Had an issue with receiving the wrong bulb. They were very helpful and went out of their way to fix the problem, even offering multiple options. Excellent customer service.

Had the light bulb I needed so that was good. But it ended up that the bulb was slightly more expensive than at the Home Depot less than 0.5 miles away. So at least for me it wasnt really worth it.

Quality matters and so does CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought a ton of these for my home and 6 of the 10 I brought either began to flicker or just stopped working all together. Turns out they have a 30 day return policy but 3 year warranty which is good BUT when I went to exchange these bulbs the store can only have 1 Manager who seemed upset at the fact these were brought on the different receipts! So what ! Don’t have a store policy if management isn’t willing and doesn’t appreciate you’re business altogether. Whatever left of these bulbs that work I will keep but what I WONT do is shop here. This place doesn’t understand Quality Customer-service or Product.

I love this place Martin I think was his name helped me and was very nice great customer service and I found the light bulbs I wanted I went to home depot and lowes but I couldnt find the type of light bulbs I wanted and my dad told me to go light bulb depot I totally recommend coming here.

Great place for a small contactor like myself. They are always nice and happy to entertain my antics. Prices are better then the big box stores. The showroom is pretty clean and the products are set up so theres no guessing what something will look like after buying it in its normal packaging.I have came here a number of times with random LED or ballast problems and they have been a strong resource to help me solve my customers issue.Great store with genuine staff equals a great company!!!Keep up the good work guys!!!

Tanking and fast! This store changes management every year and it’s staff twice as often! My business will no longer buy our lighting supplies here not even the smallest of small. Put simply the Store Manager is a Pompous Smart A**. And the store staff seemed to think the same ! Shame on whomever hired / promoted the store manager and lets this continue. Batteries and Bulbs Plus will be my new Sole Supplier.

This is a great store and an even greater location. Our shop goes through bulbs all the time and I always get them delivered, for free! This store is also under new management which always comes at a cost. I visited not to long ago and from what I observed, the front staff was very kind and helpful despite the store being very packed!!! They were nice enough to display my light before I purchased...Everyone seemed nice except the store-manger. He looked visibly frustrated and aggravated but those kind of managers are everywhere. 4 Stars for the great prices and service from the floor staff!

My adult daughter and I arrived at this store 10 minutes before closing time with a very straight-forward purchase in mind. Ive never felt so unwelcome in a store! There were two male employees that did not speak to us, only to each other and in very hushed tones. One of the employees went and stood behind the counter so I asked him for the rope lights I was interested in. I had researched their inventory online and was concerned about installing the lights because their site said an electrician was required. He told me he didnt know how they were connected. I asked if we could look at them and he told me they were back in the warehouse dismissively. I just looked at him. And? He proceeded to walk about 5 from where we were standing and showed me the lights. They were NOT in a warehouse after all! When I showed him the cord I had used on my previous rope lights he said he didnt see how it could work. I dont want to have the expense of an electrician so I felt defeated. After a long pause he tells me that they sell a cord. What?! Why would the website say I needed an electrician to plug something into a socket?! When he found the price I decided not to buy them because they were more expensive than I wanted to pay and it was clear that he didnt want us in the store so close to closing time. We walked out 2 minutes before the store was due to close and the OPEN sign was immediately extinguished. What the heck?! Do women not shop in this store? Does a 4:00 closing time really mean 3:30? Im buying my lights from Amazon. No need for me to deal with people who arent even polite.

Very knowledgeable team. We order all of our bulbs through them and they do deliver. The showroom is gorgeous as well.

Cal this morning to order several cases of blub for work. Told the guy what K color I wanted but he needed a part #. So I calling elsewhere.
