Worst TMobile store we have ever visited. Been waiting for 30 minutes and counting to be helped. There are 5 employees and only 2 appear to be working. 2 people at the cashier are just talking about Avengers while hanging out with their coworkers as customers are waiting. All customers appear to be ignored as the employees are gathered together near the cash register. DISAPPOINTING! Do NOT come here for your TMobile needs!
Walked into this location today and waited over and hour, asked to speak to the young man who helped me before since he has always taken such great care of me. The store manager said he was no longer there and said everything he said I qualified for was not true and incorrect and there was nothing he could do about it and to contact cooperate. I went to the Northlake mall location and spoke to the manager there he validated everything was correct with what I was told. Ended up buying 2 Apple watches from that location and also got a free month of TVision. Northlake mall will be my go to store from now on 🎊💯
I’ve been a TMOBILE customer for 18 years. I originally came to this location to upgrade and add a 2nd line of service. We were greeted at the door with a smile and warm welcome. Bobby and Dwight were helping someone else, so we waited patiently, we wanted the iphone12 128GB, but once they started helping us we discovered they were out of stock, no big deal, we thanked them and went to the store that was in the mall right behind this store.WOW. The second store was suuuuuuch an opposite experience. I won’t go into that too much, but just know that they were trying to swindle me out of more money by bundling and quoting higher costs and adding accessories that I didn’t ask for (but was going to buy anyway). They also lied on their own company saying that if I ordered online that there would be hidden fees and stuff. So I leftWe went back to this store here, was greeted warmly again, and TAKEN CARE OF LIKE I WAS THR CEOS SON! Omg! They presented all the pricing and deals. Took so much care of us. and then when the office got full of other customers, they didn’t make us feel rushed! We got our phones and accessories and got the service that TMOBILE us known for since I’ve had them for 18 years! Thank you Bobby and Dwight
This store will not answer their phone even when sprint tech or sprint Care tries to call on your behalf. Bought a new Iphone11 this morning and 4 hours later it wont take calls. I can only make a call with my AirPods and even those dont last long. Sprint Care was trying to set up and easy exchange in the morning. Tried for hours and store staff wont pick up. Id like to speak toThis owner as this is not a corporate location
Came to the sprint store to change my phoneWas greeted by employee Fernando, did not have to wait, he attended to all my concern, set up my phone it took a little while, he was very patient and work with me he show me all the step and in few hours my phone was set up and good to go.Thank you Fernando Delgado for working with me and for a great customer service the best ever.
Ive had Sprint for many years and loved my cell service. Honestly I think that I dropped 1 maybe 2 calls in years at the most that being said the customer service across the board from in every store to the customer service representatives that where just as clueless if not worse than the staff in the stores. Bottom line from what Ive learned is the employees are there just to sell phones from every single location Ive been in.
Amazing customer service!!! Robert & Tyshion were very helpful through everything. Made me laugh the whole time I was in there. Would recommend this place hands down, over “University”👍😜💁

Came in to buy a case and screen protector for my new phone. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful. His manager was as well.Definitely will come back to this store for future purchases
The entire staff in this store is absolutely amazing! I had a horrendous experience at the sprint store on W.T. Harris and Mateo helped fix every issue we’ve had! I appreciate the atmosphere and the friendliness of everyone! I definitely recommend you come here!
Lately I had become a little bit fed up with Sprint customer service, mostly over the telephone. I have over the past year had to travel to 2 different stores to get 1 issue fixed. Well Mateo and Lamar were FANTASTIC! Not only did they take the time out to explain everything to me with my IPHONE issue, but helped me with a 2nd phone on my plan!! Something I had called about LITERALLY 6 times in the past year, fixed. These guys made my visit entertaining, fun and educational. After a hard day at work I couldnt of asked for more. Knowledgeable and customer service orientated, and treated me like a real live person...they were EPIC! I would strongly recommend that if you have an issue check these 2 out! They truly are great. Because of them, I didnt walk over to AT&T.
This is the BEST store out of ALL the stores Ive been to. Mary the manager, Mateo and Douglas are very professional and knowledgeable about the Sprint products. I love and suggest this store to Anyone.
Staff is extremely lazy and unprofessional. They young lady ( can’t pronounce the first name ) starts with a K was extremely rude. I’d asked the young man with dreads for help, seems like he was more entertained with what was on his phone rather than helping a customer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never go to this Sprint store again!!!
The manager, Mary, was knowledgeable and friendly. The staff did everything they could to help myself and my family with our new lines and transferring our information. Will definitely be back to this location for any future needs!
Love the people at this Sprint store!Starting number one with Tyshion, Dafne. They both were instrumental to take stress off of our day. I had several issues and they both took their time with me helping me with all of them. Not only that but pleasant and professional people to talk to.Some times we don’t often have those great experiences but this was one of them. I plan on going to that store and that store only moving forward. Moreover, I’m sending as many people as I can to Sprint, at that store particularly because of the great relationships we were established. God Bless, Pastor Theo
Mary R., the manager of this store was very freindly, helpful, and determine to solve our problem. She work with us for almost 2 hours till the problem was solved. Sucks i had to go there 3 times. Each time with different answers, the tech who inspected my phone even told me on a the 3rd trip that the person who inspected it previously didnt know what he was talking about.....
