New South Window Solutions products sell themselves, but David Nicksic’s customer service takes it to the next level. He made our initial quote appointment an enjoyable process, which is hard to say when talking about construction. He was thorough and so personable! Highly recommend!!!

So far so good! Andy was a great salesman and was very knowledgeable on the product. I appreciated his patience and explanation on thing I have no experience with! He was also very kind to my dog who would not leave him alone.

Andy came out and explained all my options. He was super easy to talk to and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. We are having two patio doors replaced. I will update my review when the work is finished but I have confidence in their work.

We are waiting for our windows to be built and signed a contract but one window, we were waiting on a repair that was done to see if it still leaked. Andy offered to come out with a hose and a ladder and see if it was fixed. After about an hour he found a gap in the roof flashing 2 feet above the window that was causing our leak. Talk about honest and professional! He could have taken out good windows and made some extra money but instead he spent his time at no cost to us diagnosing our issue and saving us the cost of 3 windows. If your thinking of replacing windows ask for Andy and use New South they are true honest professionals!

Andrew was our NewSouth sales representative. We knew that window technology has changed in the last 25 years but to actually see the the features of a high-tech window demonstrated by a knowledgeable professional was very helpful. Probably a great company but I walked into the showroom with an issue with my current windows(not their brand but similar vinyl double hung).The issue needs resolved before selling my home or a credit will have to be issued for value of replacement of the windows which the buyers would then move forward with the replacement.Whole lot of “No”s getting thrown around, No we can’t have an Installer look at your current window to see if there is a simple fix. No I can’t even let you pay for an opinion based on the picture. No we cannot quote replacing the windows for you so that you can credit the buyer to have the work performed by us,” we are too busy” “windows are 16weeks out” front desk just absolutely shut down....... zero solutions for window problem from a company named “window solutions”I never ever write reviews and am leaving 5 stars because they are probably great but it was a puzzling experience to say the least.

Horrible Service!! I had a consultation for a windows and doors quote and the man refused to sit down with me because my husband was not present. He said it was complicated and that my husband needed to be there to proceed. I kindly explained that I was capable of listening and understanding quotes and didnt need my husband present to make a decision. He refused to explain further so I asked him to leave. This company just lost a potential client and I will be telling all of my friends and family to not work with this company since they do not provide service without husbands present.

I requested quotes for Hurricane (DP50) Windows from 3 suppliers and chose NewSouth because of their responsiveness and willingness to ensure that we were pleased with their products and they also made very constructive ideas which helped us to select the right solutions. All of the employees that we came into contact with were top notch and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. I am planning to replace sliding doors next and will be contacting NewSouth to get their inputs and quote.

I had never purchased windows before and New South made it pretty easy. I found them via local TV advertising while they were running ads during the Top Rated Newscast in Charleston, Live 5 News. They made the process very easy, but it was not until the day of installation that it hit me what an outstanding investment I had made.If you live in the Charleston, SC area and you have bought a house in the past 15 years, the odds are very high that your home was built with the cheapest materials possible (even less than builder grade), and were likely installed by inexperienced contractors just rushing the job to get paid. I was reminded of this once again during my window installation when it was discovered one of the windows that was to be replaced was installed incorrectly and water eventually found its way in causing some minor sheet rock damage. Another one of my old windows was nailed in, and when you pushed on it, it moved. These should NOT have passed inspection by building inspectors, but this was circa 2006, a time when they were giving mortgages to cats, so anything went when it came to building inspections back then. My building inspector was apparently drunk the day they came to my house.Enter the New South Windows Installers. They were meticulous, hard-working guys who were focused on making sure each and every window was perfectly installed. Their attention to detail is something you do not often see in 2020. Proper installation is VERY important when you are replacing an important piece of your house. It doesnt matter how good the window is, if its not installed properly, its pretty much useless. The New South Windows are beautiful windows and operate so much better than the builder grade garbage that were taken away.My New South Window installation has renewed my faith that there still companies out there who make an excellent product and employ hard workers who are genuinely interested in making sure their product is installed properly. You cannot enjoy your windows if they are not installed the right way. After the threat of COVID-19 passes, I will look at finishing the replacement of the rest of my windows and getting rid of the rest of the Builder-Grade garbage that was originally installed on my house. New South Windows just completed a window installation project at my Home on Johns Island, SC. The entire experience, from the initial sales/information interaction to the actual installation, was very informative and professional. The quality of the product and the crew responsible for the installation was impressive. Our new windows are already making a difference as they allow in great light while preventing the heat transmission that our old windows allowed. The New South Windows have definitely improved both the quality look of our home as well as the value of our home. Dealing with David and Trish of New South as well as the installer crew was a pleasure. Our new windows are just what we envisioned. We especially like the large sliding windows in the front of the house. My wife and I can’t say enough about the quality and care of the seamless install process from start to finish.

Buyer beware. High pressure says pitch with a $7,600 deposit required. Was able to get in contact with the sales rep 10 days after signing to cancel only to be told check your contract, 3 days to cancel or forfeit the deposit. Initially told supply chain delays meant the order was at least 5 months out. Sales rep admitted no work was done on production in the 10 days since signing but that was not the point and no consideration for return of the deposit. New South Windows is not in the business of doing the right thing but to stand on contract language to keep deposits. Lacking integrity is a sketchy business model.
