Amazing customer service from one or my favorite brands. The guys repaired my broken handle in less than 20 minutes even with only a few Allen keys, and had me on time with a working bag. A great company and great service. Recommend highly.

I lost a zipper pull on my Tumi duffel during my trip and came in for help. Rita took care of it with no questions asked, replaced the part and even offered to emboss the nameplate while I was there. Super friendly and helpful service. Thank you!

I purchased a charger from this store for portable charging of my Samsung phone. The manager Dawn Roberts assured me it would work on my Samsung. When I returned home and attempted to use it, the charger did not work. I immediately called and Dawn told me she would send a return label to me. After waiting over a week I called again, spoke with a gentleman and he told me he would e-mail a return label. I am still waiting 3 months later! Not impressed with their service!

Nothing but praise and stars for Team Tumi in Charlotte’s Douglas Airport!If you didn’t know, Tumi will schedule appointments to have your luggage repaired while you wait right in the airport!!However, the real reason behind this 5-star review is the incredible staff in the Charlotte Douglas Airport store.I had a layover a couple weeks ago and entered just to pass time and see what was new in the store. Tara took a look at my extremely well-traveled carry-on luggage and informed me that she could order the parts to virtually make it brand new and would let me know when they were in so I could get it repaired when I was in the airport again.I’ve heard that before (not from Tumi) and honestly didn’t think I’d hear anything after that (Sorry for doubting you Tara!!). To my surprise about a week later, I received an email from Tara letting me know the parts were in and I could bring my Tumi by the next time I was in the airport to be repaired.Today was that day as I had scheduled a long layover to have the repairs made. I was greeted by Yenis and Daniel who made the repairs and had me out the door in less than an hour. Honestly, the repairs were done in far less time, but I really enjoyed talking to them. I’m big on customer service and Tumi, if you’re reading this... Tara, Yenis and Daniel are the best examples I’ve seen in a long time. Thanks so much to you all for making me feel like customers still matter after the purchase. You’ve earned a loyal customer! I hope to see you again soon!Byron Foster
