The people are professional, timely and great at communication. Rich has been a great project manager and made it easy for us to know each step in the process and what we need to be prepared for. Prices are extremely affordable and reasonable for the amazing work their team does. We had carpet taken out and hardwoods installed to match our current hardwood floors. Gus was timely and helpful on the drop off of the materials and for our final sign off. They paid extremely close attention to matching the colors and just left after a walk through to ensure the job was properly done. Thank you for all of your work!

Overall our experience was very good. Our floors look great and the crew was able to complete their installation in a single day. We did have to wait on our materials to come in from the manufacturer for several months as they were backed up due to COVID-19 labor shortages. However, the reward was most definitely worth the wait.

We had install at our home Sept 9th - 10th, 2021. Professional estimate, professional with picking out the flooring. However, the professionalism stopped there. We were home for the entire install. They installed it in one 10-11 hour day. Normally that would be great, but the communication throughout the install was horrible.We were told we would get primed shoe molding, we did not. There were areas where there were problems. However, they didnt advise us of this at all. We found out when we were looking at the flooring at the end of the day.There was damage to one of our furniture pieces and they HID the piece inside the China Cabinet. [Smart move, because the contract says if you find damage after they leave, they are not responsible]I was also told they would prime the front rise of the stairwell. They did not.There were areas where I didnt like the install, like behind our stove. They left a gap where crumbs and things can get in and we will be unable to sweep it out.By the way, I didnt want to sign off on the job that night. It was late and I knew we didnt have time to inspect it properly. However, they didnt want to leave without having our signature (This is 8:30 or 9pm at night).This is besides the fact that they used our kitchen to heat their food (without permission) and even used our restroom to fully relieve themselves at the end of the night.I dont ever post public reviews, but the hidden damage to our furniture was my limit.You will save money for sure, but buyer beware. You will get what you pay for.** Update // They did follow up on my concerns with these things as well as some others I had, but did not mention in the review.They excused every single one of their actions and what they could not come up with an excuse for, they were unable to explain credibly.I am thoroughly happy for those who had a good experience. I did not. I wont be using them again.

They were very professional, very skilled, very thorough and very fast. They attentively listened to our requests (e.g. removed the molding without tearing our wall paper, installing the vinyl floor in the direction we desired, ensuring we approved of the floor register cuts because we had moved some of our vents before they came, etc.). They also ensured all debris was removed, floors were swept with their own broom, the furniture placed back as we desired, and Alex made sure that we were satisfied with the workmanship before they left. This company does not take responsibility for their mistakes when there is legitimate cause for complaint. In addition, they ensure they solicit positive reviews to counteract the impact of the negative ones. (Some of the people arent even based in the US) They didnt prove trustworthy in their work or ethics. There are better places that you can spend your hard earned money.

We had them do LVP for both our upstairs and downstairs of our home about 6 months apart. We were impressed with how quickly they completed everything and they did a great job both times. These guys did an outstanding job in what was apparently a difficult situation...Patrick and Thomaz were able to match existing flooring in my entryway where carpet was previously in the adjacent bedroom and feather into existing installed boards which I heard multiple times from competitors could not be done.While it did take some time to carefully remove a few of the boards for the transition, the end result was perfect and flowed very nicely into the new boards for that room!!!In addition to this, the entire third floor changeover from carpet to wood flooring was a fantastic transition!!And thanks to Carlo for his suggestion on a slightly cheaper wood floor for that larger volume of square footage which saved us some $$$ and the product was incredibly similar!!!From first contact with Evelyn in the store, and follow up during and after installation, to the means of operation and installation this is a top notch professional business and cannot recommend them enough!!! I have alot to say about my experience with this company. To make a long story short, they didnt go over everything i needed to know in the beginning which then delayed my project. They use too many different contractors to complete the job so alot of different people was in and out my house. The shoe molding didnt match my floor staining because a different group came to do the molding and didnt have the same color stain that was used for my floors. I found a split in one of my boards and they had to come back to repair it. Now the repaired portion looks different from the rest of the floor. Overall the floors look good except where they did the repair. They sent another person in to fix the shoe molding issue and now the shoe molding has a high gloss look and my floors have a low gloss satin look. I would not recommend 😐

