The show room has limited items. The customer service was A+. I was able to get the item i needed. The online inventory was correct.

Love this place. The negative reviews seem to think this is a Home Depot like store. It’s not. You order ahead. You pick it up. Home Depot is where you go if you need a door knob. Grainger is where you go if you need 7000 door knobs. But they still will serve small orders and I’ve had great experiences. Much bigger selection and much better prices. You usually have to wait a few days if you order some odd ball stuff. But the prices are great.

They are not open to the public. They are not equipped to handle social distancing so they are trying to do it all on the parking lot. They will stand 2 feet in front of you to get your phone number send you back to your car and call you back. Asinine. Buy on line and pick up is easiest even better MSC or similar company would be better equipped to serve you during this time.

Prompt and good service

I had called their 800 number in search of water-activated barriers in preparation for Hurricane Florence coming through the area. The saleswoman on the phone informed me that there were 2 in stock. I agreed to need both & stated Id pay when I picked them up. I went straight to the location in Charlotte, NC (about 11 miles from my house). When I arrived, someone else was also needing the barriers. I offered for the other customer to take 1 and Id take 1 instead of both. She paid for hers and left the store. I handed my credit card to the associate and she swiped my card. However, for some reason, my receipt would not print. So, after another associate tried to no avail to retrieve my receipt, they gave me the barrier at no charge! Im not saying youll get your supplies for free, but they had everything in stock needed for a state of emergency situation. And, Ill definitely return and recommend them for any supplies necessary for an emergency! Thank you, Grainger, for being stocked and prepared for anxious customers!

This store is very unorganized, staff is unattentive of their customers and the wait time was 30 minutes to purchase a bottle of fabric retardant. The customer service is horrible and the store is extremely under staffed! I definitely do NOT recommend anyone to spend their money at this facility!

Today my hisband Dave was lucky to meet Robin parts, know Dave didnt know exactly what he needed, Rob was like a fountain of knowledge and in addition I could tell Rob knew he was talking to an elderly man who needed help. Rob was fantastic.he was patientand repeated over and over when Daviddidnt get it. Probably a bit more expensive for parts overall, but definitely worth it for the service. Ive never been turned away for a crazy part for some old machine that we have.

Go to pick up. Out of product. Wanted to charge $20 to ship next day 10 miles. Googled product I was looking. Found on Staples. Delivering tomorrow for $93. Grainger was $112 and $132 to deliver. I guess it goes without saying but Ill say it. My last trip to Grainger. I guess I got lucky they were out. It saved me money long term. I buy this item monthly. Cheers!
