I just moved to Charlotte and I really needed to rent a mattress and frame but I had a budget I needed to work with, especially with the advent of the c.virus limiting my employment options. I had called other furniture rent companies who I thought quoted me exorbitant prices .After feeling somewhat dejected because of the expensive prices here in Charlotte,Ms Christina understood my situation and offered me an excellent price to rent a mattress, frame, and to have it delivered too. Well, when I looked online I wasnt sure what I was looking for I just know I needed a bed and mattresses. I spoke with Jonathan first who was extremely helpful and sent me within minutes a catalog and pictures of what they had available in the store. Then I called back to speak with Jonathan about coming in and doing an application and ended​ up speaking with Cristina, the manager who hooked me up with a nice California King size bed with leather head and footboard. Even the guys that brought it Anthony and Joseph were also top notch. If you want great customer service, on time deliveries and quality merchandise go to Bestway on S Blvd and Cristina and her staff will take real good care of you, I promise.

I love best way. If you ever go in make sure you got Christina she is an angel sent from God hisself. She is so amazing and will help you find whatever you are looking for. Now thats customer service!!!! I called Christina today at the store and told her my tv was skipping around. Not only sid she inform me that the ussue I was havong was common she immediately offered me a switch out. And to top it off in under an hour I had my new tv delivered to me and set up!!! Oh me oh my am I a happy shopper.

My experience with Christina has not been professional at all,had to call corporate office, had a warranty claim on TV since January not in my place of residence yet, and its March about to be April said it would be delivered, NO call NO show, my advice dont pay it off with a warranty claim, NO customer service representative for you