We purchased our house in Oct 2018, and we knew we were going to need to replace old carpet in the master bedroom and bonus room. We werent moving in for a couple of years so we had to plan the installation to coordinate with one of our visits. Evelyn was super helpful, and we decided wed shoot for the following April to get an estimate. Right on time, she called in April and set up an appointment for Carlo to come by to help us. During that visit, Carlo took measurements, and helped us decide on the product that best fit our needs and budget. We set up an installation date for the following June, when we would be visiting again.When Junior arrived with his two man crew, he took the time to go over the job. One of our concerns was that the floors had areas where they squeaked really bad. Junior explained the process of shimming under wall plates and screwing down our sub floor, but he was clear that he couldnt guarantee he could eliminate all of the noise. He suggested we might want to bring in a framing contractor to address the issue. We decided to move forward with the job. We never felt rushed or pressured.The installers were amazing. They were considerate, professional and pleasant. Their work was impeccable. They were meticulous in cleaning up all the dust and debris, and they helped us move our furniture back in place (we dont have much, but the bed was really heavy and difficult to move because of the adjustable frame). Also, to our delight, they had successfully eliminated almost all of the squeaking!Every step of the way, I was impressed by the care taken by the team at My New Floors. From scheduling to completion, it ran like a truly cohesive organization, where everyone involved was respected and valued, from the front office to the installers.You will not find a better option for whatever flooring project you want done than My New Floors.

Overall I was pleased with this service. At the end of it, our floors look great which is what we really care about, and the price point wasnt bad. There were a couple of times where customer service issues came into play, but wasnt a huge deal. I was told a couple times that I would receive a text message before someone arrived to perform tasks but never received a text. One time we received a text and were told that someone would arrive between 11 AM -12 PM on a certain day, but they didnt show up until 3 PM. However, the workers were friendly and the job was done quickly with very few hiccups. Much appreciated!

I’m honestly very disappointed with the job done in my house I love the color of my LVP but I was disappointed with the job done in the stairs and mess left behind by the crew . Cigarette butts, empty bottles on the grass ! Some damages on the wall, cutting vynil planks and shoe molding inside my house not outside in the house ! The filters in the house were filthy of dust due to this crew ! The stairs are literally covered in shoe molding every nick and cranny don’t look like a normal stairs and the steps are now shorter. Honestly looks like a jig saw puzzle ! Every single corner of the stairs look horrible and I hate them! $12,020 spent on this job and still bitter with the outcome! Had to call 2x to patch up the work done and they wanted a review so here’s my honest opinion. Btw the workers don’t have cleaning equipment or a VACUUM to clean up afterwards. They used my BROOM and broke it too. At least they bought me a new one! 😂Update ! December 15 20I’m getting an estimate done with another company and he was a shocked with my job done by my new floor my bull noses are cracking and posing a danger for us . Well as soon as they fix my stair botched by the new floor guys I’ll post pictures if I can before and after.Finally I posted the pictures! My new beautiful stairs first 2 pictures and the last 2 my new floor job

Carlo sold us a new floor and it was installed with no issues. We noticed a slight buckle in one are of the floor a year later. Carlo came out after an independent inspector reviewed the issue. I love my new floors from My New Floor! I chose the Armstrong RigidCore Vinyl Luxury Flooring in Treeline Amber Hickory. Carlo showed me different samples from laminate to this high end limestone and cork base wood look floor. It really looks like wood but is scratch resistant, dent resistant, waterproof and softer to walk on than the Mannington Laminate I had originally. Once Carlo taught me the pros and cons I knew the Armstrong RigidCore was the one to buy.The installation team was AMAZING! Patrick, Thomas, Gus and the rest of the crew are the hardest working contractors I have ever seen! They finished a 2 day job in one day! Saw My new Floors on the Internet with high ratings. I’ve been looking to replace my 30 year old kitchen floors and looking for new black and white diamond shaped VCT tiles. Nobody has been able to find them, but My new Floors came through. They were ordered and installed within about three weeks. The prices were very reasonable, and the crew work their tail off.They made sure everything was put back and I was happy with the entire job before they left, and they cleaned up after themselves. They laid the pattern so that it was perfect for my kitchen. I’m so appreciative of finding this company to help me out. My house will be 100 years old in about six years and they took the flooring all the way down to the original before they laid the plywood underlayment. His assistant Evelyn kept up communication with us via text, she was really friendly and helpful.Pricing: Had 3 quotes for ~1700sqft and mynewfloor had by far the best prices for the exact same/similar product (we were looking at only 20mil wear layer LVP/LVT, ended up with Armstrong Vantage).Installation on 5/11: Appreciate the team for the quick install. It was originally a 2 day job but the team had it done in 1 including installing the white shoe molding. They got all the difficult angles, room transitions and it looks great.Notes: Everything was left in broom swept condition so know that you’ll have to vacuum & mop yourself afterwards. Expect it to be loud so arrange your work from home situation beforehand. I set up in the garage and it was alright.

