This Big lots is pretty big inside, clean, bathroom clean and has a great selection of a variety of items. They also sell family bags of chips and a huge bag of popcorn for a family movie night. Customer service was very pleasant. The only problem was it was so hot inside the store, their air condition was not working. I would recommend.

Employees fighting in the bathroom with their abusive spouse!? The poor cashier having to lock the store with me in it to afraid to call the police!? This was supposed to be a quick dash in and out to grab 2 things kinda trip that turned into a The First 48 episode! Never Again!

Went looking for a blender but only had display items and couldnt find the bathroom accessories I wanted. But the other day I did see an ironing board on line and couldnt find it in the store. The manager went in the back and got it for me. The sales people and cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Very busy. I cant believe they ran out of xmas trees. Poor planning on their partCheap furniture too expensive. I will not be a regular shopper there. Employees are nice and helpful.

Bought a lovely sofa on sale (couldnt afford the loveseat too). Went back the next week for the loveseat and it was almost 35% more than the sofa! Hopefully itll go back on sale soon cause I really like the sofa!

I have been coming to this big lots for several years now. Since being remodeled it has only improved. Prices on items I normally buy at Harris teeter are significantly cheaper here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quality of items is good and I love their coupons! Great job big lots!

Its a decent place that has just about everything you need. Their variety of things you can get there from clothes to utensils to bedding to beverages. My wife hates the place and calls it an upscale Family Dollar but I disagree. They are better than the place just mentioned because they dont target people that the unfortunate by posting up in poorer neighborhoods like Family Dollar does while also jacking up the price 400%. Overall, its not the best retail store in the area but its by far not the worst. Id give it three snaps with a twist and a hip thrust.

I ordered an item online for store pick up. The website said it was available and to wait for an email to come pick it up. I called a few days later to inquire about picking it up and they were incredibly rude and said the order was canceled because I didnt come get it.... I asked if it was still available and they wouldnt look. Then, I reordered online and the store canceled it. I love Big Lots (typically go to N Charleston location) but this store is very disappointing with the rude attitude from manager & staff and lack of help.

Every single employee that walked by me asked if I needed help and took time to answer my questions even when it had nothing to do with their specific position. They were super busy, yet still very genuine and kind to me. I appreciate that.

Quality merchandise at a price that makes it difficult to pass up. I routinely go into this store with the intent to spend no more than X dollars, then fail miserably at resisting the bargains and end up spending WAY more than X dollars. Today was no different. Went in for Velcro and a drink. Spent 98 dollars. #worthit

I needed some headphones, and decided to buy a pair that was on clearance. After I got home and plug them into my phone to use it, the sound was completely horrible. Dollar headphones, sounded better then that. Even though I bought the head phones on clearance for $9, I didnt feel comfortable parting ways with it for garbage like that. I took the headphones back, and with no questions ask, I was refunded immediately and I bought another pair for more money, but its getting the job done for sure! Im a huge fan of customer service, therefore I must give this Big Lots a 5 star rating for smooth and awesome customer service. #ayterrell

This store is CLOSED. The entire store was emptied for renovations the first of the year, due to be open back up in April. It’s April 17 & nothing has been done, looks the same as it has since s it closed. I shopped here often & miss it but the closest Big Lots now is in North Charleston 🙁

I was very pleased with the selection of furniture from here and it is reasonably priced. The guy who works in furniture was very polite and helpful and I would recommend this biglots for furniture. The delivery service however is contracted and the companies who work through them are not the most friendly. Had arranged for a pick up only to be told that they were not able to deliever until 7pm and that was during the second time I called, why was this not mentioned before? The second contractor was rude over the phone and acted as if they were they were doing me a favor for delivering my furniture when it took nearly 4 hours to before it arrived at my house and I live 10 minutes away mind you. If you want to buy furniture from here and need it to be delivered, please free your schedule for the entire day.

One of the few places open this Christmas Eve. Son Desperately needed some USB cables for his many electronics and they had them all at an excellent price! Reminds me of great deals I used to get before the store next to me closed.

This aint your grandmas Big Lots. The store is bright, clean, and the goods on sale are of good quality. My wife and I found several things for our new home to help make it shine on the inside.

The store was well kept. There was a variety. Only problem the cashier had to many fires burning while checking us out. She was on the phone, and trying to help another cashier.

If you wanted any seriously discounted items like there used to be in prior years, this is a complete waste of time. Awesome place to find imported foods and fair priced spices.

Every now and then I stop by here and the Dollar Tree next to it and pick up random stuff. I like to go around Halloween to pick up cheap decorations to use. The shopping center needs some updating. But I did notice they were starting to do some work on the building and the new landscaping looks nice.
