This place is so worth it. It is a wee bit pricey. It was $9+ for a 16oz latte with an extra shot and a muffin. That being said..my caramel latte was so dang good, I would GLADLY pay more if they offered a bigger size. Id pay $10 for a dunkin sized latte from yall! The muffin was warm and delicious and the girl at the window was so sweet. Lovely spot.

I came to cuplux for the first time this morning and was so happy with both my coffee and the sweet girl working at the window. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk which was delicious! I had my pit bull in the car with me and they had little milk bones for customers dogs! Both my dog and I would highly recommend and we will be back. :)

The coffee is good, but the last time I went, I saw the barista feed the dog in the car before me a doggie treat, and then proceeded to make my drink without washing her hands. Utterly disgusting to think she was going to hand me my coffee after putting her hands down in that dogs mouth. I gagged all the way home. I hate it because I enjoyed the coffee, but Ill never ever go back.

Wow, the ratings dont mislead. The staff was extremely friendly. I parked the car and walked up to the window and the gentleman inside told me all about their roasts and roasters. We also talked a bit about the coffee scene in general.The house blend was delicious, the baked goods fantastic.What an awesome establishment!

Their coffee is absolutely amazing. I got the iced caramel latte half caff. The caramel flavor is SO good. When you take a sip of the coffee it’s like you’re EATING a warm caramel baked good.. but you’re drinking it.. and when I say warm it’s like it’s warming the inside of your body.. you feel relaxed, (it’s iced so it’s not actually warm) it melts in your mouth if that makes sense. It’s not too sweet, it’s perfectly balanced. And the milk they use is just so creamy and blissful. Also extra bonus, the staff is very patient and kind. I’ll be back for sure!

Awesome staff with such friendly attitudes. CupLux is located so close to both uptown and the interstate. If you don’t get a coffee here you will definitely be missing out. This coffee is Awesome and so well balanced!!!

Good stuff good stuff! The family went through the drive through. My wife got I think it was called Honey and oats (I even liked it after taking a sip...and another). My Carmel latte or whatever I ordered was tasty. But I almost wish I had ordered the same as her. This is not the most convenient location for us but .... we will be back.Note we tried to mimic the drink at home (we LOVE good coffee) and it was close...but not quite just right like this shop.Keep up the good drinks!

The best coffee I have had in Charlotte. It’s worth adding a few minutes onto my commute in order to get one of their coffees. The caramel latte, chai, and lavender honey latte (which I am currently enjoying) are all excellent! Go try this local spot!

A trusted source told us that Cuplux has the best chai latte in Charlotte. Since I dont like coffee and I love chai lattes, I obviously had to try it.The drive thru is super convenient. Its nice to not have to get out of your car when its cold outside.They were incredibly friendly! I know its a drive thru, but their service was great. Our drinks were ready quickly. They offered for us to sign up for the rewards program and when we did, they gave us an awesome air freshener for the car.We got a hot chai latte and a hot matcha latte. I have to agree that it was the best chai latte Ive had in Charlotte. It wasnt too sweet and the chai flavor really came through. I wasnt a huge fan of the matcha latte. To be fair, Ive never had one before, so I dont think I like matcha in general. It was too earthy for what Im looking for in a warm tea beverage.Ive heard great things about the coffee as well. Ill definitely be back next time I want a chai latte! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

One of the best in CLT!!! Their caramel lattes are divinee, with homemade syrup and their taste is always consitent and amazing. Their staff is extremely friendly and they are super quick! highly recommend.

Its expensive, but their prices reflect the cost of doing business as a small, family-owned company. They make exquisite coffee while food takes the back seat before it gets absolutely nuked in the microwave. I could have one of their iced vanilla lattes every single day.

I have been here a few times and was impressed each time. The employees were very friendly as they greeted me at the window.For the drinks, I would recommend for y’all to try the Vanilla cold brew slushie or the PSL. I ordered a Vegan PSL with oat milk and it was perhaps the best pumpkin beverage I’ve ever had (still drinking it as I write this).When you are either going to work, to the airport, or just traveling, it is definitely worth giving this place a try.

