Very personable CEO came to our office to get email migration details and did our whole email migration himself. He handled as much or as little as we wanted. During the whole process he was easy to reach. He blocked off some time to help us with last minute issues the day after the migration, which came in handy. We insisted on two-factor authentication, but it caused some problems with the users, so I would recommend not to migrate straight to having two-factor authentication turned on with Office mail. Turn it on after the dust settles. He got back to us quicker than any of the other managed services in general, but also with the quotes. I would have him tell you how many accounts you need to migrate. We ended up needing a fourth more licenses for all of the little other email addresses that didnt belong to people. Pricing for entire project was reasonable.
