙄). My offer included more to come after the initial transaction. I had to hound them for over a month to get them to complete their end of the deal. I called any number I could, was redirected, was promised call backs, etc, but nothing ever happened until I started hounding them on Facebook. I would give them a chance still, understanding that they are a newer and rapidly growing company. I’m sure they’ll work the kinks out.
Selling to RumbleOn worked just as described. They gave me a fair wholesale price on my bike; I did not see it listed for sale afterwards, but it seemed commensurate with their retail prices listed for similar bikes online. The pickup at my home was convenient and professional. All the paperwork was completed accurately and timely, as was the payment. Would recommend if youre looking to trade in a bike to a dealership (when youd get wholesale anyway), more convenient and also then cant be used against you in a new bike purchase negotiation.
I wanted to sell the motorcycle that I keep at our second home. I submitted data to Rumbleon, promptly received a bid, accepted the bid, sent in more pictures and personal information, and then--nothing. The next step was supposed to be sending me a final package including bill of sale. Several days went by, then I called Roderick, who claimed he e-mailed me the package and additionally promised to overnight it to me. Nothing ever arrived. (The marketing department didnt have any trouble e-mailing me, though.) We ran out of time for me to be at the site for delivery. I think its a legit operation with an impressive computer system, but Im left puzzled about the failed closure.
Seamless,Quick offer, quick payment,Curtious transport company picked up the bike. Thank you Rumble on.. 😎
Zero Hassles; great experience; fair offer; money in the bank; bike picked up. Highly recommend!
Although the experience was quick and mostly painless. The money was a joke. They offered me 1/8th the value for my bike. Even after trying to get them to go up on the money. They had a very interesting line of reasons why they could not pay more. Well times was tight and they got the bike for 700$. I recently seen the bike was for sale for almost 4000$. No wonder the made it into nasdac so quick. Point being. Dont sell your bike here.
Rumble On made the entire deal too easy from start to finish ! The process is quick and efficient and offer for my motorcycle was more than fair.
RumbleOn is fantastic. Easiest, safest transaction ever - exceeded all expectations. At first, like many, I thought it was some kind of scam then I checked them out - NASDAQ, Better Business Bureau, etc. I was surprised to learn they’re very legit. Then I contacted them to sell my bike.It works exactly how they say it works. Had a legitimate quote in minutes, accepted their very fair offer, they wired the money to my account, and picked up bike soon thereafter. I’m still amazed at how easy and seamless the whole transaction went.I’m not some shill or troll. I simply had an excellent experience with them and recommend you try them.In fact, i’m going to do business with them again (hoping to pick up another ride) and have no qualms whatsoever.Look - if you don’t at least give them a shot, you’re missing out (unless you like hassling with tire kickers, etc.).RumbleOn is very real and absolutely legit.
I bought a Bike from them on June, the communication was awesome at first until I said I wanted to pay cash for the bike then they became silent. So i contacted customer support and things got moving again. Once the payment was sent they send the bike, but when the bike arrived it had scratches and broken parts (the pictures I received didnt show this and are taken by a 3rd party that clearly does not know how to do their job). If it wasnt for Amy Kulesza great communication and assuring me that they where going to fix the problem, I would have sent the bike back and requested my money back. She actually was really responsive and attentive and the only reason I kept the motorcycle. Even so they pay for the repairs I still had to wait a month from the date I bought the motorcycle to actually enjoy it.Tips: request good quality pictures with close ups of the motorcycle before you buy it.
What a great and efficient company who is straight forward and timely.
Good experience selling my bike. Fast and easy
I wanted to sell my bike before a big move. I really hadnt ridden it much in a while and it was going to be easier to sell and then buy another one later than to ship it and worry about all that comes with that. I did not want to go through the hassle of selling on-line myself. Worrying about folks who were there to run a scam or folks who just want to kick the tires without seriously wanting to buy. I took it to a Harley dealer who offered me less than RumbleOn did. I was leery of mailing off my title without already having cash in hand, but the process was seamless, including them paying for postal charges to send in the appropriate info. The agreed upon amount of money was placed into my bank account the day they got the info in the mail, just like they said it would.
Great experience with selling my bikeThanks!
So many different bikes to choose from, I got a great offer for my motorcycle when I sold it to this company. Sometimes youll get contact info for people that dont answer, the person who was initially listed to contact from my quote didnt answer calls or emails. But if you call the company or email the company theyll get you connected with someone to help you asap. Took about a week total to get everything done, shipping guy they used was great as well. I wish I could remember the two representatives names who helped me so I could give them a huge thank you here. I also left a review on their Facebook page that has their names. Overall this was a great experience. I would be happy to do business with this company any day, I wish they had local stores to me that could do maintenance as well because I would use them in a heartbeat.I havent used their buying process yet, but I can imagine its just as easy. I dont know if they are willing to negotiate a little on the prices.
In our opinion, unless youre in an irreversible state of desperation, steer clear of this company. We received advertisement regarding the business online and simply entered the data on our own motorcycle to receive their instant cash voucher. What came to us in return was a figure more than $4K below average trade-in value for a bike in great condition with extremely low miles. Their offer was based upon full description of the motorcycle, its service history and recent photos.Since companies can practice any method that they find plausible, were not submitting the review necessarily aimed at questioning those practices, but merely to provide other consumers a review and feedback regarding our own experience.Again, unless you find yourself in a serious state of desperation, there are many outlets to potentially sell your motorcycle at prices well above what we experienced as a test run of their marketed online program. In our opinion, if someone seeking potential customers intentionally adds their advertisement to our internet, then we have the right to test their claims as being suitable or otherwise. In this instance, our opinion is that this companys cash offer was nothing more than a characteristic lowball appraisal that any used car lot typically provides.Shop around before making any decision to sell under such circumstances.
