Mathew and Irene are amazing to work with. Even though I had a smaller project they made me feel very important. I contact this company a few months ago about a small project. I ended up selling my house, but Mathew kept in touch. When I finally moved into my new home they installed a few in ceiling speakers to add to my existing audio system. He could have up sold me on some things I didn’t need but instead gave me sound advice and genuinely cared about my wants and budget. I highly recommend giving Mathew and his team the opportunity to help you with your project. I will be using them for other upgrades in the future. Amazing products, service and people.

Only posting this because it’s the last resort.Spent over 10k with Matt and cameras outside are a mess. At night we can’t see out of two of them due too some type of blur on the camera which is frustrating as it’s the two areas we really need to be able to view.They have come out to look and we are basically told it’s our fault because spot lights are nearby but our lights are on motion and are never on.As a business owner myself I find it extremely frustrating. We have also had multiple other issues and every time we call we are given some type of attitude like these issues are our fault. We honestly are debating removing all these cameras and going with a different brand because we are so unhappy with the product.We have emailed and begged this company to come fix with no response other then it’s not their problem anymore.We really regret using this company especially after we spent over 10k with them.Just be cautious with using this company as products are cheap and if you deal with Matt after he’s been paid don’t expect much customer service.I would not dare talk to my clients the way he has talked to me and my wife.

These guys are awesome. Responsive and on time. Came out, provided us a quote for a bunch of network cable runs and coax and installation of a panel into a meet me room. Work was done quickly and very well priced. Matt and his guys were professional and everything turned out excellent. They worked with me to accommodate my setup with different providers for internet and TV etc and got my job completed exactly the way I wanted. All paperless transaction. Great!

Matt and his team did a great job providing advice and taking the extra time to explain the pros/cons of each option I was considering. On install day, they were efficient and got everything done in less than a half days work. They also provided a tutorial on all the system capabilities. Since the install, Matt has been very responsive to any questions Ive had and been willing to stop by if needed. I highly recommend Clarity.

They came out and installed an outdoor TV for me. They had some complicated logistics to work with (no plug outside, etc.), and they did an amazing job. They also gave me advice on products to use. He located the part at a discount price and I picked it up the same day. We ordered two hard wire outdoor speakers - they worked PERFECT!! Its been a few years so we decided we wanted a third remote speaker so we could move it closer to the table rather than blasting the two speakers on the patio that are hard wired in. Well what a disaster!!!!!! None of the words from our TV match what is coming out of any of the speakers now and, the speakers automatically turn off in the middle of a program on tv for about 4 sec....and then turn back on - -so you miss what is being said. Clarity Sight Sound Design is saying it is an internet problem when we had paid to install a hot spot 10 feet away from speakers!! Even if we turn the remote speaker off and go back to our two hard wire speakers all of a sudden now they are not matching up with the words on tv either. This remote speaker has caused lots of problems...and they cant even fix the two we originally had installed with them. They have no solution except to buy a sound bar - -which defeats the purpose of why we wanted a third speaker to begin with. Dont use this company!!!!!
