After telling me that they didnt have a tire they DID have in stock, the only person that could write up a service ticket went on break. After waiting 45 minutes for him to return, he clocked in, clocked out, and left as did all but one tech in the department. The person that appeared to be a supervisor completely ignored me after I told him I had waited over an hour to try to get one tire installed. He was more concerned about the employees completion of their online training. Not the first time Ive had a problem there.

The shop manager was great to work with. He was patient and a great listener for my tire needs. I was able to bring it back same day for a new issue and it was fixed timely.

No callback was made when tires were found to schedule install appointment. No waiting room.Friendly but inefficient customer service; Ordered tires. 3 days later Walmart texted they were in, call them for appointment. Called repeatedly, no answer. Called main store to get directed to auto center. Auto center had trouble finding the tires, was told theyd call me back. 2 hrs later I called them (same calling drill as above), told me they found them but now too late for todays appointment, come first thing in a.m... Arrived next day at 8:30. Employee spent 20 min looking for my tires before finding them. Tires were quickly installed.

I changed one my cars tire with the one purchased in Walmart, costing me $20. Great price and quick one while I get some shopping done.

I had a nearly flat tire due to a nail. They had one car in the garage at 5:39 pm. Google says they close at 7:00 pm. They turned me away and said they couldn’t help because they wanted to close early.

Staff was friendly but they left oil all over the hood of my car. Will not go back.

The Walton family should consider closing this store all the way down. Number 1. This store is always out of carts. ALWAYS. You better grab one before going inside. Number 2. The sleeves are poorly stocked. The stockers just put merchandise anywhere on the shelf and the price does not match. Number 3. The pharmacy is down right rude. OTC medicines are not properly stocked and they are always out of stuff I dont know who the manager is at this store off South Tryon in Charlotte NC (there is a Lowes and Publix in same location), he or she is doing a poor job. I no longer shop here.

I was refused service because 3 grown men could not turn a key.

Website says open until 7pm, Im writing this at 5:25 pm on Sunday. And was turned away, “done for the night”. Hope this reached management, and corrected accordingly.

Good tires good price

Unorganized slow employees. Took 2.5hrs to install tires from my scheduled appointment. Nobody cares. They didn’t know where my tires were that I had already paid for and tried to send me home.

Waited for a hour on a tire plug just to be told that it would take 2 hours before they would get to my car so I decided to come back first thing in the morning just for them to tell me they cant plug my tire when someone already looked it and said it shouldnt be a problem... if they had of said that yesterday I couldnt have went else where to get the job done this was a inconvenience for my family and I think that they need better experience people who will let you know if the problem can be fix or not instead of telling me or anybody to wait 3 hours just to say they cant fix the problem...BAD BUSINESS!!!!

If you need tires this is the Wal-Mart to go to. Friendly helpful staff very informative. While we waited on the new tires. We grabbed some sodas fried chicken and bread $10 awesome deal.

I got new tires and it came with rotations and balancing. I went back 3 times to get the tires balance and still my car was shaking. I went to a different auto center and they told me that my car was not balanced correctly. I paid $77 for them to do it and took my car on a drive. It had stopped shaking. I would recommend anyone that if they need to get their tires balanced, they should have real professionals do it

I went today on Veterans Day. I was the 3rd car in wait for an oil change. Spent an hour waiting when I was called and told they do not have my 2018 Ford Explorer listed in their oil filter book. Cannot perform oil change. I offered to look online for which filter to use, but she would not use that information. She didnt even attempt to find a way to get the information. I have taken my cars to this and other Walmart Auto Centers and had mixed reviews. This one has topped it all. Will not go to their auto centers again. Lousy service.

Went here for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to tell me I needed new tires because the tread was to low without even testing it. Told them the tires were less than a year old and the tread is good. Told me nothing they could do. So I left and went to NTB down the street. Dont go here they will try to hustle you.

So slow its painful

Bought a set of tires six months ago, so I came in today for the free rotate and balance. Been here for two hours and the car was just put on the lift. I would have gladly paid for services if I thought it would be done more quickly. I have a 4 hr drive ahead of me, and I will most likely be at least an hour late for my nephews birthday celebration.

The good things about this place is, you get everything cheapest. You can shop in the superstore while they attend to your oil change or tires or battery. They do not do a whole lot other repairs and are no experts. So see them only for basic stuff.

I paid $10 for air in my tires and left with no air in my tires. I had also tipped the guy $5.00. After he pretended to put air in my tires, he drove my Infiniti around the lot erratically, then pulled the car up along the edge of the curve and parked it. I drove next door for gas and looked down at the skirt of the car and saw a large area that had been scraped. The tint on the driver window had been scraped with something sharp and there was a palm and fingerprints on the glove compartment. I drove back to the area where he parked my car and the scrape marks matched up perfectly with curve.Walmart denied it ever happened.This is what we get when stores like Walmart drive all others out of business. Lets support small businesses. Really no stars here.

Do not come here for tires!!!! I have always bought tires from Walmart but this was my 1st time getting service from this location. After getting 2 rear tires, I ended up finding a lugnut in my car, I then checked my tires and noticed there were 2 lugnuts missing on a tire, which is dangerous, they did not discuss this with me, I returned to discuss this and their manager was Off, had to speak with a store manager to talk about why I was sent on my way without anyone discussing my lugnuts were bad, and I believe they bent one of my wheel covers...Terrible service!!!!!!

They will hand you the pump to put air in your own tires. If I wanted to do that Id have gone to a gas station where the pumps dont stand around smoking and staring at customers.

Terrible service. Waited an hour for a tire rotation and they didnt even get to it. I had to leave early to avoid being late for a doctors appointment. Place is a bad joke.

They took about 3 hours for my friend to get her new tires put on her vehicles....When we return to pick up her vehicles...They had took part of key assembly apart and plus the tire pressure light were on....The guy told us it would go off in a little while..He lied because you have to reset the tire pressure system so the light will go off....When we got back to her resident I googled it and we reset it ourselves....If I havent been there God knows what would have happened..

I went in for an oil change at 3:15 with only 2 Cars in front of me. An oil change shouldnt be more than 20mins. I didnt leave till 7:35. Worst service, extremely slow, took over 4hrs to do an oil change which shouldve been done hours before.