First time we came here was just a few days ago after seeing a Charlotte Agenda article about it again. So after a hike we stopped by and got a couple of Cold Brew Slushees (and a little whipped cream for the dog) and could not believe how good it was. The staff was really friendly too!I went back another time for the Iced Caramel Latte and was shocked at how good it was. Definitely will return. Just wish it was a little closer to me.

I ordered a egg and cheese sandwich. It tasted like refrigerator and was so overheated in the microwave the bread was dry and so tough, I had to rip is with my teeth. The nitro cold brew was flavorful and enjoyable(thus 2 stars). Unfortunately, I feel kike you can get a better and cheaper breakfast sandwich at Starbucks. Come for the coffee perhaps, skip the food!

I love black coffee so when it comes to cold brew and espresso, the flavor profile in the bean chosen is very important to me. My drink was made with a delicious and unique bean that Ive never tasted before and Brianna at the window was helpful. Actually, Im not sure which brightened up my morning more; the great coffee, or the great company. Thanks Brianna!

Although I was a little frustrated with the service this is still my coffee spot. I ordered two coffees and when I got to the window to pay, I was informed that I couldnt pay with cash. Why was this not said at the window while I was ordering. Fortunately, my friend had her debit card on her. But this is still my favorite spot

So true story....I had been driving by this place and wondered if I should stop or not. Well this morning I did and I am so happy with the outcome. Customer service was on point and got true luxury in my cup. (An authentic taste vanilla bean). The Iced Vanilla Latte with Almond Milk and Vanilla flavor for a sweet kick was EVERYTHING. A friend sent me a coffee and muffin this morning, specifically a caramel latte with oat milk and a blueberry muffin, with a side of watercolors and coloring pages. I cannot think of a better way to start a Friday morning. The coffee and muffin were perfectly delicious. Thank you CupLux!

Went in this morning and decided on a cold brew vanilla slush, however, the drink wasnt frozen enough yet (7 am) but she was kind enough to explain that at the window, when most places wouldve just given me the drink anyway. It was my first visit so I didnt have a go-to drink, but she recommended the iced vanilla latte...and it was so delicious!! I wish I had ordered a larger size!At the last minute I decided on the cinnamon roll and it wasnt good. It was just too dry and tasted store bought so that was a no for me. But overall Im pleased with CupLux Coffee and will go back for coffee.

I loooove them so much! I drive out of my way to go get the hot or cold Mocha coffee and a banana nut or blueberry muffin!! They are always fast and so polite. They have a rewards program. Visit them!

So convenient and the coffee is yummy, especially the iced caramel latte. The breakfast sandwiches arent bad either. I only thing I would recommend is longer hours, even if by one hour during the week.

This has quickly become my favorite small business in Charlotte, and definitely my favorite coffee place. The staff is always friendly, they are involved in the community, and most importantly the coffee is delicious. Everything is made in-house, including the syrups, and you can tell. My only complaint is that they arent closer to my house.

Love their $1 drip Monday’s.Service is always fast, efficient and friendly.Prices are about standard for what you would pay for other coffee shops.They have two lanes but usually only one is open.They also have a loyalty program which is nice, as well as a rotating drink menu.

I also had the granola and yogurt and they added a drizzle of honey that was so tasty. To top it off, the staff was very helpful and friendly and knew their product well. I highly recommend!

Me and my husband work uptown so the location is very convenient for us to stop by to pick up our coffee before and after work. Be sure to try the caramel latte and the blueberry muffin!

I heard about the soft opening today and wanted to give it a try--definitely was not disappointed! I ordered an iced vanilla latte and a blueberry hand pie and both were delicious. The servers and management were all very courteous and made sure our experience was great. I will definitely be back and cant wait to see what their full menu brings!

After moving to the area a few weeks ago, Ive stopped by CupLux on my way to work for their $1 drip coffee on Mondays two weeks in row. This place is great. Not only do they use flavorful coffee beans from outstanding roasters like Stumptown and Pure Intentions, but they have such a friendly and welcoming staff. Ill certainly be keeping up this routine and cant wait to try what else they have to offer.

