Got there around 2 pm to do a sub n amp install...fair enough I waited about 45 mins to an hour before they started... I went to check on the progress like an hour an a half later,still wasn’t done...guy installed the ground wire where my emergency fuel lock opener is (inside the trunk)now I can’t put the plastic cover back because a wire sticking out so they corrected it after bringing it to his attention,even my wires were visible..now it’s after 6pm and my car was still being worked on -_- had my first car hooked up here and I was in an out within 2 hours and installment was nice and clean so I decided to bring my second car. I will never come back nor recommend to anyone.

Luis did a great job finding the right Radio for my needs and did a very professional installation. The price was fair and he got it done quickly. When a couple of issues came up, he fixed them quickly! I will return in the future for any other car audio issues.

The employees are very approachable and have a vast knowledge of almost anything electronic. I had a remote start installed by Luis and you couldnt tell if its factory or not. Catherine is a very pleasant and can give you the run down on almost anything imaginable. Great people!!!!!Going back for a new car system next!

Doesnt answer the phone. Drove there to find 1 guy working, told me it would be 2 hours of wait. Now that Ive seen what this place is I would never trust them with my car. Some young teenager installing stuff. No thanks

Decent deal on a subwoofer and install, but within an hour of visiting my credit card was hacked. I hadnt used it for weeks before then. Coincidence?

Worst experience ever i got over charged for a product by 30 dollars and they burned my kicker subwoofer and acted like it was my fault after never having issues for 5 years im leaving this comment because i treated those guys with respect and always tipped them after they worked on my 2017 accord but these guys are not professional and theyre a joke dont come here if you want quality work beleive me.

These guys are the best. I have taken both mine and my wifes SUVs here for any audio needs. They have awesome installation labor prices and good equipment. Also extremely knowledgable and professional (even if the area seems sketchy). These guys are pros at what they do and very quick as well. I started with getting a headunit installed, and eventually went to speakers in all 4 doors and even an Amp that looks like it came from the manufacturer (no wires or anything). They basically can make any headunit fit in a cars dash (within reason) and seem to wire up everything to the T. Extremely recommended. Call around CLT to hear prices and then bring your car here to see the quote. I can almost guarantee this will be the best priced car audio place around the area.6 out of 5 stars.
