Great clothes. Girls section is huge. Men’s section is big, but more limited. The clothes can be cheaper quality but still pricey. The store is really trendy.
Bought an 100$ backpack, and once opened I found stock/clothing packaging with chewed gum stuck on top inside. Not sure if this happened before being put on display etc. Either way sold with gum and no exchange for a refund.
Well to start or with.. they close an entire hour before the rest of the mall does, which is annoying but not a big deal. What bothered me was how my mom, sister, and I all had massive piles of clothes in our hands and we walked to the dressing rooms to find out they apparently close them a whole hour before they even close the store??? When we asked the manager she didn’t even apologize, she could have cared less if we bought anything or not. All the employees were so clearly ready to leave. They even turned the music off 30 minutes before the store closed. We then took our massive piles of clothes to the register, bought all of it which totaled to over $400, ran to the restrooms to try the stuff on, then ran back to the store to return what didn’t fit before they closed the store. We told the boy at the register we were going to do this and he literally didn’t care, they absolutely were not going to reopen the fitting rooms. Long store short, the employees and managers here are pitiful and simply do not want to be there and do not care about the customers.
Its a good store with a decent selection. Very unique style though. It personally wasnt for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful though
Pricey but they do a good job keeping up with trends. Staff was friendly and store was clean.
Got a new outfit cant wait to go out
Its great place for young people to shop. Some items little pricey but you can find sales too.
My kids love Urban Outfitters! It has lots of vintage looking clothing that are very in fashion right now. As well as various accessories and odd items like perfume, bags etc. I would love it even better if the prices were a bit cheaper but overall a great place to find good clothing.
Excellent clothing aesthetic
Good collection of different hype brands, and stuff you wont find elsewhere. Saw some nice Chinatown Market tees, some nice hoodies & Northface gear for winter. A little pricey, but no more than any other clothing store with nice gear.
All the employees are so nice and helpful. Even if you dont get anything, its fun to stop by and look around. Its difficult to not grab at least one thing when you shop there because there are always great sales and promos
Great selection of clothes but alittle bit on the pricey side, even the clearance. We didnt feel very welcomed by any of the staff and the dressing rooms were extremely hot
Nice selection and variety of products in the store. Lighting and music are nice. You can find different and unique items.
This is my favorite (South Park) Urban Outfitters of all time, all places. However, its not as hipster-trendy as a Northeastern UO, if thats what youre hoping for. Less crowded, less messy, more laid-back.
Went to buy some vinyls. Place had alot of hip and like new clothes. Idk if its because Im young but this is my kind of store lol. I liked it alot and the staff was very accommodating
I LOVE URBAN OUTFITTERS!each location i’ve been to — which is only in Durham and Charlotte, it’s been so chill and home feeling every visit. staff doesn’t bother you when you walk in, you can stroll and do your own thing and they won’t bother you. bummer about Urban is that some prices are ridiculous, but that’s normal for a huge chain that attracts most of the teenage population like myself. it’s easy to locate everything, and when you check out it does take a while because some staff get on break right when you go to check out, and it takes a while for an employee to get to the register. but, it’s not a pain.vinyl’s in the store are displayed nicely and are in great shape. they only sell current pressings, and not older, so if you like older music on vinyl, i don’t recommend it. from early 2000’s up is Urban’s selection.overall, a great atmosphere and a great store to visit. each time i come to Southpark, Urban is always a store i hit. great quality products with the price you pay and amazing service: 10/10 recommend!
My step-son loves this place. Very trendy tshirts and other clothing... Urban Outfitters is a sure bet for him.
Its very hipster. No doubt about it. I was surprised at the vinyl selection though. As more customers like myself come in for exclusives, I think the music selection will grow.
I hate the new styles these days, but the store is clean and well stocked
I like the clothing but the prices are too high. workers at this mall are great though. just wish the clearance section was bigger and had things cheaper than $30 in it.
The customer service here is horrible. It ruined my entire experience. I will not support this company, if they allow such rude workers.
This particular store is pretty nice. But Urban Outfitters in general has cool authentic clothes but they are not good quality and way too overpriced. I stopped shopping their because everything I have gotten has fallen apart not long after I bought it.
