This store does not follow store hours. Closes and opens whenever they feel like it, every other day I come they are open or closed at random times. When I asked for a manager I was told this store does not have a manager. As a single mom with car problems at the moment it is very inconvenient. Many other like me in the neighborhood have had enough . Many of us moms that work need diapers, wipes, and necessities for our kids and can’t get it when we need it. This is not like any other family dollar I’ve ever been to. It needs to be replaced with a store with reliable and respectful employees and managers.

The ladies here were so kind and helpful. The Store manager is always pleasant. Clutter free shopping!!

If I could put no star that’s exactly what I’d put. Store is dirty, unorganized and staff is extremely ignorant. I was told no cash after 8. What is that? Dollar general is 2 minutes away I went there no issues. Cashier was rude when I asked for the manager and information pertaining to the store and this “new policy”. She rolled her eyes neck and everything else that would move on her unprofessional body! Prices are always incorrect, this is not the first time having issues at this location, after tonight I will not return! I will gladly take my money where it is appreciated!

I visited the store this morning and greeted every employee in the store with a hello.None of them spoke back.The woman at the checkout barely spoke and wouldn’t give me my receipt, l had to get it myself.! This is the worst Family Dollar I’ve ever been to and I will not be returning.

I was in line for 45 mins for 3 items and I patiently waited and never have an issue until the “store manager” sitting next to ONE lady scanning us all out.. my cashier wit glasses was friendly and enforced social distancing

Close and lock the doors wherever they feel like it. && they’re Dirty . Go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE! PATHETIC! FILTHY! DANGEROUS!I have been here roughly 5 visits and the 4th was honestly terrifying.Any quotes are as closely accurate as possible, but obviously paraphrased -The 4th Visit -I walk in and no carts were available.I was shopping for cat food/air fresheners, then I heard multiple announcements in regards to security watching. I then heard an announcement saying “they had just locked every door Storage and Emergency Exits Included”. To further worsen things, I clearly overheard an employee say “Grab the gun from behind the safe/the register”.Guns? Seriously?I then noticed plain clothes security following me - The security man told the lady employees up front not to worry about me because “ im just minding my own business/taking my time” - Later, the lady employees saw me up front shopping and said “oh there you are! We kinda lost you and were worried you left and i wanted you to get your stuff from up front” -DO NOT ENTER THIS HORRIBLE & FILTHY STORE!

Employees are very unprofessional. Cussing and talking loudly as customers wait un line.

This store is ratchet, the music that was playing was very inappropriate and the staff was very ignorant....will never spend my money here...😡😡

The store staff were both friendly and helpful. The store had a great selection.. Several people were hanging around outside which was a little irritating. I would go again

Groceries prices are good but employees not doing their job placing price tags on groceries correctly

Horrific experience at this location!! Id never been to this location, and stopped there on Sunday, Sept. 26, 2020 to simply purchase cleaning items, after leaving the post office across the street. The experience, upon entry, lacked normal customer service and social decorum...no one greets you and when I asked a question, and I was treated as if I were annoying the staff.First and foremost, the staff has to be the most uneducated, ignorant, and derelict group of individuals I have EVER encountered.The store itself is filthy, extremely cluttered, unorganized and looks like a crime scene waiting to happen.I will NEVER shop at another Family Dollar again!!

Stopped here as a last resort because we were pushed for time and finally found out why friends would always refuse to shop here. Place was a disorganized mess and the employees were worse. Poor representatives of what I know to be the loyal, hard working, intelligent, respectful African American woman.

I just wanted to buy dish sponges and they wouldnt let me in the store opened at 8 am.. no sign or anything to shut people out. Theyre just telling people verbally with their ugly attitudes that the store is closed .

I dont recommend anyone to go this store. Horrible service. No cars were there to shop but there was customers in line really busy just wanting to buy lots of things. Only one cashier 5 customers. Just wanted newspaper they didnt have had to go dollar general. No one ever answers the phone

Employees dont even greet you when coming they just stare at you like if they are mad. Store is not organized its messy.

Always people outside trying to sell you extra stuff. Inside could be more organized and some of the staff is friendly. But overall I just dont feel safe in this store at all.

Very well stocked, Christmas decor is already in stock staff is very helpful and friendly your greeted the very moment you enter the store.

Disgusting! Cockroaches on the floor by the checkout. All I wanted to do was load my serve card and they didn’t even have the card to scan so I could. Completely unprofessional.

Very very ghetto especially the new manager with the avatar braids her attitude is extremely nasty just like hee store its always cluttered you can barely move around in the store at all the cigarettes are always stell and the mtn dews are always flat smh the list goes on and on yall worse than BRADFORD

Very slow, piles of items every where... You cant even walk around comfortably in this store.

I come here sometimes cuz its always messy and the employees are always arguing with the costumers...not all the times but most of the time.. my kids had to witness 2 employees arguing with a costumer yesterday December 8th around 6pm...the employee told the lady she doesnt need that job and that she can meet her out side...🤦all I could do is tell my kids to go get in the car while I pay...so unprofessional 🤔 and its not the first time Ive had to witness this at this store...
