Top frame of my passenger door was bent from hitting the pole. All big shops wanted to change the the door for around $2000. CA body shop fixed the frame for much much less and did a great job. Great customer service as well. I really recommend it if you are paying for repairs out of your pocket.

I took my Hyundai Genesis to Carlos after it was two years old. It had front end damage to bumper and under carriage. Also right side wheels were badly scratched. So I brought my car to Carlos and again he provided a prompt estimate and when I committed to getting the work done he managed to get my car in within a week and finished the job in several days. Carlos is such a professional! Got hit by a merging car and I needed a replacement door and rear quarter pannel. My BRZ is my baby, so I went to about 4 different shops to meet with the body guys. Carlos was the only one I trusted. He treated me like family, showed me his shop, and walked me through his process. He sent me updates and photos as he the work and in the end the car looked brand new. His body work is seamless and his paint matching is excellent. I seriously cant recommend him enough.

So, I just literally left-this place not even two minutes ago. I have to say the customer service was terrible! I came in to get an estimate on my truck. The short skinny dark hair gentleman who does the quotes in the front office by the door was lazy from the beginning. As soon as i told him the repair wouldn’t be through insurance, he lost complete interest in even having conversation which was rude. He proceeds to tell me he doesn’t have time to give me and estimate and that “he can do one later, like maybe tomorrow because he already has a stack of quotes that need to be done”🤔😳. That tells me everything I need to know about how they do business here. I came to spend my hard earned money and was treated like i was trash. Thanks for the horrible experience, this was my first time visiting and I will not be back, my co worker also need work done, I will not refer anyone to this place to be treated like I just was!
