I had a very good experience at the Mattress Firm where I shopped for a new mattress. My agent, Asif, was very patient, explained differences in mattresses well, and was easy to talk to. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about his products. He found discounts that were offered by the company and I was happy. All the mattresses were comfortable but Asif helped me find the best one for me. I just purchased it yesterday and have not slept on it yet but am looking forward to my new hybrid, medium firm mattress.

I had a mattress that had some issues after about five years. The sales lady at mattress firm directed me on how to contact and file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. I filed the claim and got an independent inspector to check out my mattress. The claim was approved and I received my new mattress all within three weeks. Great customer service from Sean and Felicia at the Rivergate location. I have never gotten that grade of customer service from anywhere in my life.They have my business forever!

Not only did my friend buy 2 mattresses and a adjustable bed frame.. I ended up buying one as well!! She was so cool and down to earth and just so pleasant. She didn’t sugar coat nor did she make us feel any pressure! She made literally 4 hours of mattress shopping so much fun!!!

The staff at this location was amazing! My husband and I visited another location a week before and were less than impressed with the service we received. Upon walking into the Rivergate location, we were immediately greeted by Felicia who was ready to assist us. She had a very in-depth knowledge of the products and all of there features. She also was able to find a mattress that had the perfect amount of comfort for both my husband (prefers firm) and myself (prefers plush). We never felt rushed and she answered any questions we had and took the time to make sure we got the right mattress and frame.

Richard, at the Rivergate location in Charlotte, NC was an exceptional associate. From the moment I walked in I was greet with enthusiasm and an interest in what my sleeping needs were. We went through a process of determining what firmness was optional for my various sleeping positions. He led me to a few different mattresses and talked about what I did and didn’t like about each one. The 4th bed was a winner & in my price range. I got a Stearns & Foster Luxury Plush mattress and can’t wait to get a comfortable nights sleep.

Excellent experience. NM gave us the ROYAL treatment and taught us immensely about mattresses in general and how we should shop for mattresses. Absolutely no pressure placed on us at all. We were compelled to purchase from this location because of 1) the customer service provided by NM, 2) knowledge of the product line, 3) selection and quality of product inventory and 4) price. We didnt purchase on the same day, but compared what was being offered at other places and can back. I would recommend this store for a great shopping experience without the pressure of a salesperson just trying to make a sale.

I had visited another in another part of Charlotte and didn’t feel the sales rep truly understood that I was trying to stay within my budget. But Jacqueline was Amazing! She provided valuable insight on each mattress, and assisted with defining what mattress best fits me and my son’s sleeping patterns. We purchased the mattresses we absolutely wanted with adjustable bases (and I didn’t budget for those might I add) and stayed within my budget! Went to mattress firm’s Rivergate, Charlotte North Carolina Location and met with Jason on Black Friday. I prefer a soft cozy bed while my husband prefers a firmer bed that isn’t made of a very hot material. We are completely opposite as you can tell. Our mattress was breaking down and had that famous dip and springs were very uncomfortable.We came in to get a few of the memory foam pillows and was very excited to learn about the cooling technology available in mattresses and pillows. We “BOTH” fell in love with the hybrid beds. Jason was amazing and beyond helpful while we checked out all the mattresses while asking questions.Also the adjustable bases are amazing and work with all mattresses.I am so glad we stopped in and I will be enjoying the amazing sleep thanks to Jason and mattress firm

BEWARE of this store. If less than 1 star could be given, I would have done so. Go shop at any other Mattress firm to avoid this store. Trust me on this one! I have had the pleasure of dealing with multiple disappointments from this store. The salesman, Nalander, is a straight up shyster. He will tell you everything you want to hear, and avoid disclosing everything you do not want to hear....like the fact that if you are financing a new mattress, you are signing up for a new credit card. That was a surprise when I got a new card in the mail and have an outstanding balance waiting on it. Also conveniently skimmed over all the fees involved in turning a mattress back in if you do not like it. He will tell you 10 times that if you do not like the mattress within 120 days, then just pay $100 delivery and they will pick it up. Failed to disclose the 20% restocking fee. When I called him out on it, he admitted to leaving that out, and said all the fine print is in the paperwork I gave you.I purchased a set of new pillows to go with my KING mattress. They arrived and were Queen pillows. Took them to the store and he said oh yeah, that brand does not come in a king. I thought you knew that. How would I know that? And why would he not bring that up considering I was buying a king mattress? When I asked him that exact question he said some people like smaller pillows on their bed. On top of that, it is store policy to not take pillows back. So now I have a great set of queen pillows that look pathetic on my King bed. This guy gives a bad name to a reputable company!Do yourself a favor and take the time to find another store!!

This was an amazing experience! I have NEVER purchased a new bed before and I left so excited about what was going to come.Not only did the manager work with my financial situation but she understood my fears and concerns and took the time to address and allay every fear. She didnt hurry me out the door even when another customer tried to rush.I am so sorry I am unable to address her by name. However the bed is scheduled to arrive Wednesday, July 29 so I will be able to give more information at that time!

I called into the store to make sure that they had a mattress there, checked store hours, and drove nearly 45 minutes to pick it up for the “store manager” to tell us that it was actually NOT in stock. It was “in store” but just to lay on.He then told me “I can’t read your mind” and dismissed me.Nolander (or something to that effect) is his name.

Purchased a purple mattress, wasnt working out. Went back exchanged for a new mattress that was said to sleep much cooler. Exchange went well, had to pay another delivery charge, but thats understandable as its being delivered. The mattress is extremely hot (also $1200 more). Went back to exchange the bed, only to be told for the first time, there is a 20% or $500 restocking fee. 20% being $720. Poor customer service and neglected to inform the customer. Not one, but two sales reps.The mattress is much warmer than the purple, yet the store manager continued to say otherwise (I havent slept a full night since upgrading to this $3600 tempurpedic due to waking up hot/sweating). Store manager also stated he spent an hour looking for a mattress for us (wed actually worked with a different rep and came back in already knowing what we wanted when we met him the first time) so he cant go over all the details in full - yet argued it would take too long to state just so you know there is a restocking fee if you return the mattress. That was his justification for never mentioning it.
