Let me tell you guys SOMETHING!!! I have NEVER experienced better customer service than I have received with Amin. I will go to his authorized dealer store over a corporate T-mobile ANY DAY! Believe me, Im saying a lot because I used to work for a corporate store for Verizon and I know how horrible some of the authorized dealers can be and Ive never seen one who has treated the customers with genuine respect and has been honest and patient as Amin. The first time I came in, my phone was broken and not only did he offer me a special to get my phone fixed, he also gave me several other options that the corporate store never could have offered me. The SECOND TIME is very important because I know these people work off commission and he had 3 more customers in the store and I needed to transfer contacts (which he doesnt get paid for), & he juggled all three of us without skipping a beat and had no problem helping me. Thank you Amin, for restoring my faith in customer service. I will be buying all my products from you from now on!
