When I found the grease seals missing, After the Repair, the person in charge was at best rude. They gave a partial credit to my charge and I fixed the mower. I was asked to not come there anymore. I came in to get a tire repaired and it fact was denied service. The comment was, If You Dont Buy it Here We Dont Work on IT! I guess that is for the best, I do it right the first time. I just was busy at the time and had to take it back apart anyway.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the cheap stuff. Trust me I have been there and done that. Get yourself a quality mower and you will not be disappointed. Took me a while to figure that out, but these guys always take care of those that buy from them.

Owner threatened me, pushed me and physically grabbed me with his fist raised. I had stopped in to discuss a repair issue regarding my mower that I had paid for but that had not been resolved after an entire season. I twice paid for delivery to his business and twice had the mower return in non-working order. He kept telling me he would pick it up but would charge me if it was a different problem. I was told it might need a new carburetor, and that would be fixing, in my mind, the same issue that it had when I brought it to him since it had not run properly/at all the entire season.When I asked for clarification regarding his potential repair since I had already paid him to fix the problem previously, he stood up, grabbed/pushed me and then cocked his fist. His workers had to pull him back.I would not recommend him to anyone and in all my years, I have never been physically touched by any business owner, no matter how angry he or I had become.

I looked all over town for a belt for my mower and couldnt find it anywhere. Called these guys and they had it in stock. Not only that, it was cheaper than the other store I was going to order it from.
