Great experience with these guys from quote to install. The install team was very professional, nice, dog friendly & did an amazing job. They spent time going over the install & how to easily operate everything right from my phone. It could not have gone any better - if you have any audio / video needs go with these guys!

We purchased a Sonos throughout the house through Ricky at AVS. Couldn’t be happier all around. I know I’m not the easiest customer as I had tons of questions & we were very concerned about mounting our TV/sound bar to our original plaster walls. We also had ceiling & outdoor speakers installed. The entire crew was great!!! Would highly highly recommend

I just want to say that we brought our system through the builder and I just feel like they should’ve told us we didn’t need two speakers in each room could’ve got away with one in each room and save a few hundred dollars plus the speakers are cheap they told us we can go with a better brand after installing never gave us the option to have better quality to change them out we would have to buy the upgrade brand just feel like we should’ve did more homework on it but a lesson learned PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SPENDING $5,000 + on this sono system

From the beginning Sean and Ricky have been absolutely amazing, showing such concern to see that we got the best setup for our family’s needs. Also we want thank Vinny, George, and Randy for such an incredible job installing our equipment yesterday. All three men were very professional, took extra time to answer all our questions. Also the quality and cleanliness of the install was to the highest level. Again so much appreciation to the entire team, we could not have wished for a better experience !!

Randy was very professional and quick. Provided all information and answered all questions. Even came back within 10 minutes when I had another question.

Randy came to mount a few TVs and I stall our Sonos system. I would like to thank him publicly for coming out on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule. He was incredibly professional and so friendly. In addition to being punctual and professional he was incredibly precise with mounting and setting everything up. He took so much time to explain everything. I would trust him to install any AV equipment you need.

We used Ricky and his team to install new AV equipment (internet, sonos, TVs, Ring doorbell, security cameras, speakers/surround sound, etc.) in our home and in around our pool, cabana and pool house. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have been incredible and we are so happy with everything they recommended and installed. It is all top quality and they were more than fair with their prices. The install team, especially Randy, have been amazing to work with. They are all friends now and we are so grateful for the wonderful job they did and how well they took care fo us. Highly recommend this group. Thank you!

Ricky was hard to get ahold of and he was a bit slow in returning my voicemails and booking the appointment took multiple touch points with a couple of people ...but once the tech was at my home he did a great job installing my AV system, answered all of my questions, made appropriate recommendations, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend and use this company again without hesitation.

Great customer services and very professional staff. We had the WiFi extenders activated to allow us to use our smart homes features. Our technician Brad was very thorough in activating and setting up our WiFi system. He even took the time to organize our router and communications panel to make it less messy looking. Brad then took the extra time to show us how to set up and use all of the smart homes features in our home. He also showed us how to integrate the Amazon Alexa system into our smart home system. Overall, I would highly recommend Audio Video Specialties for if you are looking to setup a smart home system.

Their technicians are extremely unprofessional.. one tried to drive me and my children off the side of 77.. as he proceeded to do this he laid on the horn and flicked me and my kids off. Try explaining that to a 4 year old. I would never suggest using a company who employees such rude, disrespectful people!!

We bought the system through the builder. This is the only choice the builder provide. The system got problem only 3 weeks after it was installed. Called many many times and no one answer the phone. Very bad experience.

I was actually considering using this company for my home security system, supporting a smaller local company. I noticed the company from one of their trucks with advertising on it at the Mcdonalds drive-thru. However, let me tell you, the driver had such terrible road rage to be a representative of this company in a company vehicle... aggressive driving and excessive horn blows. I personally wouldnt trust someone like that with my money yet alone around my house. The first review confirms that they really cant be trusted.

We worked with AVS on new construction and had a great experience. We purchased a complete A/V package through them with Control 4 home automation as well as a security system and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. My wife and I built a new home but we were living out of state during the construction, this created some logisitical challenges because we weren’t available on a moment’s notice to be at the site when needed. Tim and Joerg were very accommodating in working around our schedule. During the A/V setup we ran into a few construction issues that were no fault of AVS but they worked around the issues to make sure we ended up with a good finished product. When setting up the home automation, Joerg went out of his way to get the system operating the way we wanted. I can’t say enough good things about Joerg, he seems to love what he does and seems to love figuring things out when necessary. He definitely works to make the customer happy and not just do the bare minimum to satisfy the contract. I would absolutely work with AVS on future A/V needs.