We had a very large job at our home; removing old flooring & installing new hardwood. The overall job was very good; however, the communication with office was not a good and what they said they would do to protect our home did not happen. We had to leave our home while the work was being done. The first day we received photos of the progress. In one photo, there was actually a crew member in the background w/out a shirt on, helping himself to one of our K-cup coffees & our coffee mug (all of which had been packed away for dust purposes)! The items that were spelled out specifically in the contract (putting furniture in garage and covering other pieces, covering light fixtures, taping off bedroom doors) were not done and evident in the photos we received. When we questioned the photos - the office told us they would look into and get back to us. They stopped sending photos after that. It took several more attempts on our end to reach someone in the office who would even apologize. The mess we came home too was unbelievable and our furniture required professional cleaning. Our K-cups were gone, all of our bottled water was gone and our girls bathroom toilet was clogged. We were offered a discount of $450 if we would not tell anyone about our experience. We felt that it was more important for consumers to be aware. Again - overall job was good and the flooring is beautiful - just be careful and WATCH everything.

I had LVP put in our new home and wanted all the old material pulled out. My New Flooring, put my new LVP over the old linoleum left by the previous owners, who said the old floor needed to be pull out and even gave money to get the old floor pull out. But My New Floor company used the linoleum as a vapor barrier, as Carlos said. This is really disappointing and when I expressed my disappointment to Carlos, I got no response. So my advice to all considering this company, is make sure they are not cutting corners in your house to offer you a lower price.

No complaints with sales, working with Carlo and Evelyn was great. The actual old wood floor removable and installation was very good. Crew answered any questions I had. My only complaint is the base shoe molding fitting and caulking. I mentioned to the installers as I watched them, Dont get it on too thick and make sure it is smooth.If I was to have them do work for me again I would not allow them to do the caulking. I have attached pictures that show some of the caulking issues. In several areas it was bubbled, the dust from the floor got mixed into the caulk. My father was a builder so I know how caulking should be done. I had to fix several area before I painted the base board.That is the only complaint so far. The floor was installed Jan 6.

The carpet is beautiful, the installation was a breeze, they moved all the furniture and even swept and vacuumed when they were done. I would highly recommend mynewfloors.com

My husband and I just bought a house. The carpet was pink and purple and the hardwood floors were worn. Walking into the house felt like we were back in the 1990s. MyNewFloor replaced the carpet and sanded and stained my hardwood floors. We have returned to 2020! The house looks COMPLETELY brand new. People that have seen the floors before My New Floors (lol) are in utter amazement with the makeover. The team was AWESOME! Very polite, patient, and aimed for perfection. We had an issue when water leaked from the new appliances we had installed onto the brand new beautiful wood floor that had just been installed by My New Floor. We contacted Carlo to do the repair work needed. Patrick and the crew did an outstanding job. Again, their professionalism, pride in their work and attention to detail is second to none. We cannot even tell which part of the floor has been repaired!

Update new review:I just had our second great experience here. We stopped 3 months ago looking for a carpet for the upstairs of our home. Carlo was great guiding us through all the options, the installation went very smooth and the gentleman that installed was extremely professional. Weve sent numerous people there over the last few months and will continue to do so. We recently purchased a new house in need of new hardwood floors, once again MyNewFloor was promptly and competitive with their rates, their professionalism is second to none. I cannot say enough good things about My New Floor. Everyone from Evelyn, who scheduled our appointment, to Carlo who met with us at the showroom, to Thomas and his crew were fantastic. Carlo took the time to show us the difference in floorings and helped us choose a gorgeous LVP floor to update our home. The crew was prompt and able to tear out our existing floor AND install the new floor in one day!! Thomas explained everything along the way and they left the workspace clean when the job was finished. We will definitely use My New Floor when we get ready to replace our carpet.

Great place to buy carpet from. Bring in your measurements and give them a chance to earn your business. They sell the whole package carpet, padding, and installation. No need to clear furniture, their installers will move it for you. Ask for Carlo he knows floors and can help you stay within your budget.
