I ended up going with a Tempurpedic and two Beautyrest mattresses. Edmund helped me choose the right mattress for my needs and was very knowledgeable. Always a feeling of doubt going into mattress shopping, but we were pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and helpful Chris was. He asked us a few questions and was able to point us immediately to what we needed. Didn’t oversell, wasn’t pushy, and we are so thankful we chose this store. I came in looking for an adjustable base only and ended up leaving with a new mattress AND adjustable base for only a few hundred dollars more than a neighboring store was selling the base! Christopher helped me explore all my options. He was never pushy and was very patient with my questions and thinking time. He also gave me a deal I couldnt beat! Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. Delivery was also a breeze - they called the night before with a 2-hour time block, called again when they were 10-15 minutes away and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. That included hauling off my old mattress and box spring and time for me to test out the adjustable base and get any questions answered. I highly recommend checking out this Mattress Firm when youre ready for a new bed!

Movers bent my leg on bed, but told me it will be ok after asking about it, he then took pictures of it and told me if it breaks to call them theyll replace it, when I was unscrewing it for the movers to come move me the leg just came off pole same spot I saw them bend it . Called mattress firm to replace it they sent me through loops so I just paid for 6 extra legs but when my daughter picked it up and brought it home, it was only 4 legs in box ... Ill sure call them about this tomorrow
