Shopped in-store this weekend, I had approached two workers to ask a question and was rudely shunned away. It was very discomforting to know that I was unable to feel comfortable asking for help. Please let your employees know that we care enough to shop in-store so that they can have a place to work. With that being said, we the customers would like to be acknowledged and treated respectfully whenever we approach the associates with our concerns or to ask a simple question.

This place beats any other home store, hands down.Prices have gone up a bit on some items over the years.

Fun place to look for deals. But prices have gone up a bit. Wish silk flowers were more realistic. Still found some bargains.

Pots for Plants, Great Christmas and seasonal store too... and much for the home...

I enjoy shopping at OTP & with each visit there is always something interesting to see with great prices.

It was a little busy. Found what I needed at a good price. Average customer service no one acknowledges you as they are walking around the floor but cashier was very nice.

This place is really cool. It has any kind of home, garden or holiday decor you can think of as well as kitchen gadgets and pet stuff. Its easy to get lost in here so make sure you have plenty of time to wonder around.

Great big store lots of space! Everything really neatly organized. Amazing selection of household goods. Great place for crafters to find faux flower, floral stems, supplies for your original wreath designs, flower pots and large planters.

As much as I love Old Time Pottery, I was not super thrilled this time around. Prices were hard to find and items out of place but more than this, my encounter with the cashier at checkout was disheartening and sickening. This will never happen to anyone again.

Found exactly what I was looking for, perfect color perfect size. You can spend a whole after noon checking everything out, lots to buy!

Relaxing visit! No rush! No hassle! The cashier smiled with a cheerful voice which was pleasant.

They didnt have as many items out as usual today but it is after Christmas so thats to be expected. As always, I always find what I need and then some when I shop here.

Very rude manager and cashiers, they spent their time chatting and criticizing customers choices while people waited in line to pay. Sad to see that employees do not care about their customers.

We’ve been shopping Old Time Pottery for years now. Every year it seems the prices climb a little more. So that’s the main reason behind the 4 stars. It’s the typical warehouse home goods store. You can find anything for your home from decorations, to kitchen goods, furniture, and bedding. We enjoy visiting during the holidays to see what new items they have (especially when they have sales).

I love shopping here. Ive bought kitchen, bedroom, and livingroom items here. I bought my patio pillows and bedroom pillows,too. They have almost everything I need or want ex except for clothes.

My first time shopping here and I was like a kid in the candy store. Only problem was the cashier wasnt very friendly, no smile and after spending almost $900.00 she gave me a look as if I couldnt pay for all my merchandise after she gave my total.

Look closely at their yellow, blue and red tag sales. I found 1 item with a yellow tag @ 90% off for only $2.50. All the other items didnt have the tag. When I asked the clerk, she scanned all of them and they were all 90% off! Usually its just the slightly damaged items that are tagged. I bought them all a savings of over $200!! So dont ignore it if you think its too good to be true ;).

Where all the red tags 50% off are actually orange. Guess they couldnt be bothered to get the right sticker color. Actually found a red tag. Wasnt on sale. Not impressed at all.

I drove an hour to shop at Old Time Pottery because I had the understanding that they gave a 10 percent military discount..I would very disappointed to learn that it was done away with about a month ago..The people working there were not friendly.. didnt care ..

We were in the Sardis Road North store on Sat 5/13/17 and had the sweetest most helpful cashier....then all of a sudden a female manager approaches her telling her that she will probably get written up because her register is $17.00 short. It was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever witnessed....talking to your employees that way in front of customers! Managers definitely need some managerial training!

They have a sale special that never came to store. I came the first day of the special for a gazebo, they did not have it. I ask the person who says is the manager, when they going to have more, she just tell me no more, no more ( she talked to me like I dont know English) One of the sweets cashier take my number to call if they got it. I ask for the display the manager said no, I call Friday and back Monday to see if they have any and just came in they sell the display to a other (White American) person. After they told me no. It is sad that a good store have that poor customer services and horrible management.

ALOT to look at, but selection limited. No coordinating ornaments for white Christmas trees. Looking for light colors, pink mainly, as the lights are pastel. Only had dark, drab colors. Had limited supply of memory foam bath mats. No pink at all.

Warehouse type facility for household goods, kitchen items and rugs and other decorative items. Adequate parking. Reasonable prices.

What a fun place! Weve been here many times and always managed to find something that we simply couldnt live without. A special Thank You goes out for the Military Discount. I always appreciate it.

This is a great store for discount HomeGoods. Especially around Christmas! They have so many decorations that beat Walmart prices and availability. Everything here is much cheaper than you would think. They also do sell much pottery at all its a Home Goods store.

I love this store so it hurts to give it one star. They are open til 9 on weekdays but last night the door was locked in my face at 845. And the gentleman just starred at me with this blank look. I mean I only wanted to buy a bottle drink cause I was waiting for my ride. I work in the same shopping center. What he did was so unprofessional and rude! He needs to be re trained and the hours need to be changed if the doors are going to be locked early. I could have spent 1,000 dollars in that store with in that 15 min time. Smh bad costumer service!

Love this store! Multiple seasons on display on well merchandised aisles. A little short on register help but unfortunately that is our world right now.

2 years ago I could say that this place was really beautiful because you could find all kinds of materials, implements, utensils, furniture and an infinity of other things necessary and useful for decorating and setting a house or any type of space for any occasion and season as needed; But now you often find yourself with empty shelves and nothing new. I wish they would restock the store as in previous years.
