Very good customer service. Got there about 5min befor closing, was told that we would still be able to get service.

Truly disappointed and we were so looking forward to the Honey baked ham and oven roasted turkey for our 1st family gathering since Covid-19. Outside of Ham was black and dry...turkey taste old. I have pictures of ham, still had to serve or we wouldnt have any meat for dinner.

You can tell the manager, Mr. Duffey, and all the staff take pride in serving excellent food in a spotless facility! Aside from our usual Thanksgiving and Christmas honey baked hams, I love everything on their lunch menu! Just found out that they also cater 😁

The Honey Baked Ham Company in West Ashley is a great place to go for a complete meal with a ham and turkey and all of the sides and fixings or just a quick sandwich if you are hungry. They know what they are doing here and everything is well prepared and delicious and ready for you. The desserts here are my favorite. If you are interested in feeding a large group or family this is a really good option and they will take care of you. The staff here is very helpful and takes care of their customers. I have been satisfied with all of my purchases here over the years.

The nice young woman on the phone answered some questions about their products over the phone and had everything waiting for us when we got there... we didn’t even ask her to do that! That extra, thoughtful step tells you a lot about the type of people they hire. We will be returning!

If you made reservations for a honey baked ham, they dont have them. They will try to give u two 6 pound hams for 10% off which will not cover it. I would ask him for 40% off, plus the guy wont go for any other offers

Used to be great, completely messed up order, sandwiches were not to order, we got 2 and both were wrong. No pickles with sandwiches anymore either. Employees seemed to need big time training. Writing down order might help also.

They first off need more seating. People order these big long list of things they wants and need. And they dont think about how long people are waiting. Just one sandwhich take 20 minutes to be made. And that wait. Expecialy on a Saturday with only one person working at 12. Honey baked ham need to up their status. Not only is it Saturday and its 12 but tomorrow is Sunday and people are preparing there big Sunday dinner. Get it together. The people that were in there agreed with me. Make some seating or put more people on shift.

Been to many HoneyBaked Hams around the U.S, but this one was the by far the best. Unlike other franchises that are skimpy on extra meat when you order it, West Ashleys HBH gives you what paid for. On top of that, they were fast and friendly. Recommend the Broc Salad. It is the bomb!

Sorry, I ate next door at the Noodle House, not at HBH. Get it right Google, if youre gonna track where I go and what I do, at least dont make assumptions that Im eating at that generic joint next door. But the Noodle House was on point, as always!

Whenever I am asked to bring a meat to a pot luck dinner, I come here first. They have a size of ham for every need, they also have turkey, and great sides.

Holy crap ...get there early! I went to pick up some stuff for the holidays and the line was ridiculous. Luckily they have a full staff working and a nice little assembly line going.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years to get hams for the holidays. This last was the worst visit I have ever had. One member of the staff was very rude and loud with me. Made me step to the side to wait on other people and just left me standing there with no explanation. When I questioned her she told me to just wait. Mind you there was only 2 people behind me. The whole situation put a very bad taste in my mouth. I wont be going back to this location.
