The sales staff member was extremely helpful and shared an ongoing percentage off of a purse I wanted to purchase. When trying to check out, that clerk was trying to charge $60 over what I had been told. When I questioned her, another clerk backed her up. We had to call in the original sales clerk to figure out the correct percentage off. Weird, confusing and questionable experience 🤔

I was skeptical going to this place considering the comments… But Domonique was sooooo kind and helpful. She took her time with me and really made me feel comfortable asking questions and trying on so many purses till I bought one! I’m definitely going back even if it is to say hello to the staff especially Domonique!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. I frequent this location & have never had to return an item for any reason. Unfortunately, I was gifted a belt I already had, so we decided to return minutes later to exchange for a different item. We were told that items are not refundable or exchanged, that it was final sale, blah blah blah. That wasn’t mentioned when I first purchased the item. After back and forth discussion with the cashier & manager (both of which had AWFUL attitudes) they decided to take care of it. One thing I won’t forget is how smart mouthed that cashier was when said “well, if you frequent this location, you should know that these items are non refundable.”

Rude manager, not willing to help. Acted like it bothered her that I asked a question. This location has no helpful sales people, and the manager is awful. I like Michael Kors but let’s be honest it’s not LV or Guuci. So there’s no need to be all rude and better than your customers.

Just left this store and if you ever go ask for Jamal!!!! He was beyond FANTASTIC!!! Best customer service I have ever had!!! Keep up your spunk Jamal!!!

Nice selection of purses, wallets and they also sell clothes. The clothing rack is a small area but it is not offered in many MK stores. The sale associates are helpful and not overly aggressive.

I give the place -10 I always treated as not welcomed in this store. Manager followed me around and called another person to follow me as well. Always this store not welcoming black people and obvious discriminating against my color.

Michael Kors outlet store at the Outlets in Charlotte, exit 4 off I-485, is a well presented offering. It does have the seasons leftovers, but being MK leftovers they are very nice indeed. The prices are always at bargain level and on top, there are usually additional discounts on much of the inventory. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access and plenty if parking.

The manager at this store was very rude. I wanted to purchase a travel pack which totaled almost $500. Im assuming the manager didnt think we had enough money to purchase the product so instead of continuing to help us she decided to walk off and help a customer with a watch. But a wonderful employee name Skyler took care of us. If we would have walked out that door this store would have missed a $500 sale. Its important to treat every human being with respect despite color. I felt that racism really does exist and its funny that it happened on Martin Luther King Day.

Racism and its undertone still exist within our society. To continue to perpetuate that Asian is a model minority myth is supporting racism. Today, I went to a Michael Kors to buy my mother a nice handbag. Of note, this Michael Kors store today has mainly of white staffs serving its customers. During check out, I received poor attitude with eye rolls. While many would write this off just being rude to me. I would argue differently. I noticed that while the staffs happily serve many white customers. Asian customers, like a group of non English speaking men that walked into the store after me, did not received any customer services. As these Asian men started speaking, there were chuckles and side glances by the staffs. I not only find this disrespectful but also racist. Not my first time dealing with this in the same MK store. I hate to go into the store because of the employees but my mother really likes MK and its close to my house. Michael Kors needs to do better and be better. Considering that this Michael Kors serves a large Asian community.

My fiancé purchased my birthday present here, but I ended up exchanging it for a different style. The two ladies that helped me, Maddie and Caitlyn (I think that was her name), we’re so accommodating. They checked on me several times while I was shopping and Caitlyn wished me a happy birthday even though I had only told Maddie about returning the gift. It was a nice gesture and though there were 2 other customers and a whole family in the store, I felt appreciated as a customer. I will say the selection for clothes isn’t the biggest, but the purses and sales made up for it.

Amazing staff, Kaitlin and Karla will treat you right and make feel at home. The store is always clean and fresh and has amazing deals. I love it as much if not more than the South Park location

I visited this store just this past Saturday. My sister and I came in to purchase handbags as our souvenirs from vacation (we were taking a family vacation to Carrowinds). So we were very excited. The closest MK store to us back home is over 100 miles away. We walk in and the store is very well organized, we immediately see items we like. I notice sales associates walking around but when we’d turn around to try to ask a question, they’d run away. We thought this was strange! We looked around and noticed they were doing the same thing to most of the other customers!!! We get to the back of the store and notice double price listings and a sign for an extra discount. We’re confused by what that means so we try to find an associate to ask. Again, they’d see us and LITERALLY RUN AWAY AND HIDE!! We noticed there was an older gentleman at the register waiting to pay for at LEAST 10 minutes, they were hiding from him as well.So we walk back towards the front were 3 associates are just standing at the watches talking, and this I believe to be Latina sales associate (I mention it in case she can be identified because she was the rudest of all and ruined our experience) was just unwrapping random things, right on top of the watch case, so no one could even look at watches if they wanted. Anyways, we try to ask her for help, but another associate comes up right next to us to ask her a question, the Latina sales associate puts her hand up to hush my sister and tells my sister to “wait”. Then rolls her eyes at my sister and proceeds to take the sales associate’s question. We were flabbergasted!! But we had a genuine question so we waited. She’s done with the other associate then turns and just looks at us like she was waiting for us to address her. My sister asks how the double tagged prices work and what’s the extra discount apply to. She proceeds to explain in the most condescending, rude manner ever! When my sister tried to interject, the associate would be like “I’m not done”. So when she was finally done, we were like wth, why was she so rude?! And we heard her talk back and say “it’s not rocket science”. I’m sorry, but I don’t care how terrible of a day you’ve had. You don’t EVER speak to another human like that, let alone a customer!! I will never ever be returning to this location. Please teach your associates better people skills because that was plain unacceptable.

Really love the brand, but your associates need customer service videos to watch since they are costing you money. Immediately decided not to buy from this store or should I say hangout club.

I am a long time customer of the Michael Kors outlet store. The sales people are a little overbearing but they genuinely want to help and make good recommendations. Last weekend I purchased my 4th purse/wallet/keychain ensemble from the outlet. The sales gentleman was amazing. I decided to exchange the purse for a different style today and was told it was final sale and could neither be exchanged nor returned. Neither the salesperson nor the cashier mentioned to me that the purse was a final sale. Today I asked if my cashier if a manager would consider an exception. The manager said no over her shoulder and walked away. She neither came to speak with me nor even glanced in my direction. Im so disappointed and will be finding a new favorite purse and accessories brand.