Signed up for the UO Rewards and read all of the promo materials as well as the email with the 10% off discount code and the code is not applicable to furniture. No where does it say that. Spent 25 mins on hold for the call to be disconnected before I could speak to anyone. Tried “chatting” with a customer service rep to get canned answers and no resolution.
They do not i repeat DO NOT answer the phone ever.
Love this store wish they care it just a little more of the items you see online though.
HORRIBLE STORE AND CORPORATION, HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT SHOPPING ONLINE!! I CALLED MORE THAN 3 TIMES, EMAILED, AND ONLINE CHATTED AND STILL NO PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED. NOW A MONTH AND A HALF LATER THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME I NEVER CALLED AND THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. SO I LOST OVER $350 ON A PURCHASE THAT NEVER ARRIVED AND AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE STILL NOTHING AND NO HELP.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE WHO USE TO BE A MANAGER AT A RETAIL STORE.I RECEIVED ONLY 3 ITEMS OUT OF 18 ITEMS FROM AN OVER PRICED STORE SOMEONE TOLD ME TO TRY AFTER ENTERING THE STORE IN PERSON.STAY AWAY, SAVE MONEY, GO TO PIER ONE OR FOREVER 21 SAME QUALITY LOWER PRICES.
One of my favorite places to shop, the sales rack is where I live lol
Good store, seems 90s themed with the time being, used to be 80s vaporwave.
The prices are high but the clothes go on sale fast. I was able to find my personal style here
Really weird spot. It is a glorified thrift store. Kids, save some money and go to the Goodwill.
I ordered online but I probably shouldve just saved my time and money on a different website. I ordered the Lisa Argyropoulos For DENY Mono Melt Duvet Cover and its really pretty and soft. It costed $161 and I payed an additional $14 for 2 day shipping but it arrived 6 days (not 2) after I got a shipping confirmation email. So, I wasted $14 for nothing. Other than that, its great. Well see how it holds up.
One of the smaller UOs Ive been in. I like coming in here to find oddity/unique home products under one roof. But the prices are much higher than the products are worth, including quality. Many brands have an identical item sold by H&M.
Some clothes are cute, but I didnt see larger sizes. Some items are not appropriate for children but more for adults.
My fav period and their Vintage too winning- Minimalist
I usually don’t write reviews but I’m sooooo tired of this UO store! Like, I literally walked in a couple of days ago to look at their sale items ( mind you, it was a Tuesday and the store was completely dead, maybe two other customers was in there and that was it) I walked by at least four sales associates, the two at the front were in deep conversation, looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I kept walking towards the back, another associate was texting on his phone, looked at me and didn’t say two words. Then I started looking through the clothes and the associate that was putting clothes back on the rack right next to me didn’t say ANYTHING! I’m like, am I in the twilight zone?!?! I live in NYC but my Mom lives in Charlotte and every time I come to this particular UO, it’s the same thing. When I’m at the UO store in Herald Square, 34th St NYC, the associates there flock to me lmao I’m a pretty cool individual by the way, I stand out!!! Anyway, the UO store associates @ SouthPark are TRASH! I left, I was like I’m not giving UO any more of my money. I went next door to Abercrombie and I was greeted at the entrance immediately, I was asked if I needed help and not only that, the cashier and I were conversing and joking for a good 20 minutes. I even went to Abercrombie at Northlake the following day and the girl the was super cool! Maybe UO should take notes from them. Oh yeah, I’m sending this to corporate as well.
While I love UO’s products, I won’t be purchasing any more due to the awful customer service. I ordered one single product online on June 28th. I tracked my shipping as I didn’t receive it after a week, and the item said there had been a problem with my address and it had been shipped back to the UO warehouse. After more than 10 different conversations on the phone with someone in customer service, no one could tell me when/if my order would reship, and essentially ignored any request I had of receiving a refund as well. I have just gotten in contact with some TODAY (almost a month from my original date of purchase) who took my correct shipping address and said the product was available for “immediate reship,” even though this should’ve been done weeks ago.I’m still not sure if I will ever get my product, and I can’t get anyone to humor the idea of just refunding my money instead. I absolutely will not be making a purchase from this company again, as the customer service is NOT worth attempting to get any of their products.
Cool place with an interesting selection of items. Its cool just to look around.
Love this location, and everyone is always so helpful
It’s an awesome store
We stopped by while out of town. Wished we had one a lot closer to Chattanooga. Maybe one day.
