Today 30 August 2021 I visited Mattress Warehouse with intention to purchase two mattresses. Fortunately for me representatives Josh & Heaven were there to provide service. The service was Excellent. When I first walked in I did not know that there was different type of mattresses. Fortunately for me hailee help me understand that difference between mattresses and which one I should get according to my preference..., I going to tell my mom to go here to get her a new mattress.

I visited this store Tuesday 2/16 at about 6:30 p.m. (1.5 hours before closing). The lights and computers were on, but doors were locked and no one was anywhere to be seen. We waited around for 10-15 minutes hoping an employee would show up, but no luck. I understand if you need to close early, but a note would be appreciated.

Great service and good deal!!! My husband & I just moved to the area and were looking for guest room mattresses quickly because we have family coming next month for the 4th of July. I always have too high of an expectation with shopping when it comes to price, quality, and customer service. I feel that if I’m spending my hard earned money, I have a right to, but oftentimes here in NC I feel I have to settle b/c of lack of options. This place met all my expectations... so far. I’m waiting on my mattress and will see how it pans out when I get it. As for now, I can confidently say customer service was great & the price for a quality brand was very good.

Never knew purchasing a mattress could be enjoyable. Staff was great and spent time explaining everything. Computerized pressure analysis told exactly which ones were right for our use and they were spot on. (They had a huge selection and many brands). Will go back next time we need one.

I admit I was disappointed when this store opened in our area. However wanting to support local businesses I stopped in today. Brandon was excellent educating me on the adjustable bedding. I am very impressed with the store. Brandon has excellent customer service and I am planning a trip back on Saturday.

Wow! Can’t say enough about this store! We went in looking for a new mattress and they had a pretty wide range of mattresses to chose from.We ended up with a tempurpedic and were able to get next day delivery.The store contracts with a third party for delivery and it went absolutely horrible! The delivery people were so rude and trying to pawn off a clearly damaged mattress as well as box spring to us. We took photographs, rejected the delivery, and immediately went back to the store and explained what had happened.Within minutes Azriel had the district manager on the phone to assist us (as well as speak with the supervisor of the delivery company.) We ended up with a fantastic mattress and they took all the stress off our plate about worrying about a damaged mattress and box spring.

We purchased a king size set last month and after the 30 day trial we werent satisfied so we went in to exchange only to find out that mostly everything we were told upon purchasing were lies. Customer Service is a joke and so is upper management. I took off work expecting a delivery that Amber said would be delivered and the delivery never arrived and no one had the common courtesy to contact us. Once they have your money your issues arent important. I have been waiting three days for a return phone call from Mr Corona, I called someone else in upper management after realizing he wasnt returning my call & he basically brushed me off and was really unconcerned. I WISH I COULD JUST GET A FULL REFUND. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ive requested a survey twice from AMBER that I have yet to receive, I have given her my email on two separate occasions.