THE BEST in Charlotte!! I live in Columbia, SC but travel to Charlotte for business and leisure, and EVERY time I make the trek, I HAVE to stop at Cuplux! Im a huge coffee fan, and everything Ive tried so far (from a classic Americano to a ridiculously refreshing cold-brew slushy) has been exceptional! The staff are so friendly, and I love the drive-through aspect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Celebrated our newborn baby with some coffee on our way home from the hospital today! Thanks for opening recently!The hot mocha is unique, like a powdery coacoa latte, not overly sweet, nice and rich though. I also had an iced vanilla latte, which was superb. A little sweet for me, but the beans were obviously fresh and it had a good full-body flavor. One less vanilla pump would probably make it perfect.Its not convenient to get to, having to make a U-turn on Freedom northbound to cut across traffic, which will probably be a deterrent for some folks, but Im glad I came by and circles back around.Looking forward to it thriving and staying around for a long while, its an excellent cup of coffee. 👍🏽

A hidden gem!! Their coffee is great, but their syrups are even better! All the buzz about this place is true. Great coffee spot. Hours may not be as late as some other chains but definitely recommend if youre in the area. Baked goods including the chocolate chip cookies are a delicious add on! Mine was warmed up for me!! Latte is the way to go. If any questions, all your barista. Mine had just started and she was so helpful and awesome. Nice little stop on the way to the airport too for your coffee fix!

Coffee was beyond amazing but sandwich was pre-made, taken out of refrigerator and heated in microwave (overheated) that left edges of my bacon egg breakfast sandwich tough. It wasnt put together. It wouldve been better to toast the bread fresh and add already prepped eggs and bacon. It tasted good it was just the bread being tough :( Pastries were good too! I would come here for coffee any day but would grab food elsewhere unless they still had cinnamon rolls in stock for the day 😍. Get the caramel latte you dont have to add anything to perfection!

The coffee was good. This is definitely a place for the cafe-nistas. Youre going to want to know the lingo to get your desired beverage. But its relatively fast and good. Thats hard to come by. Its not expensive either.

Great people.Great Coffee. Convenient Location. Cuplux has the best hot Mocha in town. Its made with Dark Chocolate. These are also great: Coffee Cake, Croissant with Honey, Cream Cheese Danish, Jasmine Tea and Hot White Mocha.

Their coffee is delicious (their caramel latte is to die for!), they treat their customers like friends, and I never spend more than 5 minutes when I visit them. Their rewards card is a pretty awesome perk of being a loyal customer ^_^ I love having this place so close to home!

Wow a very different coffee experience! I have been here on multiple occasions and its just as good as the first time! Check out the espresso slushies, so different and so very tasty.

This shop is quite a bit out of my way, but let me tell you... its worth it. Even though theyve not been open long, theyve already proven that they have what it takes to be a major contender in the Charlotte coffee scene. As someone whos worked in the business for several years, I know what I like, and I know what Im looking for... and I can tell you Cuplux has what I want. I got what Id consider to be one of the best lattes Ive ever purchased. The milk, the coffee, and the presentation were all phenomenal... with great customer service to boot. I cant wait to get back there and try something else; Im sure it will be equally fantastic. I cant recommend this place enough. 5/5

I had never visited CupLux until I saw the Charlotte Agenda promote their cold brew slushee and I’m so glad went. The drink was great and I will definitely be back to get another one soon. They had superb customer service and I wish there was a location even closer to Uptown!

This coffee is so good! Its not to sweet! I get the White Mocha and a piece of cinnamon swirl cake! I wish they sold a size bigger than 16oz😏

Best coffee in Charlotte. We are huge coffee people and weve had coffee from every coffee shop in the area and cup lux is above the rest. Everything ive had from here is delicious-clold brew slushees, seasonal lattes with unique flavors, even their vanilla latte is better than any others ive had. Their flavors dont over power the coffee and the flavor of their coffee is so good! To the owners - PLEASE expand to the Ft Mill/Rock Hill area!!

Smoothest tasting latte I’ve ever had! Doesn’t even compare to Starbucks. Cup Lux is in the perfect spot on my morning commute that I have a hard time resisting, so I plan to get a latte at least once a week. They are so worth it!!

I’ve been going to Cuplux ever since it opened on Freedom. The rewards program is awesome and since I go quite often I see the rewards pretty fast! The Hot Chai Latte is the bomb!!! The staff is the best and I like that they remember me and my kids when we come through!
