My favorite place to visit the staff is very helpful and they always have new items. Im a huge fan of bullet journaling and they always have amazing deals. Theyll price match and their coupons are amazing.

They have greAt Christmas decorations! Most of the time its a little more expensive but right now theyre having a sale. You can find just about anything here for your decor.

They have Such beautiful home decor accessories...enchanting miniatures perfect for a Christmas village,a collection of beautiful flowers, uniquely shaped lanterns, artificial creepers, miniatures /figurines, and soooooooooo much more with great varieties!!! Recently popped into the store to select some flowers for a grave marker. Because the store is well organized and clean, I was able to find what I needed in just moments. I am sad to see all the commercial real estate empty surrounding this store, and having been away for awhile, Im not sure why that is. But this Michaels store really has their act together. Friendly employees were kid-friendly also, which is important to me. Sign up for their Rewards also - good savings on top of the regular coupons they have. Even though I was there quite close to Christmas, they still had some attractive decorations. Good experience!

This store is often very busy, for that reason sale items go fast. Specially in stationary or scrapbook items. But other than that is a nice store.

My absolute favorite place to go for all my crafting needs. Im like a kid in a candy store when I go there!! Michaels ALWAYS has wonderful deals especially on their yarn. I crochet so I easily spend 100$ per visit (for 200$ worth of yarn)l I always save slightly more than what I spend. Thanks Michaels!!

I love crafty stores. It was encouraging to see how well stocked they. There has been a shortage on crafts ever since the pandemic. The store was clean the staff friendly as usual. Im very happy with my purchases. Thank you Michaels for opening back up, you have made this customer very happy.

Of course the store has everything a crafter would need for regular crafting but I can never find an associate when I need one... The one time I did she left such an imprint on my mind she was so unpleasant. Now I make sure the store has what Im looking for before I go so I dont need a sales associate.

The store itself is ok. Not really my favorite craft store.. but the bathroom was filthy in this location

When I went there I only saw two associates. One was busy stocking and the other was just plain inattentive. When I asked for assistance finding something she simply pointed that it was over there and offered no assistance/expertise in helping me with a simple craft I wanted to make (a fall wreath). I usually love going to the craft store. If this was my first experience with a craft store it would have been my last. The associated are supposed to be helpful and knowledgeable, and they were neither. The cashiers were very slow moving even though the line was super long. I could have been more understanding had they been providing good customer service and chatting with customers as they rang them up, but they were just being slow for no reason. To sum it up, slow; inattentive; and very unhelpful.

I was able to find some great stickers. They were kinda all over the place, but on discount. Ive been going here for years

Good service, store is easy to find. They have 3-6 curbside pickup spots but they werent really well labeled and regular customers had occupied them when I was there

Usually I love this Michaels but man.... the service and store is just falling off. I asked where to find the white out, the lady was kind and honest. Told me she didnt know so she called someone else to ask. They told us they didnt sell white out.... I find the white out as Im walking to checkout. 😑 I just really struggle to understand how the store is recognized and I think the employees do too.

This store is too small to accommodate all of the customers in the area. The aisles are always packed with people that deliberately keep their carts in the MIDDLE of the aisle. The classroom is also entirely too small to accommodate. Imagine signing up for classes to be told it will be an hour wait. I also think families with multiple children (4+) should be limited on how many projects they can complete. Yesterday there were maybe three families taking the entire classroom making FIVE crafts per child... Meaning one family took about 20 crafts home while other families were made to wait or told to find another location I usually do Matthews and really wish I would have.

Went on a Saturday and it was super busy and the shelves were a hot mess. Another customer mentioned they might be moving. Ive never seen a line that long there before but have to say that they moved us through fairly quickly and was happy to see that most folks were wearing masks.

More cashiers would be better. Took 3 people to do an internet exchange 10 minutes. Should be done away from the people who take the money form customers waiting. Perhaps a manager would be helpful. 6 lanes for checkout only 2 open.

I love going here. It’s my go to micheals and if I ever need something it’s there. I only wish they could keep stocked at all times. Thanks again for all you do for the craft world!!

Inventory on crafty items (except Christmas) were almost non existent. Employees were helpful but if they didnt have what the website said they did, even they couldnt help us.

The store is pretty well stocked and clean. Its overall in better shape than many other stores and most items are on sale. The seasonal items selection is impressive with many choices. Regular prices are a bit high on most of the standard products. Only a few employees and they were all busy at the register so we were left wandering poorly labeled aisles for what we needed.

They were really busy. The cashier was kind. Other than that I didnt have anyone help me with what I was looking for. However every employee was doing something.

Awesome. Tiffany in the framework department was a blast to work with in helping us create a custom frame for our print. She was the only employee back there and there were a number of customers who had questions for her. Luckily we arent impatient people so when she stopped to answer their questions we were cool with it. She was juggling multiple customers and doing a great job keeping everyone happy. We trust the print will be awesome when we pick it up. If not you will hear about it.

