I could not have been happier with the service I received at the Samsonite Outlet Store at the Charlotte Premium Outlets (store 359). Diego (510936) was so friendly and helpful. He showed me all the features of the luggage I was interested in and answered all my questions. He presented me with multiple options and helped me choose what was best for me and my family. I felt so good about the purchase I made that I came back the next day and bought two more pieces! Luggage is a big expense.…but Diego made sure I got the best deal and made the experience so comfortable and pleasant. He is a star! I should also say that another employee, Denice, was also super friendly and helpful. The service I received at this store was exceptional! A customer always remembers how they were treated…and I will remember being treated with friendliness, kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I was seeking a specifically sized travel bag for business use. I spent many hours searching through luggage stores and examining a variety of totes, suitcases, and backpacks. Angela at the Samsonite store was very helpful and patient in accommodating me. I not only found the perfect bag, but an entire ensemble to meet every possible travel need, from quick local trips to overnight stays across the country. Best of all, it was on sale! Ive used two of the three bags so far, and they appear to be high quality products. Samsonite s 10-year warranty provides peace of mind for my purchases.

Manager is helpful and services is great

Unreasonably unfriendly staff. Unfortunately what was originally just a browsing venture with the possibility of a purchase became a rather uncomfortable experience leading to my fiancé and I leaving with a sour taste in our mouths. The single staff member in a store with no other customers clearly had no desire to make a sale or even offer assistance to us as she offered only short answers and a stale demeanor. Maybe she was having an off day but it definitely makes us wary of attempting to shop here again.

The store has a lot of potential if they carried some of the items that are advertised online. This is located in Tanger, so unless you want to fight with crowds shop during the work week. I wont complain about prices. They have to pay rent.

Good deals and friendly staff. I walked out of there with three matching suitcases and only needed one.

We bought luggage two years ago. The newer collection and was told that anything goes wrong with it to bring it back and they will replace. I had heard samsonite policies were they would always replace piece. We now went back and was told we were lied to and that the manager who lied to us is no longer there and they aren’t required to hold up this policy. We asked for district manager name and number and was told they couldn’t. They will send luggage out to be fixed and charge you usps to get it back. We left there with no receipt of giving them our expensive luggage or even notice of tracking number. I will not buy anything there anymore and fingers crossed we get that piece back that was over 400+
