What was supposed to be a 5-7 business day process turned into 14 business days (Thursday, March 29th to Friday, April 13th). There are a litany of details that transpired during the time that my van was at MAACO, but I wanted to pass along a few:- When I called for an update on Thursday, April 5th to ask if the van would be ready by the following day per their quote, Brenda told me, Ohhhh no no no. We had to order additional parts, and there was a delay by our window vendor arriving to take off the windshield. I pressed her further, and it turns out that the van sat idle from drop-off on Thursday (3/29), Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. In other words, it took them 4-5 business days to even begin the work.- From there it was a mixture of vagueness (as to when it would be completed), and promises (to call me back, but never did), and unanswered questions. When I finally got Brenda to state that the van would be ready by end-of-day Thursday, April 12th or first-thing the following day, she again promised to call me back but never did. She claimed that she saw the guys detailing it so it should be done. I told her that I would show up first-thing on Friday the 13th and that I had a full day of sales called scheduled.- When I took possession of the van and drove away, I was running late already, and didnt have time to turn around, but attached are pictures of what was handed back to me: debris, dust, metal shavings everywhere, and random parts that I still dont know where they belong. One of them is a cap for the rearview mirror that the glass guys failed to reinstall (Ive since reattached it). MAACO never touched the van with a vacuum, wet rag, or anything that would attempt to clean up their mess. Keep in mind that Im fairly OCD and make sure that my van is always clean/detailed. These pics were taken before I gave it a full detail yesterday, but after my day of sales calls in which my first customer was kind enough to bring a couple of wet towels out to help me clean up a little. All dust/debris are MAACOs doing.In the end, Im glad to have the van back, but would recommend staying far, far away from MAACO in the future. Their business model is based solely upon price. In fleet scenarios where there are competing bids (not in this case), they bid low to get awarded the work, and the aftermath is additional parts, labor and lead times along with the details above.Update: after first rainstorm, water is inside of the vehicle. I went in last week and meet “D” (Danius). Super nice guy. He didn’t pressure me at all and gave me a fantastic quote- as in way lower than another quote from a different place. I dropped off my car and was even given a courtesy ride to my house. The manager Bryan was also very helpful.I picked up my car and it looks phenomenal. All the scuffs and scratched bumper were fixed and completely painted to perfection. It exceeded my expectations. Wonderful experience.

Brian, Nelson, and the rest of the crew did a great job with my car. They helped me navigate the waters through repairs under an insurance claim, made sure the estimate was accurate with quality parts, and called me and remained in communication over the course of weeks for the repair. Oh and also the paint to match looked spot on as well. Thanks guys!

I am very satisfied seeing the results after my car was primed and painted..l was very excited..Brian, the manager also did an awesome job with the quote which made it affordable for me to have this “long awaited” paint job done to Betsey (my car). This company is not like some other body shop who wants to charge an arm and a leg to do the job or charge based on what you drive. Brian was also accommodating to anything l needed done to the car..I definitely would refer family and friends to Maaco Fleet Solutions cause they did a fantastic job and is flexible with my schedule.

Amazing Service! Brian was extremely patient, supportive, and encouraging as I had never painted my car before. He made a great color suggestion and I love it, feels like a brand new car! I get so many compliments on my car every where I go when anyone asks me who painted my car I’mExcited to tell them it was at Maaco!! I’m so happy with the service I received.

Unorganized and uncaring, words to explain my experience with the company..My 85 camaro was painted the wrong color,got paint all over the engine, gas door broke off, had that fixed, then painted it the wrong color after all that kept car over a month. When I finally get it has air bubbles in fender and wouldnt fix..now I have to take it somewhere else to fix what they messed up ...wow money wanted

Brenda was super helpful. She set reasonable expectations, communicated clearly and quickly, then the shop was able to complete my paint job two days faster than they told me. Its not perfect, but its exactly what I expected and exactly what I paid for. Im pleased with the quality, the timeliness, and the people I interacted with.Thanks for a positive paint experience!

Youll be cheated on. Watch out. Please dont give your car to these people, and be prepared to pay more than the quote given to you first time you stepped in.

This ahop has been the most inviting atmosphere for it to be a paint shop that Ive ever experienced. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted and welcomed. What I thought to be needed was more than I realized, but was explained to me. And I also got my whole car painted, versus my intentions to only fix the left side damage. Brenda showed me how to get my moneys worth. The experience there and the service I received was awesome. My car looks fabulous. Thank you Maaco Fleet for the gift you gave me in return. I will surely spread the word of where to go for the Maaco Makeover, i call it....!!!!!!

I was totally unsatisfied the last time I used Maaco fleet. My truck was not fix to my expectation . When I pick it up I was told I need to go somewhere else to get it finished . But they toke my money and gave me my keys . I paid to get it fixed and painted . My bumper still does not line up correctly . They did not paint everything they were supposed to paint and I left with an extra scratch on my door . If I had not been in need of my vehicle I would have left it . The only thing I can say is the lady at the desk is always willing to satisfy . If I were Maaco I would have not took a payment . Just wish they would have valued me as a customer .

I took my 1997 f250 in for a fix due to large paint chip on my hood. When I picked it up it was horrible. There was trash in the paint. And they parked it under a tree after they painted it. There was debris all over the new paint. I was so pissed. My truck was worse than when I started. I refused to pick it up until they fixed it . After three attempts I gave up. I wouldn’t let them paint my dog house. I am sure this post will probably get deleted. I had a great experience with Macco in the past in PA . Not here.

I took my vehicle there to get some work done to it and a week later my car was ready. They done a wonderful job!!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could but to make a long story short;I would advise all my friends to go there to get body work done n get a fresh paint job done.👍🏿