This Michaels was very very disorganized, honestly felt like I was in a bad dream, just endlessly wandering through half-stocked isles of art stuff. A friend and I were looking for some supplies to do an art project and were so mentally exhausted from searching through the maze that they call a store only to give up and call it a day. But the staff were very helpful and it’s not their fault, so they added those 2 stars. 0 stars for the store itself

Michaels was awesome, We were able to get in there 90 minutes before they closed and snatched up some good bargains. It was nice to see everyone Social Distancing!

Michaels has lots of great sales if you take time to find them. Large store, quick checkout.

Love this store but there is usually only one cashier and the line is so far backed up that you cant really social distance due to people walking by or trying to get down the aisle where the line is.

Ok, I guess Im just used to the Michaels in the Arborretum. This is like the ghetto Michaels compared to that one. It just seems messy and Im sure theyre getting lots of Christmas items in but its so cluttered with towers of boxes in the aisles. Also, half of what I was looking for was out of stock. The many shelves that hold acrylic paint were sad and empty. I couldnt even find basic black. I wont be back to this particular Michaels. Its almost depressing. Ill stick to either the one in the Arborretum, Hobby Lobby or even the craft section at Walmart which is much better stocked.

It was wonderful! My girlfriend went in there and saved $88! Everything she bought was on sale! I think she was over the top over the moon and over the rainbow on all of it!

Excellent selection for anything craft and art related. Some of the tip name brand products are over-priced but every receipt has a discount offer for 20-40% off one item at next purchase valid for about a week. Make a purchase, get a receipt and purchase the expensive item using the coupon after a return visit, even same day. I have done this several times to meet my budget and got quality art supplies in return. Clearance area has tons of items on shelf endcaps towards the front of the store, be sure to check it out!

I took a picture of my husband and I to be costume framed at this store. We wanted to share the picture with our family during thanksgiving. We were called to pick up the costume frame, however when we get there it had scratches and a dent and n the wood. I wanted to show it to our family so badly that I was willing to take it if they offer us a discount. They didn’t accept it. We were told they will re send it to be costume frame. Last night we went to pick it up a second time and again it had scratches.This store doesn’t want to offer any type of compensation for our disappointment.I requested my money back.Never will use their services

Friendly staff but they could benefit from more staff on board. The wait time to check out can be a little long and often times you have to hunt down an associate if you need help. But there are good products here and most of the time are on sale.

Truly a different setting. I had a lil difficulty finding what I was looking for & theres hardly anyone to assist. When someone did walk thru it was the impression of she did not have the time to assist me & she said what she said without really assisting in helping me to find what I was needing for this project in working on. So Im off to Hobby Lobby.

Michaels is the go to spot for every craft need you have! Not to mention the staff goes out of their way to make sure that you are saving as much money as possible! Great spot, large quantities of options prices are not bad either!

Absolute WORST customer service. The girl at the register clapped at me to get my attention as if I am some kind of dog. None of the items that are listed online is in stock, ever. The store looks completely trashed and very unkept. Will never shop here, again.

The lady up front was short and incorrect with her information. There wasnt a rush or even a line so there was no reason. I left and went to hobby lobby for the exact same product all because of service. Im not sure if I will be going back to the location or company.

It is hard to get help in the store. What I do love though is that I can order stuff online by 5pm and pick up the same day. They email me when my purchase is ready for pick up.

Only went today to use the UPS drop-off but the staff was very friendly and helpful; it looked busy (just before Xmas!), so guess all was well with Michaels ☺️

They are always willing to help. Each associate takes the time to assist you in finding what you need and the prices are good. The store is small so its a bit congested but worth the trip.

Awesome craft supply store. However, the stock at this store is low. I went for items online says was in the store only to be told that they had not received those items for weekly sale.

Great customer service. Items werent ringing up for the sale described in signs on the isle so they gave us the discount manually and even added another discount for our trouble with it.

It is hard to get help on the floor. I feel like I am forced to wonder aimlessly and actively seek out assistance regardless of when I go to this location. The checkout is always smooth and the store is always clean I just wish I could get more service while I was actively shopping.

The store is open and there have been a lot of changes - mostly to the positive. The frame dept. is outstanding. Dustin is the mgr. of this dept and he has done an incredible job of building an excellent staff. He - personally - is extremely talented and I really enjoy working with him. The floral dept. lost Marcus who was - bar none - the BEST FLORAL DESIGNER with which I have ever worked. I am heartsick he is no longer there. The staff that I encounter is happy to help (no eye rolls) and there is usually no more than 2-3 people in line before another register is opened. I regularly shop there and am very pleased.
